Penelitian ini telah berlangsung selama 60 hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh penambahan pakan fermentasi terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan berat badan, konversi pakan, efisiensi pakan pada ayam lokal pedaging.Materi penelitian yang digunakan adalah 32 ekor grower ayam lokal pedaging jantan berumur 50 hari. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah empat tingkat penggunaan pakan fermentasi yaitu perlakuan A (0%) sebagai kontrol, B (10%), C (20%)dan D(30%). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Acak lengkap (RAL). Parameter yang diukur adalah konsumsi ransum, pertambahan berat badan, konversi pakan, efisiensi pakan. Data diolah menggunakan sidik ragam menurut Steel and Torrie (1980).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan pakan fermentasi dalam ransum tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan berat badan, konversi pakan, efisiensi pakan. Study of coinoculation between rhizobium and solubilizing phosphate bacteria was done in greenhouse. The aim of the study to find their effect to seedling growth of sengon in Ultisol and Inceptisol. The study used factorial split plot design and three replication. As a treatment were kind of soil and inoculation of rhizobium and phosphate solubilizing bacteria. As a control was not inoculation, with nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer. The result showed that co-inoculation between rhizobium and phosphate solubilizing bacteria could enhance seedling growth of sengon in Ultisol and Inceptisol. As compared between co-inoculation and inoculation with rhizobium or phosphate solubilizing alone, showed that the similar result in Ultisol. While Inceptisol, inoculation with Rhizobium and phosphate solubilizing bacteria better than co-inoculation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penggunaan dosis abu sisa pembakaran setelah pengolahan tanah terhadap sifat fisika tanah dan kapasitas kerja traktor roda dua.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial jumlah petak percobaan sesuai dengan banyaknya ulangan menjadi 3 kelompok (blok). Pembagian kelompok berdasarkan pada pertimbangan bahwa keragaman pada setiap kelompok yang sama relatif homogen dan sesuai sesuai dengan taraf yang diberikan, sehingga keseluruhannya terdapat 9 petak dan faktor yang diteliti adalah : pemberian abu sisa pembakaran pada saat pengolahan tanah yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu : tanpa pemberian abu sisa pembakaran (B0), pemberian 20 kg abu sisa pembakaran (B1) dan pemberian 40 kg abu sisa pembakaran (B2).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh pemberian sisa abu pembakaran terhadap sifat fisika tanah, seperti : bobot isi, permeabilitas, porositas dan kadar air. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 3x3 dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor yang diteliti adalah varietas, yaitu: Anjosmoro, Grobogan, dan Kipas Merah, sedangkan faktor jarak tanam  terdiri dari: 20 cm x 30 cm, 20 cm x 40 cm, dan 40 cm x 40 cm. Peubah yang diamati adalah: tinggi tanaman kedelai  umur 15, 30 dan 45 HST, jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah polong bernas per tanaman, dan berat biji per tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 15 dan 30 HST. Tanaman kedelai lebih tinggi diperoleh pada varietas Grobogan dan Anjasmoro. Jarak tanam hanya berpengaruh nyata pada tinggi tanaman  umur 45 HST, tanaman tertinggi diperoleh pada penggunaan jarak tanam 20 cm x30 cm. Terdapat interaksi yang nyata antara varietas dan jarak tanam terhadap jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah polong bernas per tanaman dan berat biji per tanaman.  Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada varietas Anjasmoro dengan jarak tanam 40 cm x 40 cm.The Effect of Some Varieties and Spacing on Growth of Soybean (Glycine Max (L.) Merrill)ABSTRACT.  The aims of this study were to determine the effect of varieties and spacing and its interaction on growth and yield of soybeans. Randomized Completely Block Design  (RCBD)  3x3 factorial with three replications was applied. Factors studied were varieties: Anjosmoro, Grobogan, and Kipas Merah, and spacing factor of 20 cm x 30 cm, 20 cm x 40 cm, and 40 cm x 40 cm. Variables observed were soybean plant height age of 15, 30 and 45 DAP, the number of pods per plant, number of pods per plant and weight seeds per plant. The results showed varieties effected plant height on 15 and 30 DAP significantly, which higher than Grobogan and Anjosmoro. Meanwhile spacing simply effect plant height on 45 DAP significantly. The highest plant found on 20 cm x 20 cm spacing. There were interaction significantly between varieties and spacing on the number of pods per plant and weight dry seed per plant. