Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiperencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajarantematik yang dilaksanakan oleh guru pada MIN Kota Sigli Kabupaten Pidie. Metodepenelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulandata menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumensi. Subjekpenelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah dan guru kelas awal MIN Kota Sigli. Data yangdiperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi, display dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran tematik yang dibuat oleh gurupada MIN Kota Sigli belum direncanakan dengan baik, masih ada guru yang belummampu menyusun pemetaaan dengan baik, penyusunan jaringan tema, danpenyusunan silabus sebagai perangkat yang harus dipersiapkan sebelum menyusunRPP. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik yang dilaksanakan oleh guru pada MINKota Sigli berpedoman pada Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pelajaran (KTSP). Prosespelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik yang diterapkan belum optimal, karena masihkurangnya pengetahuan guru tentang tata cata penerapan pembelajaran tersebutsecara efektif. 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran tematik yang dilaksanakan oleh guru padaMIN Kota Sigli berpedoman pada RPP yang disusun. Salah satu bakteri penyebab infeksi saluran akar adalah Enterococcus faecalis. Kulit buah manggis (Garciana mangostana Linn) telah digunakan sebagai obat tradisional untuk mengobati berbagai penyakit termasuk penyakit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri. Zat aktif kulit buah manggis yang mempunyai sifat antibakteri adalah alkaloid, saponin, tanin, polifenol, flavonoid, kuinon, dan triterpenoid. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui potensi antibakteri kulit buah manggis dalam menghambat pertumbuhan Enterococcus faecalis. Pengujian antibakteri ekstrak kulit buah manggis dilakukan pada bakteri Enterococcus faecalis yang telah dikultur pada media CHROMAgar VRE dengan menggunakan metode Standard Plate Count (SPC). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan konsentrasi hambat minimum pada konsentrasi 12,5%, sementara konsentrasi bunuh minimum pada konsentrasi 50%.
