This problem is caused by the increasing concentration of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. A suggested method for controlling the level of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere is the prevention of burning flaring gas unit. In this study, two methods are proposed to conserve flaring gas at liquefied natural gas refineries PT. Arun. This method aims to minimize the environmental and economic losses of flaring gas combustion. The proposed method are: 1) utilization of flared gas as fuel for gas turbine power generation and 2) compression and injection of boiled gas into the refinery pipe. Determination of the most suitable methods and tools required for the two methods was done by means of simulation. The simulation was designed to determine the potential power generation and compression power required. The results demonstrate that the use of flared gas as fuel can generate 2130 MW of electricity while requires a compressor with a maximum pressure of 129 bar to inject the flaring gas into the refinery pipe. Study of economic analyzes for both methods was also conducted. From the analysis, it is found that compression of gas into the pipeline requires a lower capital cost than if the gas is utilized as gas turbine fuel. Therefore, the gas injection into the refinery pipe is a suitable alternative to prevent adverse environmental impacts through large amounts of carbon dioxide emissions in the atmosphere due to flaring gas burning. Penyakit ini terjadi karena adanya gangguan pada fungsi pembekuan darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap orangtua terhadap perawatan pasien dengan hemofilia di Provinsi Aceh. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orangtua dari pasien hemofilia yang terdaftar di Himpunan Masyarakat Hemofilia Indonesia Provinsi Aceh. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 32 orangtua pasien. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square (?=0,05). Hasil penelitian diperoleh mayoritas pengetahuan orangtua mengenai perawatan pasien hemofilia adalah pada tingkat baik 81,8 % dan pada tingkat tidak baik 18,2%. Hasil penelitian mengenai sikap orangtua didapatkan mayoritas sikap orangtua yang baik terhadap perawatan 72,7% dan sikap orangtua yang tidak baik terhadap perawatan 27,3%. Pada hasil Fisher Test diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan orangtua terhadap perawatan pasien hemofilia di Provinsi Aceh (p=0,02) dan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap orangtua terhadap perawatan pasien hemofilia di Provinsi Aceh (p=0,02). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap orangtua terhadap perawatan pasien hemofilia di Provinsi Aceh. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource ashabul anhar Description An account of the resource ABSTRAKInfark miokard ST-Elevasi (STEMI) merupakan sindrom klinis yang ditandai dengan adanya gejala khas iskemia miokard yaitu elevasi segmen ST pada 2 atau lebih sadapan EKG yang menetap dan peningkatan biomarker nekrosis miokard.STEMI terjadi jika trombus arteri koroner terjadi secara cepat pada lokasi injury ini dicetuskan oleh faktor-faktor seperti merokok, hipertensi dan akumulasi lipid. Sealin faktor-faktor pencetus yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya, faktor hematologi, yaitu penurunan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) juga menjadi faktor risiko independen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh perbedaan kadar Hb terhadap kejadian STEMI di RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh pada periode januari-desember 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian analitik observasional retrospektif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kasus kontrol (case control). Selama periode tersebut diperoleh data sebanyak 130 pasien dan setelah dilakukan pemilahan didapatkan 65 sampel STEMI dan 65 sampel pembanding, sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu rekam medik pasien. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji chi square fisher exact. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kadar Hb dengan kejadian STEMI (p= 0,004 ; p value < 0,05) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji analisis multivariat regresi logistik untuk meniai hubungan antar setiap variabel independen (Rendah, Normal, Tinggi) terhadap kejadian STEMI. Hasil uji multivariat regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kelompok Hb rendah dengan kelompok Hb normal sebagai pembanding dengan nilai (p= 0,003 ; p < 0,05) dan nilai OR=0,33(IK 95% ; 0,16-0,68). Kelompok dengan Hb rendah mempunyai kemungkina 0,33 kali untuk mengalami STEMI dibandingkan dengan pasien yang memiliki kadar Hb normal. Nilai OR < 1 ini juga menjelaskan bahwa kadar Hb yang rendah berperan sebagai faktor protektif untuk terjadinya STEMI. This inverter circuit has been tested by giving two incandescent loads by using a variation with 40 watts and 24 watts consume of power, so with the burden at that electronic circuit, the author can determine the ability of voltages and currents that can be issued at 220 volt inverter circuit using a battery the motorcycle.
