In this experiment two different detectors were used to prove the reciprocity law using an exposure meter detector and a screen-film system. Four different valuesof kVps were used in this experiment which were 40 kVp, 50 kVp, 60 kVp, and 70 kVp. Different values of mAs were used from 1 mAs up to 50 mAs. Other factors used in this experiment were maintained constant such as the distance from focal spot to detector 100 cm and collimator opening 15 cm x 10 cm to make sure all contributions from the surroundings were approximately the same. In this experiment, acceptability range of the reciprocity law used for the screen-film OD was ±5% and acceptability range of the absorbed dose using the exposure meter was ±10%. From the result, it shows that at low kilovoltage which was 40 kV the OD and absorbed dose values disobeyed the reciprocity law, but at high kilovoltage, the OD and linearity value obeyed the reciprocity law. Then, ethylene stimulation has been introduced in tapping systems. Therefore, it needs to be tested before recommendation to the smallholder. An experiment was established at Thepa Research Station, Songkhla province. Rubber clone RRIM 600 (20 year-old) was used in the experiment. The experiment was designed as one-tree-plot design with 20 replicates.  There was 6 treatments: 1) 1/3S­ 2d/3 (C), 2) 1/8S­ 1d/3, 3)1/8S­ 1d/3 + RRIMFLOW (RF), 4)1/8S­ 1d/3 + LET (LET), 5) 1/8S­ 1d/3 + Double Tex (DT) and 6) 1/8S­ 1d/3 + Ethyphon 5% (E). The experimental period was during June 2010 to February 2011. It was found that the RF treatment provided the highest rubber productivity (137.7 g/tree/tapping and 5.9 kg/tree/year), and it was significantly different from the remaining treatments. According to latex diagnosis, sucrose in the RF treatment trended to decrease, but inorganic phosphate and thiol trended to increase. The a-SiGe:H films ware grown on corning glass 7059 substrate using 10% diluted mixture of GeH4 and SiH4 gases, respectively. The GeH4 gas flow rate was varied from 2.5 – 12.5 sccm, while the flow rate of SiH4 was kept constant at 70 sccm. The results showed that the deposition rate of a-SiGe:H thin films increased by  increasing of GeH4 gas flow rate. In addition, the Ge content in the film increased and  the optical band gap decreased. The dark conductivity of a-SiGe:H films were relatively constant, whereas the photo conductivity decreased with increasing of Ge content.
