This research was conducted at the Laboratory of milk Technology Faculty of Agriculture Syiah Kuala University from 16 June to 20 June 2014. The growth of Lactobacillus acidophilus was observed in one hour periode as long as 5 hoursincubation periode. The treatmens consist of three level of La persentage, 2%, 4%, and 6%, parameters weasured were total cell acid pH of fermented milk. The results of this study showed the addition of 2% La starter with a 4 hour incubation, bacteria La has grown up to 9.10 cfu with a pH of 4.47. The addition of starter Lactobacillus acidophilus 4% and 3 hour incubation bacteria has grown up to 11.20 cfu with a pH of 4.27, mean while the addition of 6% with 2 hour incubation time has grown up to of 10.67 cfu, with pH 4.24. Stroke iskemik merupakan tipe stroke yang paling sering ditemui (80%) yang dapat menimbulkan cacat motorik, sensorik maupun gangguan fungsi kognitif yang dapat berlanjut menjadi demensia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan gangguan fungsi kognitif pada pasien pasca stroke iskemik di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional pada bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) dan rekam medik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase gangguan fungsi kognitif sebesar 61,4%. Hasil uji analisis Chi-Square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara usia (p=0,004), jenis kelamin (p=0,004), tingkat pendidikan (p=0,000), dan lokasi lesi (p=0,036) dengan gangguan fungsi kognitif serta tidak terdapat hubungan antara riwayat hipertensi (p=0,401), dan riwayat diabetes melitus (p=0,067) dengan gangguan fungsi kognitif pada pasien pasca stroke iskemik di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. The purpose of this experiment was to study effects of dosage and frequency of casting to control fusarium wilt on tomato plants. The experiment applied a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with five replications. The factors studied were dosage and frequency of kascing. Penelitian telah dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2014 di Laguna Leupung. Pengambilan sampel plankton dilakukan pada 6 stasiun pengamatan dengan menggunakan plankton-net. Identifikasi plankton dilakukan di Laboratorium Fakultas Kelautan dan Perikanan, Universitas Syiah Kuala. Genus yang ditemukan sebanyak 25 genera yang berasal dari kelas Bacillariophyceae, Dinophyceae dan Cyanophyceae. Kelas Bacillariophyceae tergolong sedang dengan kelimpahan rata-rata 1202,02 ind/L, sedangkan kelas Dinophyceae berkisar 621,13 ind/L dan Cyanophyceae 208,49 ind/L yang tergolong dalam kelimpahan rendah. Genus yang dominan ditemukan adalah Rhizosolenia sebesar 26%. Nilai indeks Keanekaragaman berkisar 1,88 - 2,63, dan termasuk kedalam kategori sedang. Data percepatan gravitasi diukur menggunakan alat gravitimeter CG-5 AutoGrav Scientrex. Pengukuran data dilakukan pada 2 lintasan dengan lintasan 1 dari Selatan ke Utara panjang lintasan 12 km dan lintasan 2 dari Utara ke Baratlaut dengan panjang 6 km. Untuk mendapatkan anomali, data gravitasi telah dilakukan koreksi lintang, koreksi udara bebas, koreksi Bouguer, dan koreksi terrain, sedangkan koreksi pasang surut dan koreksi kelelahan alat sudah dilakukan secara otomatis pada alat gravitimeter CG-5 AutoGrav Scientrex. Data hasil koreksi atau anomali Bouguer lengkap digunakan untuk pemodelan 2D dengan menggunakan software Grav2DC. Hasil pemodelan didapatkan struktur bawah permukaan dari kawasan panas bumi berdasarkan variasi densitasnya dengan 4 lapisan yaitu, ?=1,76 gr/cm3 sebagai tufa pasiran, ?=2,4 gr/cm3diduga batuan lempung pasiran, ?=2,72 gr/cm3 sebagai batuan breksi tufa terlempungkan diduga sebagai lapisan penutup, dan ?=2,99 gr/cm3 sebagai batuan breksi vulkanik diduga lapisan reservoir.Kata Kunci : Metode Gravity, Densitas Batuan, Panas Bumi, Pemodelan 2D, Gunungapi Seulawah Agam.ABSTRACTSurvey of Gravity Method has been done at Seulawah Agam volcano. The study is aimed to predict the subsurface structure of geothermal field in the area. Data of gravitational acceleration were measured using Scientrex CG-5 AutoGrav gravimeter. The measurements were done on two profiles. Profile 1 was measured from South to North direction and 12 kilometers long while profile 2 was from North to Northwest direction and 6 kilometers long. The tide and drift corrections were done automatically by the equipment. A series of corrections such as latitude, free air, Bouguer, and terrain corrections have been conducted in order to draw a clear anomalies from the data. The complete Bouguer anomalies data were used for 2D forward modeling using Grav2DC software. The results show that the studied area is consist of 4 layers of subsurface structures based on its densities. The first layer is predicted as sandyceous tuffastones (? = 1,76 gr/cm3), the second layer is predicted as sandyceous argillastones (? = 2,4 gr/cm3), the third layer is the cap rocks consist of argillaceous tuffastones (? = 2,7 gr/cm3), and the fourth layer is the reservoir consist of vulvanic breccias (? = 2,99 gr/cm3).Keywords : Method of Gravity, Density, Geothermal, 2D Model, SeulawahAgam vulcano.
