Namun perolehan dan mutu minyak nilam yang dihasilkan masih tergolong rendah karena warna minyak coklat kehitaman. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan nilai jualnya, bisa dilakukan dengan beberapa proses pemurnian baik secara fisika maupun secara kimia. Untuk peningkatan kualitas tersebut dapat dilakukan antara lain dengan menurunkan kandungan Fe yang membuat warna minyak menjadi gelap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pemurnian dengan menggunakan senyawa pengkelat Na-EDTA sebagai senyawa pengkelat dalam pemurnian minyak nilam dapat menurunkan kandungan Fe (besi) secara signifikan sebesar 60% untuk minyak nilam yang diperoleh dari hasil penyulingan petani di daerah Aceh Barat dan Aceh Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk guano dan mulsa organik serta jarak tanam terhadap kualitas tanah dan hasil bawang merah (Alliumascalonocum L.). Penelitian ini dilakukan di lapangan dengan menggunakan rancangan petak terpisah terbagi dengan pola faktorial yang terdiri dari 3 faktor yaitu: faktor petak utama adalah jarak tanam (15 x 15 cm dan 20 x 20 cm),faktor anak petak adalah mulsa organik (mulsa kulit kopi dan mulsa Tithonia), faktor anak-anak petak adalah pupuk Guano (tanpa pupuk guano, 5 ton ha-1 dan 10 ton ha-1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk guano, mulsa organik dan pengaturan jarak tanam berpengaruh terhadap beberapa sifat kimia tanah yang ditunjukkan oleh meningkatnya C-organik, pH tanah, N-total, P-tersedia dan total mikroorganisme tanah serta pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah. Pemberian pupuk guano, mulsa organik dan pengaturan jarak tanam memberikan pengaruh interaksi terhadap beberapa sifat kimia tanah serta pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah. This research was carried out at Cot Cut Village, District of Kuta Baro, Aceh Besar, from September to December 2008. This research used a factorial randomized complete block design with two factors: biofertilizer (H) and manure (K).  Dosages of biofertilizer were H1= 2,8 L ha-1, H2= 3,5 L ha-1, H3= 4,2 L ha-1, and H4= 4,9 L ha-1. Dosages of manure fertilizer were K1= 2,8 ton ha-1,  K2= 5,6 ton ha-1 and K3= 8,4 ton ha-1.  The result showed that application of biofertilizer was more effective than that of manure fertilizer to percentage rates of the attacked plant. However, both biofertilizer and mature fertilizer exerted  significant effects to percentage of plant death, plant dwarf, number of larva and pupa, and dry seed weight per plant.  Application of biofertilizer at 4,9 L ha-1 and manure fertilizer at 8,4 ton ha-1 reduced  percentages of  plant death up to 86% and 83%, respectively. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis mobile Android untuk memetakan lokasi bank dan lembaga keuangan Kota Banda Aceh. Tahap penelitian yang digunakan adalah mengidentifikasi masalah, studi literatur, mengumpulkan data, merancang aplikasi, membuat aplikasi, dan melakukan pengujian terhadap aplikasi. Pengujian dengan memberikan kuisioner terhadap 50 responden menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk menguji kelayakan aplikasi tersebut. Dari pengujian yang menggunakan SUS, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi layak digunakan dengan nilai usability 79,3%. Aplikasi ini memiliki ukuran sebesar 12,20 MB setelah di install pada device dan masih di akses dari server lokal. There are many banks and financial institutions in Banda Aceh where they are difficult to be known by the public. The purpose of this study is to develop a Geographic Information System Android-based application to map banks and financial institutions in Banda Aceh. Some steps involved in this study are problem identification, literature reviewing, data collection, designing, implementing and testing. The test was conducted to see the feasibility of the application by giving questionnaires to 50 respondents using System Usability Scale (SUS). The test using SUS, can be concluded that the application is feasible to use with the usability value of 79,3%. This application has a size of 12.20 MB after installed on the device and this application still can be access from local server.
