Provinsi Aceh merupakan salah satu provinsi yang memiliki tingkat kemiskinan lebih tinggi dibandingkan tingkat kemiskinan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kemiskinan pada 23 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Aceh. Analisis yang dapat digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antara tingkat kemiskinan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah analisis regresi. Akan tetapi, keragaman karakteristik antar kabupaten dapat menyebabkan tidak terpenuhinya asumsi regresi klasik, seperti kehomogenan ragam residual. Hal ini diduga karena adanya pengaruh aspek spasial atau faktor lokasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah keheterogenan ragam residual akibat pengaruh lokasi pengamatan, metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model GWR menghasilkan nilai R2 sebesar 94,061% dan jumlah kuadrat residual yang dihasilkan sebesar 23,682. Pengujian secara parsial terhadap parameter model GWR menunjukkan bahwa dari 23 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Aceh, terbentuk 9 kelompok kabupaten/kota dengan kesamaan peubah penjelas yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. The objective of this research was to compare the quality of milk taken from dairy cows fed by corn husks, grass and mix of corn husks and grass with standard of milk quality according Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI 01-3141-1998) at Kebon Pedes dairy farm Bogor, and to examine the content of pesticide residue in milk. This research was conducted from July until September 2008. Nine sample of milk, with three sample from dairy farm that use corn husks as roughages, three sample from dairy farm that use grass and three other from dairy farm that use mix of corn husks and grass were used in this research. Density of milk, solid non fat content, milk protein content, milk fat content, and dry matters content in milk were observed as research variable. Descriptive statistical analysis was used in this research. The results showed that chemical quality of milk from dairy cows fed by corn husks, grass and mix of corn husks and grass still met with the quality of milk according to Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI 01-3141-1998). Kulit batang (2 kg) yang telah dikeringanginkan dimaserasi dan menghasilkan ekstrak pekat n-heksana sebanyak 5,5 g. Suatu penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui varietas dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair Enviro Plus yang tepat terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tomat, serta untuk mengetahui interaksi kedua faktor tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 3x3 dengan 3 ulangan. Ada 2 faktor yang diteliti yaitu varietas (Permata, Montero dan Niki) dan pupuk organik cair (0,5; 1,5; dan 2,5 cc L-1 air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap  tinggi tanaman umur 15, 30 dan 45 HST, jumlah bunga per tandan umur 37 HST, jumlah buah per tanaman umur  57 HST dan total bobot buah per tanaman. Pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik diperoleh  pada varietas Niki. Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair Enviro Plus berpengaruh nyata terhadap diameter batang umur 15 HST dan total bobot buah per tanaman. Pertumbuhan dan hasil  terbaik diperoleh pada penggunaan pupuk organik cair Enviro Plus 0,5 cc L-1 air. Tidak terdapat interaksi yang nyata antara varietas dan  konsentrasi pupuk organik cair Enviro Plus terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tomat.The Using of Liquid Organic Fertilizers on Growth and Yield of Three Varieties of Tomato (Lycopersicum Esculentum L.)ABSTRACT. The study was  to determine the variety and concentration of Enviro Plus (liquid organic fertilizer) that have best  growth and yield of tomatoes, and as well as  interaction of both factors. Randomized Block  Design was used with pattern 3x3 factorial with three replications. There were two factors, varieties (Permata, Montero and Niki) and concentration of  Enviro Plus (0.5, 1.5, and 2.5 cc L-1) of water. The results showed that the varieties  had significant  effect on plant height umur 15, 30 and 45 day after planting (DAP) , the number of flowers per stalk at age  37 DAP, the number of fruits per plant age 57 DAP and a total weight of fruit per plant. The best growth and yield found on Niki varieties. Concentration of  Enviro Plus that have significantly affect on stem diameter and the at age  15 DAP, total weight of fruit per plant. Kulit batang C. gigantea dimaserasi menggunakan pelarut metanol, etil asetat, dan n-heksana, sehingga diperoleh ekstrak pekat masing-masing 29,9; 9,9; dan 20 gram. Ekstrak metanol, etil asetat, dan n-heksana dilakukan uji aktivitas sitotoksik terhadap A. salina, dan diuji fitokimia.
