Dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Mengetahui PBB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesadaran masyarakat untuk membayar pajak dengn nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,016 < 0,05. Variabel Merasakan Manfaat juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesadaran masyarakat untuk membayar pajak dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sedangkan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kesadaran masyarakat untuk membayar pajak dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,575 > 0,05. Secara simultan variabel mengetahui manfaat PBB, merasakan manfaat dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesadaran masyarakat untuk membayar pajak dengan F hitung sebesar 23,804 dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,427 yang berarti 42,7 persen perubahan variabel kesadaran masyarakat untuk membayar pajak dijelaskan oleh perubahan variabel mengetahui PBB, Merasakan Manfaat serta variabel kualitas pelayanan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,3 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Mengetahui PBB, Merasakan Manfaat, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Keputusan Masyarakat Untuk Membayar Pajak. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kekuatan resin komposit nanofiller dibutuhkan penambahan fiber reinforced composite (FRC). Fiber yang sering digunakan adalah Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE). Fiber ini memiliki kekurangan yaitu harganya sangat mahal, penggunaannya masih memerlukan proses kimiawi. Oleh karena itu digunakan alternatif lain menggunakan serat alami yaitu ampas tebu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan flexural strength resin komposit dengan fiber ampas tebu pengeringan 3 dan 7 hari. Total 20 spesimen dengan ukuran 2x2x25 mm di bagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan flexural strength yang bermakna antara fiber ampas tebu pengeringan 3 hari dan fiber ampas tebu pengeringan 7 hari (p>0,05). The methodology apply is normative research. This method will explain how to implement the SPS Agreement in the WTO case.Based on the research, there are several articles that violated by Australia such as, Australia inconsistent with the 16 measures at issues, both as a whole and individually and constitute SPS measures within the meaning of Annex A(1) to the SPS Agreement, inconsistent with Article 5.1 and 5.2 of the SPS Agreement, inconsistent within the meaning of Article 11 of the DSU (Dispute Settlement Understanding), inconsistent with Article 5.6, and Panel finds that New Zealand has not established that the 16 measures at issue are inconsistent with Annex C (1) (a) and Article 8 of the SPS Agreement.It is recommended to be more transparency and open hearing.
