Untuk penerapan rumus aturan sinus diambil contoh kasus pada penentuan jarak duduk ideal saat menonton televisi. Contoh penerapan aturan cosinus diambil kasus menentukan jarak dua buah kapal yaitu kapal ferry yang berlayar ke Sabang dan kapal speedboat yang berlayar ke Pulau Nasi. Untuk memudahkan peserta didik dalam memahami materi dan persoalan tentang trigonometri khususnya yang berkaitan dengan rumus aturan sinus dan rumus aturan cosinus, peneliti menggunakan perangkat lunak GeoGebra. GeoGebra adalah salah satu perangkat lunak sebagai media pembelajaran matematika yang memiliki tool yang banyak dan mudah digunakan. Dalam pembahasan penelitian ini dijelaskan juga penggunaan GeoGebra terhadap contoh-contoh kasus yang disebutkan sebelumnya. Dalam Pasal 1 butir 22 KUHAP dikatakan bahwa ganti kerugian yang dapat dituntut adalah ganti kerugian berupa sejumlah uang, tetapi KUHAP tidak menjelaskan apakah sebatas ganti kerugian materil saja yang dapat dituntut. Begitu juga dengan hakim yang tidak memberitahukan hak yang didapat terdakwa setelah vonis di pengadilan negeri dibacakan.Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui ganti kerugian apa saja yang dapat dituntut, untuk mengetahui sebab terdakwa tidak menggunakan haknya untuk menuntut ganti kerugian dan untuk mengetahui sebab hakim tidak memberitahukan hak terdakwa.Data dalam skripsi ini diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan dengan mempelajari literatur, buku dan tulisan-tulisan, serta ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berkenaan dengan permasalahan skripsi ini, dan penelitian lapangan dilakukan guna memperoleh data primer melalui wawancara dengan responden dan informan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ganti kerugian yang dapat dituntut ada 2 : ganti kerugian materil, yaitu minimal Rp. 5.000.- dan maksimal Rp. 1.000.000.-, atau Rp. 3.000.000.- apabila selama penyidikan terdakwa meninggal, atau mengalami cacat fisik, dan ganti kerugian inmateril berupa pemulihan hak dalam kemampuan, kedudukan dan harkat serta martabatnya. Terdapat 3 alasan terdakwa tidak menggunakan haknya untuk menuntut ganti kerugian : terdakwa tidak mengetahui tentang upaya menuntut ganti kerugian, terdakwa tidak ingin berurusan lagi dengan sistem peradilan pidana dan ketiga adalah terdakwa menganggap jumlah uang yang dapat dituntut tidak setimpal. Alasan hakim tidak memberitahukan hak terdakwa : karena tidak ada dasar hukumnya hakim harus memberitahukan hak yang didapat terdakwa dan hakim menganggap bahwa terdakwa telah dianggap tahu haknya setelah KUHAP diundangkan, yang kedua adalah kewajiban dari pengacara setiap terdakwa untuk memberitahukan hak yang didapat terdakwaDisarankan agar PP KUHAP hendaknya direvisi, khususnya mengenai nominal ganti kerugian yang diberikan, karena dianggap sudah tidak sesuai lagi dengan keadaan sekarang, dan juga tentang pemulihan hak dalam kemampuan, kedudukan dan harkat serta martabat terdakwa yang hendaknya juga bukan sebatas pemberitahuan di papan pengumuman pengadilan negeri. Bagi hakim hendaknya memberitahukan hak yang didapat terdakwa setelah vonis lepas dari segala tuntutan hukum dibacakan, mengingat tidak semua terdakwa mengetahui hak untuk ganti kerugian tersebut.
