In its development, the basic composition of DGEBA epoxy resin with MPDA as hardener is hydrophilic. Silane is added to improve the surface properties of materials to be more hydrophobic. To reduce the volume of epoxy resin as base material, silica sand from PLTP Dieng is added as filler. This paper presents the results of research on the effect of adding the composition of silica materials from PLTP Dieng upon silane epoxy resin sample to the value of the dielectric loss factor, contact angle and leakage current. Samples were prepared with a sample size 120mm x 50mm x 5mm. Material is composed of DGEBA, MPDA, silanes and silica with a various composition. Sample codes were 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%. Contact angle and leakage current were carried out according with IEC 587:1984 standards. Measurement of the dielectric loss factor (Tan ) was carried out at the Laboratory of High Voltage Engineering, PT. PLN (Persero) Electricity R&D, Duren Tiga Jakarta, using a measuring instrument series M4100 Insulation Analyzer Instrument. The electrodes used in these measurements have diameter of 2.5 cm and 5 cm. The results showed that the composition of silica materials PLTP Dieng upon silane epoxy resin samples affect the value of dielectric loss factor. Based on the results of the measurement, it is concluded that the higher composition of silica materials, the higher value of dielectric loss factor are. Based on these results, it is suggested that the use of silica as a filler must consider the effect on the value of dielectric loss factor. But, the disadvantage is prone to degradation due to environmental factors such as ultraviolet radiation, temperature, humidity or rain, and pollution, especially if located in the tropical areas. To overcome these disadvantages, silane materials was added to epoxy resin. This study uses an epoxy resin polymer material made of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA) and metaphenylene diamine (MPDA) and silane. Ratio of epoxy resin and silane were 60% and 40% respectively. Dimensions of the test material were 120 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm. The Inclined-Plane Tracking (IPT) method according to standard IEC 587:1984 was used. The NH4Cl and Gresik Industrial and Parangtritis beach contaminants were used in this research to compare it others. The results showed that the test sample with a contact angle 86.18Omore resistant to leakage current and insulation failure, it was indicated by the timing of the discharge in 17.001 s and insulation failure in 17.812 s. When a sample tests more hydrophobic then the leakage current and insulation failure longer to occurs. The degradation phenomenon is most severe damage from a beach Parangtritis contaminant than industrial and NH4Cl contaminants. The result showed that soil textures were varied from very coarse at the area near the coastline to rather fine at the area far from the coast. The soil structures of topsoil were generally plate and blocky, and at subsoil generally massive. The quality of irrigation water in Sub District of Lhoong was still suitable for crops. The pH of water was neutral and low in salinity (0, 4 mS cm-1). The recommendations for land of class A were (1) cleaning and repairing of irrigation and drainage channel, (2) leaching of salinity in topsoil from soil profile by flooding method (irrigation basin) or furrow irrigation,  (3) making the ditches for cultivation in managing the excess of salinity, (4) establishing ditches for paddy, and (5) requiring a specified amount of water for the leaching processes and the amount of water required for crops. Three months-old-seedlings of teak were cut and inoculated with mychorryza. Results of the study showed that growth of teak stump, including stem height, plant height, stem diameter, numbers of leaves, length of leaves, and fresh weight of the teak plant were significantly affected by cutting stem and inoculation of Mycorrhiza. We found that length of stem, length of plant, stem diameter, numbers of leaves, length of leaves were of significantly-positive responses to stem cutting. Additionally, inoculation of Mycorrhiza also successfully accelerated growth of teak stump, including stem, leaves, and biomass. This study found a non-significant interaction between the cutting stem and inoculation of Mycorrhiza. The present study revealed that the cutting stem 2.5-7.5 could be considered as the optimum treatment to enhance growth of teak stump. Moreover, inoculation of Mycorrhiza with 2.5 g/polybag was the optimum dosage to enhance growth of teak stump. The dosage of Mycorrhiza inoculation did not depend on length of cutting stem. Research has been done for three months from April to July 2005. Completely Randomized Design with 6 treatments and 4 replications was applied. The treatments were Knudson C medium added with: 15% of coconut liquid endosperm, 7.5% of banana juice, 0.2% of yeast extract, 15% of potato juice, 5% of aloe juice, and 5% of tomato juice. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah orangtua anak usia dini di TK Bungong Seleupoek Universitas Syiah Kuala, Darussalam yang berjumlah 20 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan Purposive Sampling. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala dan dokumentasi, dari hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan orangtua maka semakin beragam pula upaya pengembangan kreativitas yang dilakukan pada anak usia dini. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk meneliti pada populasi yang lebih besar sehingga dapat membandingkan upaya pada masing-masing tingkat pendidikan menggunakan data kuantitatif.
