Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April sampai Mei 2013. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode acak sederhana yaitu dengan mengambil sampel secara acak yang mewakili semua ukuran cumi hasil tangkapan nelayan yang didaratkan di PPI Lampulo, Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis makanan yang dijumpai pada lambung Loligo edulis adalah ikan (75,1%), udang (20,5%) dan cumi (4,4%); pada lambung Sepia offisinalis diperoleh jenis makanan; ikan (89,9%), udang (10%) dan kepiting (0,29%;) dan pada Sepioteuthis lessoniana ikan (99,9%) dan cacing (0,1%). Sehingga dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga species yang diteliti bersifat karnivora dengan ikan-ikan kecil dan udang sebagai makanan utama. Kata kunci: Makanan, Ikan; Udang; Karnivora ABSTRACTThe objective of the present study was to evaluate the feeding habits of three species of squids i.e. Loligo sp. Sepioteuthis lessoniana dan Sepia officinalis which were caught in the northern sea of Bunta Island Aceh Besar. The sampling was done by simple random method by taking samples randomly representing all sizes of squid. The study was conducted from April to May 2013. The results showed that three type of foods were recorded on the Loligo sp. i.e. fish (75.1%), shrimp (20.5%) and squid (4.4%); in the S. officinalis stomach was fish (89.9%), shrimp (10%) and crab (0.29); while in the S. lessoniana stomach was fish (99.9%) and worm (0.1%). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Balai Budidaya Air Payau (BBAP)Ujung Batee, Kab. Aceh Besar pada bulan September hingga Oktober 2014. Analisastatistik menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 8 tarafperlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah telur ikan bandeng (Chanoschanos) yang telah dibuahi sebanyak 100 butir telur per wadah/ulangan. Tarafperlakuan yang dilakukan meliputi perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak daun gamal(Gliricidia sepium) yaitu ; (kontrol); 100; 200; 300; 400; 500; 600; 700 ppm. Hasiluji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun gamal berpengaruh sangat nyataterhadap daya tetas telur ikan bandeng pada taraf uji 1%. Hasil uji BNJ menunjukkanbahwa persentase daya tetas telur ikan bandeng antar perlakuan berbeda sangatnyata. Data yang diambil adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini mengunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis Cobb-Douglas yang ditransformasikan kedalam bentuk linear sehingga diselesaikan dengan bentuk regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pupuk subsidi dikategorikan tidak efektif, karena tingkat ketepatan keseluruhan dari 5 indikator sebesar 36,25% lebih kecil dari 80%, hal ini disebabkan karena masih adanya masalah pada mekanisme pendistribusian pupuk subsidi di kios pengecer resmi atau lini IV. Dari hasil regresi produksi menunjukkan bahwa variabel luas lahan, tenaga kerja dan benih mempunyai dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi padi, sedangkan dummy efektivitas pupuk subsidi dan pestisida juga memberikan dampak yang positif, namun tidak signifikan terhadap produksi padi sawah di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Hasil regresi pendapatan petani padi sawah menunjukkan bahwa variabel produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani padi sawah, sedangkan variabel dummy efektivitas pupuk subsidi memberikan dampak yang positif namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan petani di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Salah satu upaya coping stres adalah dengan humor. Cara seseorang menggunakan humor (humor style) dapat dibagi menjadi empat dimensi, yaitu: affiliative humor, self-enhancing humor, aggressive humor, dan self-defeating humor. Penelitian ini melibatkan 292 mahasiswa Unsyiah yang sedang menyusun skripsi, 176 perempuan dan 116 laki-laki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara humor style dengan tingkat stres dalam menyusun skripsi pada mahasiswa Unsyiah. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Humor Style Questionnaire oleh Martin et al. (2003) dan Skala Tingkat Stres yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori Sarafino dan Smith (2011). Hasil analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment Pearson pada aggressive humor dengan r = 0.227, p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) dan self-defeating humor dengan r = 0.212, p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi positif yang signifikan antara aggressive humor dan self-defeating humor dengan tingkat stres, sedangkan teknik Spearman Correlation digunakan pada self-enhancing humor dengan r = 0.063, p = 0.280 (p > 0.05) menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan dengan tingkat stres, dan pada affiliative humor dengan r = -0.061, p = 0.298 (p > 0.05) juga menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan dengan tingkat stres. Adapun tingkatan stres yang dialami mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun skripsi adalah 44 orang (15%) stres rendah, 195 orang (66,8%) stres sedang, dan 53 orang (18,2%) yang mempunyai tingkat stres yang tinggi.
