Factorial experimental design with three replications was employed where wheat, sweet potato, sago and banana flour as one factor, and tempeh and tofu as another factor. Moisture and raw protein content of vegetarian nuggets produced in this study was in accordance with the Indonesia Standard (SNI). Moisture was less than 60 percent and raw protein was above 12 percent. The highest organoleptic test was obtained from the nugget made of the combination of sago as filler and tofu as protein source. The nugget contained 60.00, 14.89, 28.89 and 2.00 percent of moisture, raw protein, raw fat and ash content, respectively. These methods compared to four to get the patchouli alcohol were analyzed by GC MS to produce the optimum amount of essential oils and economically on an industrial scale. Randall and DIC method can be done quickly, while evaporation and hydro-distillation method takes longer, but the hydro-distillation method is more stable and efficient in the process of extraction of essential oils. The time required for the essential oil by Randall method 4 minutes, 3 hours evaporation method, hydro-distillation 7 hours and DIC for 6 minutes. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisa regresi berganda, objek penelitian mengenai pengaruh kompetensi dan fungsi pemimpin terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Bidang Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Polda Aceh, dengan responden sebanyak 110 orang. The research method uses multiple regression analysis, the object of research on the effects of competence and functions of the leader on the performance of health personnel in the Field of Medicine and Health Aceh Police, with the respondents as many as 110 people. The results showed that the coefficient of determination by the calculation results obtained R2 value of 0.355 which means that the influence of competency and function of a leader is 0.355 or 35.5% and the remaining 64.5% is the influence of other factors not examined in this study.The test results of correlation (R) obtained a value of 0.596 which indicates the degree of relationship (correlation) between the independent variables with the dependent variable of 59.6% which means that the competence and functions of the leader has a very close relationship with the performance of health workers of Medicine and Health Sector (Biddokkes) Police in Aceh. Nowadays, sago starch has been utilized to produce various types of tradisional foods. The aim of this study was to compare the quality of rainbow cake produced by the addition of 30% sago starch and rainbow cake using 100% wheat flour and to evaluate panelist acceptance of these rainbow cakes. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two treatments and eight replications thus obtained 16 experimental units. The treatments were TS1 (100% wheat and 0%sago starch) and TS2 (70% wheat flour and 30%sago starch). The parameters observed were moisture, ash, sucrose and fat contents as well as panelist acceptance test. The results of this study indicated that rainbow cake of TS1 treatment (100% wheat flour and 0%sago starch) had no significant difference with rainbow cake of TS2 treatment (70% wheat flour and 30% sago starch) in case of ash and sucrose contents, but had significant effect on moisture and fat contents of rainbow cake. Based on the panelist acceptance test, the rainbow cake made from 70% wheat flour and sago starch 30% could be accepted by panelists similar to commercial rainbow cake. Namun dalam kenyataanya masih banyak supir angkutan barang khusus yang memarkirkan kendaraanya pada tempat-tempat umum.Tujuan penulisan untuk menjelaskan penerapan sanksi pidana terhadap pelanggaran Pasal 162 ayat (1) huruf c Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalulintas dan Angkutan Jalan, usaha yang ditempuh oleh penegak hokum dalam mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran dan hambatan dalam melakukan pencegahan tersebut.Data dalam penulisan skripsi ini diperoleh dengan melakukan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data skunder dengan cara mempelajari literatur dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, sedangkan penelitian lapangan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data primer dan dengan cara mewawancarai responden dan informan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan, diketahui hakim menjatuhkan pidana denda kepada para pelaku pelanggaran. Menurut pandangan hakim pidana denda lebih mudah di jalankan dan dapat memberikan efek jera. Sanksi pidana yang diputuskan oleh hakim lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan ancaman sanksi pidana dalam ketentuan Pasal 305 Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalulintas dan Angkutan jalan. Usaha yang di tempuh oleh penegak hukum dalam mencejah terjadinya pelanggaran yaitu dengan mengadakan penyuluhan, sosialisasi, penegakan hukum, dan penyitaan dokumen perjalana. Hambatan dalam melakukan pencegahan pelanggaran tersebut ialah kurangnya kesadaran hukum baik supir angkutan barang khusus maupun oknum aparat hukum itu sendiri.Disarankan kepada hakim Pengadilan Negeri Banda Aceh agar dapat menjatuhkan sanksi yang berat kepada supir angkuta barang khusus yang melanggar Pasal 162 ayat (1) huruf c, dan kepada dinas terkait agar dapat melakuka penyuluhan tentang pentingnya kesadaran hukum lebih intensif lagi baik kepada supir angkutan barang khusus maupun aparatur penegak hukum itu sendiri.
