Tuntutan akademik seperti ujian blok yang dihadapi mahasiswa menjadi pemicu awal kecemasan yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan tingkat kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Dokter Fakultas Kedokteran Unsyiah menjelang akhir ujian blok tahun 2013. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 mahasiswa. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dari tanggal 18 November 2013 sampai dengan 29 November 2013 di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. Penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara terstruktur yang terdiri dari 3 bagian yaitu data responden, kuesioner Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) untuk menilai tingkat kecemasan dan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Indeks (PSQI) untuk menilai kualitas tidur. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 4,44% mahasiswa tidak mengalami kecemasan, 33,33% mengalami cemas ringan, 40% mengalami cemas sedang dan 11,11% mengalami cemas berat. Data kualitas tidur diperoleh 11,11% mahasiswa mengalami kualitas tidur baik dan 88,89% mengalami kualitas tidur buruk. Analisa data dengan uji Chi Square diperoleh nilai p adalah 0,00 (? 0,1) artinya bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur. Uji tambahan menggunakan uji regresi linier didapatkan bahwa sebanyak 76,2% kecemasan mempengaruhi kualitas tidur sedangkan 23,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor/variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dan diperoleh persamaan y=2,198+0.269x. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi tingkat kecemasan memperburuk kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Dokter Fakultas Kedokteran Unsyiah menjelang akhir ujian blok tahun 2013.Kata Kunci: Tingkat Kecemasan, Kualitas Tidur, Ujian.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Anxiety is a psychological symptom experienced by everyone. Academic demands such as block exam faced by students triggers an anxiety that affects the quality of sleep in college students. The aims of this study is to examine the relationship beetween anxiety level and the quality of sleep in Unsyiah Medical Faculty Students towards the end of block exam in 2013 . This study was an analytical cross-sectional design . The amount of sample in this study is 88 students . The sampling method is done with stratified random sampling technique . Data collected from 18 November 2013 until 29 November 2013 at the Faculty of Medicine, Syiah Kuala University in Banda Aceh . The study was conducted with a structured interview consisting of 3 parts: the respondent data , Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale ( HARS ) questionnaire to assess the level of anxiety and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire ( PSQI ) to assess the quality of sleep . The result showed that 4,44% the students are not anxious, 33,33% with mild anxiety, 40% with moderate anxiety and 11,11% with severe anxiety. Quality of sleep dara showed that 11,11% the students with a good quality sleep and 88,89% with poor sleep quality. Data Analysis with Chi Square test p-value was 0.00 ( ? 0.1) it means that there is significant relation between anxiety and sleep quality. Additional tests using linear regression it showed that 76,2% anxiety influence the quality of sleep while 23,8% are influenced by other factors. From the test also obtained an equation where y = 2.198 x +0269 . Terapi antibiotik yang tepat dan efektif secara empiris dapat mencegah terjadinya kerusakan dan komplikasi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola kuman dan sensitivitas dari mikroorganisme patogen yang menyebabkan OMSK. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan metode observasi laboratorium. Bakteri diisolasi dari sekret telinga penderita OMSK yang datang ke Poli THT RSUDZA pada November 2011 hingga Februari 2012. Hasil kultur kuman yang diperoleh dari 30 spesimen sekret telinga ditemukan adanya bakteri patogen (56,67%), bakteri nonpatogen (13,33%) dan jamur (13,33%), sementara itu 16,67% lainnya tidak ditemukan adanya pertumbuhan bakteri. Bakteri penyebab terbanyak yang berhasil diisolasi adalah Pseudomonas aeruginosa (30,00%), diikuti Staphylococcus aureus (13,33%), Proteus sp. (6,67%), Proteus mirabilis (3,33%) dan Klebsiella pneumoniae (3,33%). Hasil uji sensitivitas antibiotik pada setiap bakteri berbeda-beda. Antibiotik