Scientific studies of asam sunti are relatively limited, while study of change on physical and chemical characteristics of asam sunti does not exist. The objective of this research was to study the change of physical characteristics of bilimbi during fermentation. This study used explorative laboratory design. Asam sunti was produced in laboratory scale with three times repetition and sample was taken three times in stages, i.e., before sun-drying and salting (stage 1), after repeated sun-drying and salting (stage 2), and fermentation for 1 month (stage 3). Parameters analyzed on physic characteristics included aw, texture and color. Significant change on physic characteristics were found during the processing of bilimbi to become asam sunti. The value of aw of the bilimbi was found to decrease after processing (sun-drying and salting) and fermentation for 1 month. Texture of the bilimbi increased at stage 2 and decreased at the last of fermentation. The colour of the bilimbi changed from green to brown after the whole processing (salting, drying and fermentation). Mengenai sanksi administrasi bagi yang melanggar tata tertib diatur dalam Pasal 9 yaitu, memberikan peringatan secara tertulis, tutupan sunyi selama 6 (enam) hari, dan pencabutan hak-hak warga binaan pemasyarakatan. Namun dalam kenyataannya masih banyak narapidana yang melanggar tata tertib Lapas dan penerapan sanksi yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan peraturan.Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan sanksi terhadap narapidana yang melanggar tata tertib lembaga pemasyarakatan, dan faktor penghambat tercapainya keamanan dan ketertiban lembaga pemasyarakatan. Data dalam penulisan ini diperoleh dengan melakukan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) untuk memperoleh data sekunder dan penelitian lapangan (field research) untuk memperoleh data primer.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa penerapan sanksi yang diterapkan kepada narapidana yang melanggar tata tertib lapas dilakukan berdasarkan tiga kategori pelanggaran, yaitu pelanggaran tingkat ringan dikenakan hukuman disiplin peringatan teguran, pelanggaran tingkat sedang dikenakan hukuman disiplin peringatan tertulis, dan pelanggaran tingkat berat dikenakan hukuman disiplin tutupan sunyi, pencabutan hak-hak, dan dipindahkan ke lapas lain. Faktor-faktor penghambat tercapainya keamanan dan ketertiban lembaga pemasyarakatan yaitu kurangnya pemahaman hukum dari pihak petugas sekaligus kurangnya tenaga petugas lapas, tidak tersedianya ruang isolasi (ruang tutupan sunyi) dan kurangnya kesadaran hukum dari pihak. Efficiency performance of solar collectors in the process of heating the water also becomes the main focus in this study. This study was conducted with two experiments consisting of a flat plate solar collector with horizontal and flat plate solar collector with tilt angle 22o. Experiments carried out with 8 hours of testing within 6 days. Water was circulated into the collector pipe using a pump capacity of 125 Watts. From the research it is known that the amount of electrical energy required by pump for 6 days with 8 -hour time trial experiment, was about 21.6 MJ. The rate of flow of the fluid in the collector pipe is 2x10 - 5 m3/s. The plate solar collector with a slope of 22o reached the highest average temperature in the third experiment, which was about 64.7 ° C; however, the lowest average temperature was found in the horizontal collector (0o) at the third experiment, which was about 47.5 ° C. The purpose of this research is to determine the appropriate antioxidant, and the combination of antioxidants to inhibit rancidity of roasted coconut paste during storage. The experiment was conducted using a randomized block design (RBD) with 3 factors. Factor A is a combination of antioxidants, there are two levels ie α-tocopherol : ascorbic acid (A1), and BHA : BHT (A2). Factor K is the concentration of antioxidants, there are 3 levels ie 0.02 % : 0 % (K1), 0.01 % : 0.01 % (K2), and 0 % : 0.02 % (K3). Factor P is the storage time, there are two levels ie 0 months (P1) and 2 months (P2). The results showed that the antioxidant α-tocopherol, BHA, and BHT, singly or not combined, function equivalently to inhibit the increase of free fatty acids and peroxide number. All three of these antioxidants function better than ascorbic acid. Synergism effect was seen in ascorbic acid in combination with α-tocopherol, but not in BHA with BHT. After stored for 2 months, there were an increase (P≤0,01) in water content, acid number, and peroxide number of roasted coconut paste. Natural antioxidant α-tocopherol (0.02 %), the combination of α-tocopherol with ascorbic acid (0.01 % : 0.01 %), and the synthetic antioxidants BHA with BHT (single or in combination ) can inhibit fat oxidation and rancidity of roasted coconut paste up to 2 months of storage. Minimal processing of pineapple is one of the solutions for practical use by consumers who would like to consume it fresh. However, minimally processed pineapple will be easily damaged and has short shelf life. The aims of this study are to determine the quality of minimally processed pineapple coated with edible coating, effect of calcium chloride dipping, as well as plastic packaging at low temperatures storage. Combination of Cassava starch and glycerol used as edible coating for pineapple dipped in CaCl2for 1 minute and 2 minutes, respectively. Products were packaged using polyethylene, polypropylene, and without packaging. It is obtained that dipping the product in CaCl2 for 2 minutes and packaging it using polypropylene (plastic) can prolong the shelf life of minimally processed pineapple stored at 5°C up to 8 days. Gangguan kecemasan pada usia remaja, khususnya remaja akhir memiliki prevalensi yang cukup tinggi. Dukungan sosial merupakan faktor yang dapat memberikan dampak yang menguntungkan dalam upaya menjaga kesehatan mental. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dengan tingkat kecemasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 1 Pendidikan Dokter Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Syiah Kuala. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 68 orang yang terdiri dari 34 orang dengan dukungan sosial kurang dan 34 orang dengan dukungan sosial cukup. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan 29 orang tidak cemas, 16 orang cemas ringan, 13 orang cemas sedang dan 10 orang cemas berat. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji chi-square.
