Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis surat putusan pemidanaan yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 197 KUHAP, menganalisis asas perlindungan dan kemanfaatan putusan pidana yang dijatuhkan terhadap perbaikan tingkah laku dan masa depan anak, dan menganalisis pertimbangan-pertimbangan hakim terhadap faktor-faktor non yuridis.Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian hukum normatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan serta untuk melengkapi data juga dilakukan wawancara dengan terpidana Elvira binti Rubus, hakim Pengadilan Negeri Jantho yang menangani perkara dan Panitera Pengganti. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.Surat Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Nomor: 221/Pid.An/2012/PN-JTH tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 197 KUHAP karena tidak memuat keterangan saksi-saksi, pertimbangan dan kualifikasi tindak pidana yang dilanggar yang dapat menjadikan terdakwa terbukti bersalah. Pemidanaan dalam bentuk penjara dan denda yang diganti dengan pidana kurungan bertentangan dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 1997 tentang Pengadilan Anak. Hakim juga tidak memberikan pertimbangan tentang alasan non yuridis secara lengkap sehingga putusan yang ambil bertentangan dengan rasa keadilan dan tidak memberikan kemanfaatan bagi perubahan prilaku anak menjadi lebih baik.Disarankan agar hakim dalam membuat Surat Putusan harus berpedoman pada Pasal 197 KUHAP. Pemidanaan yang pelakunya adalah anak harus diputuskan oleh Hakim Anak dan dalam putusannya tidak menjatuhkan pidana denda dan hukuman kurungan pengganti denda melainkan dengan wajib latihan kerja. It is usually consumed in the form of fresh plant or after going through the process of cooking such as boiling, steaming and stirring-fry. Vegetable also contains many antioxidant components such as ascorbic acid, carotenoids, flavonoids, melanoidin, certain organic acids, reducing agents, peptides, tannin and tocopherol. Factor in this study is a type of vegetable and method of heating. Types of vegetable used i.e. S1 = Eggplant, S2 = Carrots, S3 = Broccoli and heating method comprising: P1 = without heating, P2 = boiling, P3 = steaming and P4 = stirring-fry. The results showed that the type of vegetable and methods of heating, as well as the interaction between the type of vegetable and method of heating gave very real effect on antioxidant activity. The transesterification process carried out by reacting methanol and esterified used cooking oil using KOH as catalyst. Stirring technique used is based on hydrodynamic cavitation. This research aims to study the characteristics of biodiesel that made from transesterified used cooking oil with different concentrations of methanol. The concentration of methanol used consists of 5 (five) level are: 99.9%, 95%, 90%, 80%, and 70%. The transesterification process using hydrodynamic cavitation technique with a 99.9% concentration of methanol result in biodiesel with characteristics consistent by Indonesian National Standard (SNI). In this condition, biodiesel produced 92.93% of the yield which has characteristics of acid number 0.80 mg KOH / g, total glycerol 0.045%, alkyl ester 99.45%, iodine number 14.92 g I2/100 g,  viscosity 2,35 mm2 / s , density 0.87745 g/cm3  and pH value 4.885. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder runtun waktu yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Aceh, Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Mobilisasi Penduduk Aceh, Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Aceh dan Pertamina Aceh. Model yang digunakan yaitu model persamaan simultan dengan metode 2SLS (Two Stage Least Square) digunakan untuk menganalisis masing-masing fungsi persamaan di dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upah minimum provinsi berdampak pada peningkatan inflasi dan penawaran tenaga kerja dan berdampak pada penurunan permintaan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Aceh. Secara ekonomi, hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa untuk masing-masing variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi inflasi, upah minimum provinsi, penawaran dan permintaan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Aceh belum semua sesuai dengan tanda (sign) koefisien yang diharapkan dan di setiap persamaan hanya variabel jumlah penduduk yang berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap penawaran tenaga kerja, sedangkan variabel-variabel lain tidak berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap variabel endogennya. Namun, secara pengujian serempak untuk fungsi persamaan inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh secara nyata, sedangkan fungsi persamaan upah minimum provinsi, penawaran tenaga kerja dan permintaan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Aceh memiliki pengaruh secara nyata.Kata Kunci : Inflasi, Upah Minimum Provinsi, Penawaran Tenaga Kerja, Permintaan Tenaga Kerja. IMPACT OF MINIMUM WAGE ENHANCEMENT OF THE PROVINCE OF INFLATION AND MARKET IN ACEH PROVINCENura Syahriani / Agribusiness UnsyiahABSTRACTThis research was conducted in the province of Aceh. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect inflation, the provincial minimum wage, labor supply and labor demand in the Province during the period from 1998 to 2012. The data used in this study is secondary data time series obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Aceh, Department of Labor and Population Mobility Aceh, Department of Trade and Industry Aceh and Aceh Pertamina. The model used is the model of simultaneous equations by the method of 2SLS (Two Stage Least Square) is used to analyze the function of each equation in this study. The results showed that the provincial minimum wage impact on inflation and the increase in labor supply and the impact on the demand for labor in the province. Economically, the regression results indicate that for each of the variables that affect inflation, the provincial minimum wage, labor supply and demand in the province of Aceh has not been all in accordance with the sign the expected coefficients and variables in each equation only population significant effect on labor supply, whereas the other variables did not significantly affect the endogenous variables. However, simultaneous testing for functionality inflation equation has no real effect, whereas the function of the provincial minimum wage equations, labor supply and labor demand in the province has a real impact.Keywords: Inflation, Minimum Wage Province, Offers Labor, Labor Demand. One kind of plant that can be extracted as a source of natural dyes and contain anthocyanin is rosella petals flower. The use of solvents and acids are the factors that determine the quality and quantity of anthocyanin that extracted from rosella petals flower. Therefore in this study will be assessed the influence of the use of appropriate solvents and acids in the process of extraction of anthocyanin from rosella petals flower. Types used are varieties rosella sabdariffa. This research was conducted using Randomized Block Design Factorial consisting of 2 factors that is the type of solvent (J) consisting of ethanol and methanol, as well as the second factor which is the type of acid (P) consisting of tartaric acid, citric acid, and acid acetate. Based on the analysis it was found that the anthocyanin pigment (in red) in rosella petals flower is more stable in the acidic conditions (low pH). Type of acid (P) gives a very significant influence (P ≤ 0.01) toward pH values and significant influence (P ≤ 0.05) toward the intensity of the color.
