Pada penelitian ini digunakan 20 ekor tikus Wistar jantan yang dibagi secara acak dalam 4 kelompok perlakuan. Kelompok I merupakan kontrol negatif, kelompok II kontrol positif, kelompok III diberi PGV-0 40 mg/kg BB selama 15 minggu, dan kelompok IV diberi PGV-0 40 mg/kg BB selama 25 minggu. Pemberian PGV-0 dilakukan secara oral dua kali seminggu. Induksi kanker kolon dilakukan dengan cara injeksi subkutan DMH 60 mg/kg BB, satu kali seminggu selama 15 minggu. Pada minggu ke-26, semua hewan coba dieutanasia, kolon difiksasi dalam formalin 10% untuk selanjutnya diamati perubahan makroskopik dan mikroskopik. Penilaian ekspresi COX-2 dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Duke’s stage dan skor imunoreaktivitas (IRS). Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan pemberian PGV-0 selama 25 minggu menurunkan jumlah nodul kanker kolon dari 5 ke 2 (berkurang 60%); diameter kanker kolon (pxl) dari 0,712 mm² ke 0,0043 mm² (berkurang 99,31%). Pemberian PGV-0 selama 15 minggu hanya menurunkan jumlah nodul 10% dan area kanker kolon dari 0,712 mm² ke 0,0062 mm² (99,07%). Skor imunoreaktivitas COX-2 diekspresikan oleh kelompok III dan IV adalah 4 dan 5. Gambaran histologis dari kolon mendukung hasil di atas. Pemberian PGV-0 efektif menurunkan jumlah dan area nodul kanker kolon melalui penghambatan ekspresi COX-2. The amount of rainfall interception loss depends on kinds of plants and hydro-meteorological characteristics. Therefore, it is important to study rainfall interception loss such as from Arabica Coffee plantation which is as main agricultural commodity for Central Aceh Regency. In this study, rainfall interception loss from Arabica Coffee plants was studied in Kebet Village of Central Aceh Regency, Indonesia from January 20 to March 9, 2011. Arabica coffee plants used in this study was 15 years old, height of 1.5 m and canopy of 4.567 m2. Rainfall interception loss was determined based on water balance approach of daily rainfall, throughfall, and stemflow data. Empirical regression equation between rainfall interception loss and rainfall were adopted as a model to estimate rainfall interception loss from Arabica Coffee plantation, which the coefficient of correlation, r is 0.98. In water yield analysis, this formula was applied and founded that Arabica Coffee plants intercept 76% of annual rainfall or it leaved over annual net rainfall 24% of annual rainfall. Using this net rainfall, water yield produced from Paya Bener River which is the catchment area covered by Arabica Coffee plantation was analyzed in a planning of water supply project for water needs domestic of 3 sub-districts in Central Aceh Regency. Based on increasing population until year of 2025, the results showed that the water yield will be not enough from year of 2015. Proofing process requires a stable temperature to ensure that the dough is well rising. The purpose of this research is to make a proofing machine that uses DHT11 as a temperature sensor. Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controller is implemented to guarantee that the machine remains at the temperature of 350Celcius, in which the fermentation process would success. PID control has been implemented in fluorescent lamp which been set its dim light to generate heat until it reach a predetermined set point value. The temperature was monitored using LCD and set to remain stable with the help of fan. The proofing process will last for 15 minutes which ended by the sound of the buzzer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi pasien kanker payudara dalam melakukan kemoterapi di Ruang Mamplam III Badan Layanan Umum Daerah Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif eksploratif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study dengan metode total sampling terhadap 34 responden. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner berbentuk skala dischotomous choice dengan skala ukur ordinal, terdiri dari 39 item pernyataan. Data dianalisa dengan sistem komputer dengan menentukan persentase kategori tinggi dan rendah. Hasil pengumpulan data didapat bahwa motivasi pasien kanker payudara dalam melakukan kemoterapi berada pada kategori tinggi (70,6%) yang meliputi lima variabel yaitu motivasi pasien kanker payudara berdasarkan pengetahuan pada kategori tinggi (52,9%), berdasarkan sikap pada kategori kurang (47,1%), berdasarkan lingkungan pada kategori baik (64,7%), berdasarkan dukungan keluarga pada kategori tinggi (70,6%), berdasarkan sosial ekonomi pada kategori tinggi (64,7%). Dari hasil pengumpulan data disimpulkan bahwa motivasi pasien kanker payudara dalam melakukan kemoterapi di Ruang Mamplam III BLUD RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2103 berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 24 orang (70,6%).
