Pemukiman pesisir Lam Teungoh dihadapkan pada permasalahan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pendukung pengembangan gampong. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari minimnya ketersediaan infrastruktur dasar permukiman yang meliputi air bersih, drainase, pengolahan air limbah dan persampahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting sarana dan prasarana Lam Teungoh, merumuskan arahan pengembangan infrastruktur dan menganalisa sistem pengelolaan lingkungan di Gampong Lam Teungoh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan wawancara kepada 50 orang responden, Keusyik, Tuha Peut, Ketua Pemuda Gampong Lam Teungoh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisa data dilakukan dengan cara mengolah secara statistik dan menganalisa semua jawaban dan informasi yang di dapat dari penelitian dengan menggunakan analisa SWOT. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kondisi eksisting lingkungan di Gampong Lam Teungoh Kecamatan Peukan Bada Kabupaten Aceh Besar dengan sarana dan prasarana yang ada belum tersedia semua, seperti tidak adanya tempat penampungan sementara (TPS) sampah dan belum masuk air PDAM. Pengelolaan lingkungan belum menjadi prioritas utama, sanitasi masih kurang bagus, hal ini telah berdampak terhadap sering adanya penyakit diare di gampong tersebut. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam perencanaan gampong masuk kategori sedang, dimana sebagian masyarakat tidak ikut serta dalam perencanaan. Berdasarkan strategi hasil analisis SWOT bahwa perencanaan berada pada kuadran I, yaitu strategi ekspansi artinya berada pada posisi sehat sehingga dapat berkembang dengan memaksimalkan segala kekuatan yang dimiliki dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Saat ini Teknologi Listrik Tenaga Surya (Solar Energy System) menjadi alternatif yang diyakini dapat mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah melakukan studi kelayakan pemanfaatan energi surya untuk penggerak pompa di Provinsi Aceh, melakukan simulasi komputer untuk mendesain sistem pompa air energi surya, dan melakukan pengukuran unjuk kerja sistem pompa air energi surya skala kecil. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan potensi energi surya di Provinsi Aceh, dapat dimanfaatkan untuk penggerak pompa air irigasi dan pompa air bersih untuk kebutuhan masyarakat. Stres akademik lebih banyak dialami pada mahasiswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi (KBK). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara metode pembelajaran Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi (KBK) dengan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif korelatif, menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 79 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan tanggal 17-18 Oktober 2013. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dalam bentuk skala likert yang terdiri dari 54 pernyataan. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian, terdapat hubungan antara metode pembelajaran small group discussion (p-value 0,031), demonstrasi/simulasi (p-value 0,022), case study (p-value 0,011), dan self directed learning (p-value 0,021) dengan tingkat stres mahasiswa. Hanya metode pembelajaran problem based learning (p-value 0,019) yang tidak memiliki hubungan dengan tingkat stres mahasiswa. Proses penambangan opini diawali dengan pengumpulan data kalimat opini dan bukan opini. Data ini digunakan untuk membangun kamus opini, bukan opini, opini positif, dan opini negatif. Berdasarkan kamus yang telah dibangundan menggunakan rumus sederhana, data diubah kedalam bentuk fitur. Model klasifikasi dibangun dengan menggunakan SVM dari data yang telah diubah kedalam berbentuk fitur dan kemudian diuji. One of frequently used methods in opinion mining is Support Vector Machine (SVM). SVM in general produces good accuracy. Opinion mining begins with a collection of data consists of opinion and not opinionsentences. This data is used to build a thesaurus of opinion, such as thesaurus of opinion, not opinion, positive opinion, and negative opinion. Using those thesaurus and simple formula, the features of the data is constructed. Then, the classification model is built using SVM and tested.
