Depresi pada pasien hemodialisa disebabkan oleh rasa tidak puas terhadap hidup, seperti masalah finansial, kesulitan dalam mempertahankan pekerjaan, dorongan seksual yang hilang, depresi dan ketakutan terhadap kematian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran gejala-gejala depresi pada pasien yang sedang menjalani terapi hemodialisa di instalasi dialisis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Zainoel Abidin (RSUDZA) Banda Aceh. Desain Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode nonprobability sampling (Quota Sampling) sebanyak 62 pasien yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi, dan instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisoner Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II) untuk mengetahui gejala-gejala depresi yang dikeluhkan oleh pasien hemodialisa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan 10 gejala-gejala depresi terbanyak yang dikeluhkan oleh pasien hemodialisa dengan menggunakan kuisioner BDI-II yaitu gejala Kelelahan dengan 44 pasien (70.96%), kehilangan energi 40 pasien (64.5%), kehilangan libido 31 pasien (50%), gangguan tidur 29 pasien (46.77%), perasaan sedih 27 pasien (43.55%), kehilangan kesenangan 27 pasien (43.55%) kehilangan selera makan 26 pasien (41.9%), Agitasi 24 pasien (38.71%), perasaan pesimis 20 pasien (32.26%), Kesulitan berkonsentrasi 19 pasien (30.64%). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah, ditemukannya gejala-gejala depresi pada pasien yang sedang menjalani terapi hemodialiasa di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh, kasus kesehatan seperti ini seharusnya mendapat perhatian oleh tenaga medis di instalasi dialisis, oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya penanganan yang comprehensive melalui kerja sama Bagian Penyakit Dalam RSUDZA dengan Departemen Psikiatri khususnya. Depression in hemodialysis patients due to dissatisfaction with life, such as financial problems, difficulty in maintaining a job, lost sex drive, depression and fear of death. The purpose of this study was to investigate the description of the depression symptoms in patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy in dialysis installation General Hospital Dr. Zainoel Abidin (RSUDZA) Banda Aceh. The study design is descriptive, using nonprobability sampling method (Quota Sampling) of 62 patients who had met the inclusion criteria. The instruments used were questionnaires Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II) to measure depressive symptoms complained of by hemodialysis patients. Based on the results of 10 studies found depressive symptoms most complained of by the hemodialysis patients using the BDI-II questionnaire that fatigue symptoms of 44 patients (70.96%), loss of energy in 40 patients (64.5%), loss of libido in 31 patients (50%), sleep disturbances 29 patients (46.77%), feelings of sadness 27 patients (43.55%), loss of pleasure 27 patients (43.55%), loss of appetite 26 patients (41.9%), agitation 24 patients (38.71%), feeling pessimistic 20 patients (32.26%), difficulty concentrating 19 patients (30.64%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak tomat, kulit manggis dan kombinasinya terhadap gambaran histopatologi aorta yaitu penebalan intima dan jumlah foam cell tikus Rattus norvegicus jantan hiperkolesterolemik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dan dibagi dalam 5 kelompok yaitu kontrol negatif (KN), kontrol positif (KP), kelompok yang diberi ekstrak tomat dan pakan tinggi kolesterol (K1), kelompok yang diberi ekstrak manggis dan pakan tinggi kolesterol (K2), dan kelompok yang diberi ekstrak kombinasi dan pakan tinggi kolesterol (K3), diamati setelah 60 hari perlakuan. Masalah K3 ini juga merupakan bagian dari perencanaan dan pengendalian proyek. Risiko K3 yang terjadi memiliki dampak yang besar dalam proses pelaksanaan yaitu terhambatnya suatu pekerjaan konstruksi, pembengkakan biaya akibat terjadi kecelakaan kerja dan menurunnya kualitas para pekerja. Manajemen risiko merupakan pendekatan yang dilakukan terhadap risiko baik itu dengan mengidentifikasi, menganalisis serta mengevaluasi risiko yang terjadi pada suatu proyek. Tanpa menerapkan manajemen risiko perusahaan dapat dihadapkan dengan ketidakpastian. Termasuk dalam proyek pembangunan Ruko Citraland Bagya City yang terletak di Jl. Pasar V Timur Medan Estate Sumatera Utara yang dikerjakan oleh PT. Pembangunan Perumahaan (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor risiko K3 dominan pada proyek serta mengetahui cara penanganan yang dilakukan pihak pelaksana. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor risko K3 pada 5 (lima) pekerjaan gedung, yaitu : pekerjaan tanh, struktur, arsitektur, mekanikal elektrikal dan sanitasi plumbing. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan metode observasi lapangan dan wawancara. Data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur serta data pelaksanaan di proyek. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 10 orang yang terlibat dalam permasalahan K3. Metode penilaian risiko menggunakan matriks yang bersumber dari Australian Standart/New Zaeland Standart (AS/NZS) 4360:2004 dan 1SO 31000:2009. Dari 44 faktor yang telah di uji sebelumnya diperoleh sebanyak 27 faktor pada kelompok L (low), 12 faktor pada kelompok M (medium) dan sebanyak 5 faktor pada kelompok H (high). Faktor-faktor risiko pada kelompok H (high) adalah pekerja terkena debu dan kotoran, besi terjatuh mengenai kaki pekerja, tersengat listrik, pekerja terjatuh dari ketinggian dan tangan pekerja terjepit. Metode eksploratif digunakan dalam penelitian ini terhadap empat ekor musang. Segmen duodenum, jejunum, dan ileum dibuat menjadi sediaan histologis melalui metode parafin dengan pewarnaan HE dan PAS. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan gambar. Proporsi panjang usus halus P. hermaphroditus adalah empat sampai lima kali panjang tubuh. Panjang usus halus mengalami peningkatan sejalan dengan peningkatan berat usus halus dan berat tubuh. Dinding ketiga segmen tersusun atas lapisan mukosa, submukosa, tunika muskularis, dan serosa. Urutan ketebalan lapisan penyusun jejunum dan ileum dari tebal ke tipis berturut-turut adalah mukosa, tunika muskularis, submukosa, dan serosa. Submukosa dan tunika muskularis pada duodenum memiliki persentase yang hampir sama. Setiap segmen dapat memiliki 0 sampai 8 plika. Sel enteroendokrin terdapat dalam kripta duodenum. Peyer patch terdapat di lamina propria dan tunika submukosa pada jejunum dan ileum. Tunika muskularis tersusun atas otot polos sirkuler pada bagian dalam dan longitudinal bagian luar. The research had been conducted in the microtechnic laboratory of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty of Syiah Kuala University Banda Aceh, from June to November 2013. Explorative design was applied to the research of four P. hermaphroditus. Duodenum, jejunum, and ileum segment were made into histological slide in paraffin method and staining in HE and PAS. The data was analyzed descriptively and presented in tables and figures. The length of small intestine proportion is four to five times the body length. The length of small intestine gradually increased with small intestine mass and body mass. The layer of three segments are composed by mucosa, submucosa, tunica muscularis, and serosa. The order of constituent layers thickness in jejunum and ileum from the thickest to thinnest are mucosa, tunica muscularis, submucosa, and serosa. Submucosa and tunica muscularis in duodenal have almost the same percentage. Each segment could has 0 to 8 plicae. Enteroendocrine cells present in duodenal crypts. Peyer patch is found in lamina propria and submucosa of jejunum and ileum. Circular smooth muscle in inner part and longitudinal in outer part of tunica muscularis. The serosa consists of mesothelium. The carbohydrate distribution of PAS staining appeared in magenta color in striated border, goblet cell, lieberkuhn, and brunner gland.