yang paling efektif bagi isolat P. aeruginosa adalah Ceftazidime (100%), diikuti dengan Tobramycin (88,89%) dan Ciprofloxacin (77,78%). Cefotaxime dan Vancomycin merupakan antibiotik yang paling efektif bagi isolat S. aureus dengan tingkat sensitivitas sebesar 100%, diikuti dengan Amoxicillin-Clav, Ceftazidime dan Clindamycin dengan sensitivitas masing-masing sebesar 75%. Isolat Proteus sp. dan P. mirabilis sensitif terhadap Ciprofloxacin dan Cephalosporin generasi ketiga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kinerja CAED dengan dan tanpa tundaan pemadatan. Dan juga menentukan Kadar Asapal Optimum dan nilai stabilitas. Variasi kadar aspal adalah 5,5%, 6%, 6,5%, 7%, dan 7,5% yang didapat setelah menghitung perkiraan awal Kadar Residu Aspal (Pb), dengan gradasi yang digunakan berupa gradasi menerus dengan variasi campuran aspal emulsi dingin tanpa dan dengan tundaan pemadatan 36 jam dan, memvariasikan semen (0% dan 1%) dan variasi waktu curing benda uji yaitu pada 0, 1, 3 dan 7 hari. Kadar Aspal Residu Optimum (KARO) didapat sebesar 7%, dengan mengoptimalkan stabilitas rendaman yaitu 604,30 kg dan kepadatan kering 2,156 gr/cm3. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian tanpa dan dengan tundaan pemadatan selama 36 jam dengan variasi bahan aditif semen portland dengan masa curing 0, 1, 3 dan 7 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semakin lama masa curing semakin meningkat nilai stabilitas baik tanpa maupun dengan tundaan pemadatan 36 jam. Pada CAED tanpa tundaan pemadatan tanpa semen didapat stabilitas kering rata-rata meningkat sebesar 35,9%, 49,4% dan 115,8% pada masa curing 0, 1, 3, dan 7 hari. Sedangkan dengan aditif semen juga meningkat stabilitas kering rata-rata sebesar 29%, 46,2% dan 110,9% pada masa curing 0, 1, 3, dan 7 hari. Pada CAED tundaan pemadatan 36 jam non semen didapat stabilitas kering rata-rata sebesar 32,16%, 46,54% dan 54,80% pada masa curing 0, 1, 3,dan 7 hari. Status gizi memiliki potensi menimbulkan gangguan pada kesehatan reproduksi, obesitas dan kekurangan nutrisi mengakibatkan ketidakteraturan siklus menstruasi. Selain itu, aktivitas fisik yang terlalu berat bisa menyebabkan tubuh stres hingga merusak kualitas sel-sel reproduksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dan aktifitas fisik dengan keteraturan siklus menstruasi. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Total sampel diambil secara purposive sampling sebanyak 60 siswi SMA Negeri 10 Banda Aceh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling yaitu sampel diambil secara acak dan analisis uji statistik menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Pengumpulan data berlangsung dari Februari hingga Maret 2014. Pengumpulan data dengan pengisian kuisoner menggunakan metode wawancara. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan keteraturan siklus menstruasi (p=0.301) dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara aktifitas fisik dengan keteraturan siklus menstruasi (p=0.101). Kesimpulan penelitian ini status gizi dan aktifitas fisik tidak mempengaruhi keteraturan siklus menstruasi.Kata kunci: status gizi, aktifitas fisik, keteraturan siklus menstruasi ABSTRACTMenstruation is the periodic bleeding on the female sex organs that are ready for the reproductive system. Nutritional status has the potential to adversely impact reproductive health, obesity and nutritional deficiencies cause irregularity of the menstrual cycle. In addition, physical activity is too heavy can cause the body to stress to damage the quality of reproductive cell. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nutritional status and physical activity with the regularity of the menstrual cycle. This research used analytic with cross sectional approach and simple random sampling. Total sample were 60 female students of Banda Aceh 10 State Senior High School with a sampling technique is simple random sampling and samples were taken at random statistical test analysis using the Mann-Whitney test. Sample collection went February until March 2014. Sample collection process is done by interview questionnary method. The result of Mann-Whitney test show that there is a not significant association between nutritional status by the regularity of the menstrual cycle (p =0.301) and there is not significant relationship between physical activity with regularity of the menstrual cycle ( p = 0.101).