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konformitas dengan prestasi belajar pada siswa di SMK Negeri Penerbangan Aceh. Subjek penelitian adalah 104 orang siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala konformitas sebanyak 28 aitem dan dokumentasi berupa nilai raport. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan koefisien korelasi (r) = 0.095 dan p = 0.339, (p > 0.05). This study is the third step from a series of studies aim to develop method to detect the present and quantity of herbicides in soil and water through a simple, easy, cheap, but accurate bioassay technique. Bioassay is a method which measure response of living organism to determine the presence or quantity of substances in a sample on medium, such as soil, water, and other materials. In this study, bioassay developed in the earlier studies was used to detect movement of ametryne and diuron herbicides in soil. Study was carried out using soil column method. Treatment were arranged factorially in a completely randomized block design with 3 replicates. Two ultisol soil types: Podsolik Merah Kuning (PMK) and Latosol cokelat (LC), and 2 preemergence herbicides: ametryne and diuron were tested. To calculate the amoung of herbicide using bioassay, each standard curve for ametryne and diuron (relationship between the growth of indicator plant as a respon of the amount of herbicide) were developed. Using these standard curves, the amount of ametryne and diuron was calculated based on the growth rate of indicator plant. Result showed that bioassay method can be utilized to detect herbicide movement in soil. The amount and the rate of herbicides movement was determined by soil and herbicide types. In PMK, ametryne was detect at the all soil dept from 1 through 4 week after application (WAA), however at 8 WAA this herbicides was only detected in 20-40 cm soil depth in limited amount, while at 12 WAA there was no ametryne detected in all soil depth. In LC, ametryne was also detected at all soil depth 1 day after application (DAA) through 1 WAA, while at 2 through 4 WAA ametryne was detected at 0-30 cm soil depth. At 8 and 12 WAA there was no more ametryn detected in all soil depth. The movement of diuron herbicide was more restricted compared to ametryn, both in PMK or LC. In PMK, from DAA 1 through 4 WAA diuron was only detected at 0-20 cm soil depth. At 8 WAA this herbicide was found at 10-20 cm soil depth, while at 12 WAA there was no diuron detected in all soil depth. In LC, most of diuron applied was still present in the upper soil colom (0-10 cm), while at 10-20 cm soil depth this herbicide was present in the limited amount 1 DAA through 1 WAA, diuron was detected only at 0-10 cm soil depth, meanwhile from 4 through 12 WAA there was no diuron detected at all soil depth. Ada interaksi yang nyata antara varietas dan konsentrasi pupuk bayfolan terhadap tinggi tanaman pada 90 MST, dan interaksi terbaik dijumpai pada varietas TM-999 yang diberikan konsentrasi pupuk bayfolan sebanyak 1-2 cc L-1 air. The Effects of Varieties dan Bayfolan Fertilizer Concentration on Growth and Yield of Chili (Capsicum annum L.)ABSTRACT. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of chili variety and the concentration of Bayfolan fertilizer on the growth and yield of chili and the interaction between these factors. The research was conducted using a randomized block design with 2 factors of chili varieties and 4 factors of fertilizer which 3 replications. Factors studied are chili variety (TM-999 and Cemeti) and the concentrations of Bayfolan fertilizer (control, 1, 2, and 3 cc L-1 water). Observed variable was the plant height at 30, 60 and 90 days after planting (DAP), the number of branches at 60 and 90 DAP, the number of fruits per plant, the fruit weight per plant and weight of 100 fruit. The result showed the best growth and yield was found on chili varieties TM-999. The best concentration of Bayfolan fertilizer was found at 1 and 2 cc L-1 water. There is a significant interaction between varieties and the concentration of Bayfolan fertilizer on the plant height at 90 DAP, the best interaction was found between chili varieties TM-999 and Bayfolan fertilizer at concentration 1-2 cc L-1 water.
