Their presences in the field are seen as the key to agricultural ecosystem. Their presence can be influenced by the availability of non-crop vegetation. Some adult Hymenoptera parasitoids require food in the form of pollen and nectar of wild flowers to ensure effective reproduction and longevity. The objective of this research is to study Hymenoptera parasitoid communities in vegetable field and non-crop vegetation at Alahan Panjang and Kayu tanduak agricultural landscapes. Insects were sampled by two trapping techniques (farmcop and sweep net) in one lines of transect for each landscape. Total of 62species from 19 families of Hymenoptera parasitoid were collected invegetable field and  non-crop vegetation at Alahan Panjang and Kayu Tanduak landscape. Landscape structure affected the species richness, diversity and evenness of Hymenoptera parasitoid invegetable field and  non-crop vegetation. This research aims to study the amount and duration of stage egg, nymph, imago, and the life cycle of brown plant hopper on four varieties of rice. The methods used in research was Complete Random Design  with four treatments (variety of IR 64, Batang Piaman, Cisokan, and IR 42) and eight replications. Research data were analyzed using variance analysis and continued with List Significant Different (LSD) at 5% level. The results of research showed that the number and duration of stage egg, nymph, imago, and cycle time of brown plant hopper in four rice varieties were different. Number of egg, nymph, and imago were lowest in 64 IR varieties, while the highest was IR 42 variety. Stage of eggs and nymphs were the shortest in IR 42 varieties, while the longest were IR variety 64. Imago stage was the shortest in IR 64 variety, while longest was the variety IR 42. The life cycle of brown plant hopper were shortest in IR 42 varieties, while longest was the variety IR 64. The results of this study can be concluded that the IR 64 varieties more resistant than the varieties IR 42, Cisokan, and Batang Piaman based on stage of egg, nymph, and imago. Kajian didukung teori sektor basis ekonomi, teori basis ekspor, teori pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini membahas sektor basis ekspor Aceh yaitu sektor pertanian, dengan model simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang mempengaruhi harga rata-rata ekspor Aceh adalah belanja modal Pemerintah Pusat, belanja modal Pemerintah Aceh, Upah Minimum Provinsi, pendapatan per kapita penduduk Amerika Serikat, kurs dan tingkat bunga bank di Amerika Serikat. Variabel belanja Pemerintah Aceh dan tingkat bunga tanda koefisiennya berlawanan dengan teori, namun secara statistik signifikan. Artinya seluruh variabel berpengaruh terhadap harga rata-rata ekspor.Variabel yang mempengaruhi penawaran komoditas sektor basis ekspor adalah harga rata-rata ekspor (hasil estimasi), belanja modal Pemerintah Pusat, belanja modal Pemerintah Aceh dan Upah Minimum Provinsi. Semua variabel berpengaruh nyata. Variabel yang mempengaruhi permintaan sektor basis ekspor adalah variabel harga rata-rata ekspor (hasil estimasi), pendapatan per kapita, kurs dan tingkat bunga. Variabel tingkat bunga tanda koefisiennya berlawanan dengan teori tetapi secara statistik sangat signifikan. Tetapi variabel pendapatan per kapita dan kurs tidak signifikan, namun secara simultan seluruh variabel berpengaruh terhadap permintaan. Sisi permintaan lebih besar peranannya dibandingkan dengan sisi penawaran terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Aceh. Secara teori tanda koefisiennya sesuai dan secara statistik signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, Aceh perlu menjaga keberlangsungan ekspor melalui pemanfaatan belanja modal Pemerintah Aceh yang tepat sasaran, mengatur penetapan UMP agar tidak terjadi trade off tenaga kerja antara sektor pertanian dengan sektor industri. Dengan demikian dapat meningkatkan produktivitas komoditas sektor basis ekspor yang berdampak pada penurunan harga dan kompetitif. Beberapa peraturan di atas tidak ada satu Pasal pun yang mengatur tentang cara dan keriteria-keriteria penentuan nilai jual objek pajak bumi dan bangunan perdesaan dan perkotaan yang merupakan dasar pemungutan PBB-P2.Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan cara pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh dalam melakukan penentuan nilai jual objek pajak PBB-P2, keriteria-keriteria yang dijadikan dasar dalam penentuan NJOP PBB-P2, dan hambatan-hambatan dalam penentuan NJOP PBB-P2 tersebut.Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan penelitian lapangan (empiris) yaitu untuk mengumpulkan data primer dengan mewawancarai responden dan informan yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini,.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses penetuan nilai jual objek pajak PBB-P2 dikeluarkan dengan sebuah penetapan Walikota Banda Aceh, tahapan proses pembuatan penetapan ini di usulkan oleh Kepala Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (DPKAD) Kota Banda Aceh dengan melibatkan Geucik, Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Kantor Pertanahan Aceh Kota Banda Aceh dan Tata Pemerintahan Kota Banda Aceh Subbagian Pertanahan dan Penataan Wilayah. IPM employs such methods as biological and mechanical controls, and botanicalpesticides. National and international resources have been used to developed IPM programs in some countries. Indonesia and Taiwan have used such programs to control rice pests. Biological control, botanical pesticides andsome mechanical control have been conducted in IPM program in both countries. However, assessing and comparing the effects of IPM programs are difficult because of the heterogeneity of the data due to differences in regions (e.g., climate, rainfall, soil structure), time periods, pest classes (e.g., insects, plant pathogens, weeds), and types of crops researched. In Indonesia using the recommended pesticides still be the last option for controlling the pests that reach an economic threshold. In 2011, recommended pesticides are applied about 981,628 ha of all rice crops. Other controls are the second pests control choosen in Indonesia. Other controls are consists of biological control (usingparasitoids and predators), microbial control (fungi, virus and bacteria) and natural plant extraction. Other controls reach about 464,854 ha of total rice crops in Indonesia. Mechanical controls are less applied than recommendedpesticides and other controls. Mechanical controls are including all controls before rice planting, such as harrowing land, killing rats, applying organic fertilizer, planting good varieties and cropping pattern. Mechanical controls reach about 84,920 ha of total rice crops in Indonesia. Taiwan also have similar development of rice IPM like Indonesia. In different counties, the farmers applied different IPM techniques. More farmers are independent to set up their rice pest control. Temperature is one of the important factor in compact the mixture.The research of variation in temperature of compaction of SMA 0/11 were conducted in Laboratory of Technology Faculty at University of Batanghari, Jambi. Aim of this research is to know the influence of temperature in compact the SMA 0/11.The variation of temperature in compaction are made with the optimum asphalt content of the SMA 0/11 mixture. Suhu saat pemadatan SMA 0/11 merupakan salah satu faktor penting demi tercapainya spesifikasi yang berlaku.  Penelitian mengenai variasi suhu pemadatan SMA 0/11 telah dilakukan di Laboratorium Fakultas Teknik Universitas Batanghari, Jambi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu saat pemadatan SMA 0/11 terhadap karakteristik marshall. Variasi suhu pemadatan dilakukan setelah diperoleh kadar aspal optimum untuk SMA 0/11.
