Banyak bangunan berdiri kembali pada lokasi sebelumnya, dimana lokasi tersebut terdata memiliki tingkat kerusakan bangunan yang tinggi.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi tingkat kerentanan bangunan dan bangunan evakuasi alternatif terhadap bencana tsunami di kecamatan Meuraxa. Penelitian di fokuskan pada kerentanan bangunan terhadap ancaman genangan tsunami tanpa meninjau pengaruh gempa pra-tsunami. Metode perkiraan kerentanan yang digunakan dikenal sebagai BTV (Building Tsunami Vulnerability) dengan tiga parameter tinjauan yaitu kondisi bangunan, kedalaman genangan, dan pelindung pantai. Teknik survei dan pembobotan dilakukan untuk menilai tingkat kerentanan bangunan terhadap bencana tsunami berdasarkan ketinggian genangan tsunami dan kondisi pelindung pantai. Analisis data dilakukan secara spasial menggunakan sistem informasi geografi untuk melihat bangunan berdasarkan nilai bobotnya terhadap ketinggian genangan tsunami pada lokasi berdirinya. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa tingkat kerentanan bangunan terhadap bencana tsunami bervariasi, yaitu : tingkat kerentanan bangunan tinggi (2,14 %);sedang(84,74 %); dan rendah (13,11 %)dari total jumlah bangunan sebanyak 7.139 unit. Bangunan dengan tingkat kerentanan sedang hingga tinggi mencapai 86,88 %. Terdapat 37 unit bangunan yang dapat dijadikan bangunan evakuasi alternatif. Sebab dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 2008 di Indonesia masih terdapat celah yang memungkinkan pelaku kejahatan pornografi lepas dari jeratan hukum pidana.Tujuan dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk meneliti serta menjelaskan perbandingan tentang peraturan Perundang-undangan dan sanksi terkait tindak pidana pornografi terhadap anak melalui internet menurut Undang-Undang yang berlaku di Indonesia dan Amerika Serikat. Linier regression was used to analyzed the data.     The study finds that DAU, DAK, PAD, and PDRB influenced capital expenditure simultaneously. The other founding only PDRB not influenced capital expenditure partially.     Limitation of this research is that the study did nott explore which expenditure sector that is more consume local finance resources. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen dokumentasi, angket respon guru dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif, yaitu memaparkan hasil pengembangan instrumen penilaian kimia dan hasil respon guru terhadap instrumen yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pengembangan instrumen penilaian berbasis kurikulum 2013 pada pelajaran kimia materi titrasi asam basa dinyatakan layak digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa di kelas XI IPA-4 SMAN 7 Banda Aceh. The objective of present study was to evaluate the possibility of  papaya’s latex (Carica papaya) as anti stress or larvaside for tiger shrimp (Panaeus monodon) post larvae Pl 14-30 during transportation. The tiger shrimp post larvae was collected from BBAP Ujung Batee, Aceh Besar on September, 2012. Reseach method used the completely random design with two factors, density of post larvae with three treatments (1000; 1500 dan 2000 ind/l) and concentration of papaya’s latex with four treatments (0; 100; 200 dan 300 ppm) and three replications for each treatments. The effect of papaya’s latex on tiger shrimp post larvae was observed by calculating the percentage of post larvae’s survival rate. The calculation was only done after twelve hours of transportation, due to the everage of survival rate percentage of post larvae on all levels of density was less than 50%.  The ANOVA test showed that  the density and the concentration factors gave significance effect on survival rate of tiger shrimp post larvae (P<0,05). The results showed that survival rate of tiger shrimp post larvae (PL 14-30) were decreased with increasing of larvae density and concentration of papaya’s latex.  However, Duncan’s test showed that the highest survival rate was obtained at 1.000 ind/l  and 0 ppm of papaya’s latex. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi langsung. Pengamatan terhadap variabel tabel kehidupan dilakukan pada rumah kawat sedangkan identifikasi predator dan parasitoid dilakukan di Laboratorium Zoologi, Jurusan Biologi Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Syiah Kuala. Variabel yang diamati adalah natalitas, mortalitas, dan kelulushidupan E. vigintioctopunctata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telur E. vigintioctopunctata yang berhasil mencapai dewasa sebesar 1,16%. Persentase mortalitas tertinggi terjadi pada fase telur (86,02%), diikuti oleh larva (12,59%), dan pupa (0,23%). Selanjutnya, nilai total mortalitas generasi (Kvalue) adalah 4,93. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan mortalitas stadium pradewasa E. vigintioctopunctata yaitu: parasitoid, predator, daun dimakan herbivor, hujan, dan gagal menetas. Tiga jenis predator yang menyerang telur dan larva E. vigintioctopunctata yaitu Manthis sp. (Mantidae), Oxyopes sp. (Oxyopidae), dan Bathippus sp. (Salticidae). Parasitoid yang menyerang telur E. vigintioctopunctata hanya satu jenis yaitu Tetrastichus sp. (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) on eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) was conducted from July to December 2013, in order to construct and analyzed the life table of E. vigintioctopunctata on its host plant, S. melongena and identified the mortality factors of immature stage. Observations of life table were done on the field cage while identification of predators and parasitoids were done in the Laboratory of Zoology, Biology Department, Faculty Mathematic and Natural Science, Syiah Kuala University. The variables in this study were natality, mortality, and survivorship of E. vigintioctopunctata. The results showed that the eggs of E. vigintioctopunctata who reached to adult by 1,16%. The highest percentage of mortality occurred in the egg stage (86,02%), followed by the larval (12,59%), and pupal stages (0,23%). Furthermore, the total mortality generation (Kvalue) of E. vigintioctopunctata were 4,39. Five mortality factors were identified during the study, there were parasitoid, predators, herbivore which ate the egg plant, rain, and failure to hatch. Three species of predators that attacked the eggs and larval stages of E. vigintioctopunctata were Manthis sp. (Mantidae), Oxyopes sp. (Oxyopidae), and Bathippus sp. (Salticidae). Hasil penelitian diperoleh, 14 spesies serangga dari keseluruhan pengamatan yaitu: Geomyzaprius goffi, Saldula sp, Oecophylla smaragdina, Danaus plexippus, Lephelisca borealis, Balarchia archipu, Colias eurytheme, Celithemis elisa, Erythemes simplicicollis, Pachydiplax longipennis, Valanga sp, Neomida bicornis, Euchlora viridis dan Scotinophara lurida.
