Its mean as much as 74.0% of changes in implemention of financial statement review can be explained by changes in auditors’s competence and commitment organizatinal factors. The rest 26.0 % can be explained by the other variables outside this research. A total of 80 fishes with the weight of 40-50 gr were randomly allocated into 8 treatments. The treatments consisted of P1 (no heat stress and no jaloh leaves supplementation); P2 (no heat stress and 5% of jaloh leaves supplementation) ; P3 (no heat stress and 10% of  leaves supplementation); P4 (no heat stress and 15 % of  leaves supplementation); P5 (heat stress and no jaloh leaves supplementation); P6 (heat stress and 5% of  jaloh leaves supplementation); P7 (heat stress and 10% of  jaloh leaves supplementation); P8 (heat stress about 35 ± 1oC  for 4 h per day in 30 days and 15% of  jaloh leaves supplementation). The results of the experiments indicated that supplementation of fish feed with jaloh leaves 5-15% had negative effects on body weight gain. Samples of this study were 101 people who work as the staff in the agency. Data were collected by used questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression.The study showed that initiation structure leadership, consideration structure leadership, and work environment positively influence on the performance of the employee of Social Agency of Aceh. The variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of the employee was consideration structure leadership. It was followed by the work environment variable in the second place. The relationship of the performance of the employee and initiation structure leadership, consideration structure leadership, and work environment was in strong category. The result of statistics test showed that the value of F count > F table and the value of t count > t table. It meant that, simultaneously and partially, initiation structure leadership, consideration structure leadership, and work environment significantly influence the performance of the employee of Social Agency of Aceh.It can be concluded that the performance of the employee of Social Agency of Aceh apparently was influence by initiation structure leadership, consideration structure leadership, and work environment significantly. Aspergillus niger SAR I, our local isolated fungus, took a responsibility to cooperate with those substrates in SSF system. Further experiment including initial profile production, effect of physical parameters (temperature, inoculum size and substrate quantity) and final profile production, were carried out. For initial profile, a basic condition of SSF which consisted 70% (v/w) of moisture content (adjusted to pH 6.0), 5 g substrates mixture (ungrounded size), 1x107 spore/ml of inoculum size and incubation temperature at 30±2 0C, was conducted in a flask system and fermented for 7 days. Those conditions allowed 160.03±3.79 mg lovastatin/g dry substrate of lovastatin production during initial stage. After a study of effect of physical parameters, it showed that the optimum temperature was still at ambient temperature (30±2 0C) and substrate quantity of 5 g but different inoculum size (1x105 spore/ml). Each parameters specifically temperature, inoculum size and substrate quantity produced 253.98±5.92 mg lovastatin/g dry substrate, 297.64±0.56 mg lovastatin/g dry substrate and 298.72±44.12 mg lovastatin/g dry substrate, respectively. Throughout the final profile, the production was 305.08±14.15 mg lovastatin/g dry substrate which made the total increment hit to almost 91%. In this experiment, lovastatin was subjected into high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with acetonitrile and phosphoric acid (pH 3.0) as a mobile phase. Therefore it is necessary to investigate the relationship between position of the sun above earth's surface and the change on rainfall patterns in the region of Banda Aceh and surrounding. Aceh region is located at the tip of Sumatra island and at the perimeter of three major oceans. This location greatly affect rainfall patterns in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. The aims of this research are to determine the variation in weather pattern, especially rainfall and to draw up a general pattern of weather oscillation, especially rainfall in the region of Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. The position of sun relative to Banda Aceh was then visually sketched on a world map. The map is used to analyze relations between rain frequency, duration and time with sun’s position over land and sea, based on the rain pattern condition in six months from Desember 2013 until Mei 2014. The result showed that from Desember until February, rain mostly occured at night and water vapor came from Indian Ocean. Meanwhile in March and May, rain are more common in the morning when the sun’s position was above Indian Ocean and Sea of Bengal. However in April rainfall occur during the day, because of evaporation was brought from the South China Sea. The research method used was descriptive method with qualitative approach. Techniques of data collection used were observation, interview, and documentation study. The results showed that the innovative lesson plan, which was planned by teachers through observing, ask, collect data, associate and communicate material that has been determined, was oriented to the curriculum in 2013 and arranged in the form of Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and learning orientation was adjusted to the level of education (Senior High School). In arranging the Lesson Implementation Plan of curriculum in 2013, teachers referred to four core competencies including religious affective, social affective, cognitive and psychomotor aspects that should be by every student. Learning was implemented by using learning innovative concept with a variety of learning in the inside and outside classroom, as well asusing contextual learning model. Evaluation of innovative learning was conducted witht wo evaluations, learning process evaluation and the learning outcomes evaluation. There are two inhibiting factors in implementing innovative learning, namely: the variety ability of learners and the teachers do not maximize the use of learning media to support the learning process.Keywords: Learning management and Innovative learning concept.Abstrak: Manajemen pembelajaran inovatif pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di Sekolah Menengah Atas merupakan suatu pilihan yang tepat dilakukan oleh guru, karena mata pelajaran ekonomi merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang harus dikelola secara profesional yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru ketika melaksanakan proses pembelajaran inovatif pada pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 1 Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru mata pelajaran ekonomi, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran inovatif direncanakan oleh guru melalui mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan data, mengasosiasi dan mengkomunikasikan materi yang telah ditentukan. Semua kegiatan tersebut direncanakan guru sesuai dengan pedoman kurikulum 2013, dan orientasi pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan tingkat pendidikan (Sekolah Menengah Atas). Dalam penyusunan RPP Kurikulum 2013, guru mempedomani empat kompetensi inti yang hendak dicapai dalam pembelajaran yang meliputi kompetensi tentang sisi afektif keagamaan, sisi afektif prilaku sosial, sisi kognitif dan sisi psikomotor yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap siswa. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan konsep pembelajaran inovatif yang dilakukan oleh guru dengan pembelajaran yang bervariasi di luar dan di dalam kelas, serta menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual. Evaluasi pembelajaran inovatif dilaksanakan dengan dua evaluasi, yaitu evaluasi proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi hasil pembelajaran.
