New BTS implementation is required to cover a wider area with good network quality. However, it often requires high cost and long time to get permission from the government and local residents. Swap and Modernization Project is a project that swap the previous 3G equipment using BTS 3900 Huawei with Ericsson RBS 6000 and modernize the 2G RBS 2000 to RBS 6000 and then carry out parameter settings to optimize the network. In this paper, we report the results of mobile network performance after Swap and Modernization projects had been done in terms of the signal strength improvements, which are showed by Rx Level, RSCP and CDD Dump parameters. The study was conducted in PT XL Axiata Northern Areas of Central Java with D5 cluster as a sample. The results show improvement of Rx Level that increased by 89.93 %, and RSCP value increased by 58.36 %. The swap and modernization of the BTS and parameter settings are able to improve CDD Dump parameters. These improvements are able to expand the coverage area of cluster D5 sites. Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalahdeskriptif comparative dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi padapenelitian ini yaitu semua putra dan putri usia remaja di Desa Limpok Darussalamyang berjumlah 83 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 66 responden yang terdiridari 33 remaja putra dan 33 remaja putri, dan teknik pengambilan sampelmenggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknikwawancara dengan mengajukan pernyataan sesuai kuesioner. Instrumen yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner yang berisi 24 penyataan. Metodeanalisa data dengan menggunakan uji independent t-test, hasil penelitian adalah tidakterdapat perbedaan perilaku pencegahan primer penyakit gastritis antara remaja putradan remaja putri (p-value = 0,221). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menduga komposisi biji pada seed bank tanah dan mendeteksi kemampuan tumbuh pada beberapa celah antartajuk tegakan. Magnesium yang ditambahkan berupa tepung batuan magnesit yang telah dilakukan pengayakan. Pemanfaatan batuan sebagai bahan tambahan dalam pembuatan bokasi diharapkan dapat menghasilkan pupuk bokasi yang memiliki kandungan hara magnesium (Mg) yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan produksi bokasi yang biasa dilakukan. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan pola faktorial yang terdiri atas 2 faktor. Faktor I adalah proporsi batuan magnesit (K) terdiri dari enam taraf yaitu: K1 = 0%, K2 = 2,5%, K3 = 5%, K4 = 7,5%, K5 = 10%, dan K6 = 12,5%. Faktor II adalah cara penambahan batuan magnesit (P) yang terdiri dari dua taraf yaitu P1 = Diawal pembuatan, dan P2 = Diakhir pembuatan. Setiap perlakukan diulang sebanyak dua kali sehingga terdapat 24 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi batuan magnesit (K) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap unsur C (karbon), N (nitrogen), rasio C/N, kandungan Mg (magnesium) dan tinggi tanaman serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap pH dan kadar air bokasi. Rasio C/N cenderung menurun dengan meningkatnya proporsi batuan magnesit, sedangkan pH dan kadar air cenderung terus meningkat dengan meningkatnya proporsi batuan magnesit. Cara penambahan batuan magnesit (P) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kadar air, tekstur dan warna bokasi serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap total mikroorganisme. Dibandingkan dengan orang yang tidak menderita diabetes maka penderita diabetes mellitus mempunyai risiko 25 kali untuk menjadi buta. Retinopatidiabetik merupakan komplikasi diabetes melitus pada mata yang tertinggi prevalensinya. Risiko mengalami retinopati pada pasien diabetes meningkat sejalan dengan lamanya diabetes. Hal ini juga dipengaruhi oleh kontrol gula darahpasien yang tidak baik. Selain itu, profil usia, jenis kelamin, dan tipe diabetesmellitus yang diderita pasien juga memiliki kaitan dengan jumlah kasus kejadianretinopati diabetik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaranprofil penderita retinopati diabetik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitiandeskriptif murni dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian diambildengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling dengan jumlah responden 100penderita diabetes melitus yang berobat ke poliklinik endokrin dan kemudiandirujuk ke poliklinik mata RSUD Zainal Abidin Banda Aceh. Hasilnya didapatkan sebanyak 100 pasien diabetes melitus,didapatkan menderita retinopati diabetik sebanyak 35 orang dan tidak menderitaretinopati diabetik sebanyak 65 orang.
