Currently, one of the main bottlenecks to the expansion of Scylla aquaculture is the inconsistent and low production of hatchery juveniles. One major challenge to overcome at the hatchery level is disease issues caused by bacteria. The use of probiotics to outcompete pathogenic bacteria is being tested in the industry as a better disease prevention method in Scylla aquaculture compared to antibiotics, and is getting more recognition in aquaculture to reduce bacterial issues. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat dengan aplikasi asuhan perkembangan pada neonatus di ruang NICU Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelatif melalui pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat pelaksana dan neonatus yang dirawat minimal 2 hari di ruang NICU. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik quota sampling dengan jumlah sampel 35 perawat pelaksana dan 40 neonatus. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 26 Mei sampai dengan 11 Juni 2015. Alat pengumpulan data berupa lembar kuesioner, lembar observasi dan lembar wawancara terpimpin. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Spearman Rho. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan aplikasi asuhan perkembangan pada neonatus dengan nilai (P-value= 0,408). Tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan aplikasi proteksi tidur (P-value= 0,612), tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan aplikasi pengkajian nyeri dan manajemen stres (P-value = 0,744), tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan aplikasi activity daily living (P-value= 0,624), tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan aplikasi family centered care (P-value= 0,481) dan tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan aplikasi lingkungan teurapeutik (P-value= 0,134). In Malaysia, the numbers of new patient had increased three-fold for the past 10 years, from year 2002 to year 2012. In this paper, demographic data, clinical data and input and output of dialysis for the selected patients are presented. The post-dialysis urea concentrations for each patient with different weightfor one compartment model were simulated using MATLAB software. The simulated values of post-dialysis urea concentration were then compared with the clinical values of post-dialysis urea concentration for different weight. The simulated values of post-dialysis urea concentration underestimated the clinical value of post-dialysis urea concentration for patient with weight less than 70kg but overestimated to patient with weight greater than 70kg. On March 2012, the Coastal area of Kabupaten Sukabumi, West Java, was affected by tidal flooding. This tidal flooding occured because of the supermoon phenomenon that combine with heavy rains. The potential of tidal flood disaster in Kabupaten Sukabumi coastal area requires an immediate action in order to manage the disaster. The first step to mitigate the disaster is by mapping the area that potentially affected by tidal flood. The objective of this research is to modelling the tidal flood area in coastal of Kabupaten Sukabumi. The result of this research shows that the area that potentially affected by tidal flood without supermoon phenomenon is covering 29% of the coastal area of Kabupaten Sukabumi and it is increasing to 37% when supermoon phenomenon occured. Biawak Island is a conservation and touristic area, one of its purpose is to bring positive influence to marine resource, both ecologically and economically. Biawak Island is inhibited by coral reefs, where human activities often occurs. Field survey was held during February 2013 in Biawak Island. The observation purpose was to assess coral reef risk in the islandby comparing three marine activities: fishing, diving, and snorkeling. Spatial modelling showed that every coral reef area in Biawak Island had high risk level, especially the southern part. Penilaian risiko terhadap suatu habitat dan pemetaannya sangat penting dalam penilaian keadaan lingkungan. Pulau Biawak merupakan daerah konservasi dan pariwisata, yang salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan dampak positif pada sumber daya laut baik ekologi maupun ekonomi. Pulau Biawak dikelilingi oleh terumbu karang dan banyak aktivitas manusia terjadi pada terumbu karang tersebut.Survey lapangan telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2013 di Pulau Biawak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai risiko terumbu karang di Pulau Biawak, dengan membandingkan tiga aktivitas kelautan yaitu penangkapan ikan, menyelam dan snorkeling. Pemodelan spasial menunjukan bahwa semua kawasan terumbu karang di Pulau Biawak pada tingkat kondisi risiko tinggi, terutama di daerah selatan.
