The purpose of this research was to obtain complete data on the implementation of the teaching supervision by the supervisor in order to improve the professional competence of teachers in State Islamic Elementary School Meulaboh of Aceh Barat Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentary study. Subjects of the study were school supervisor, principal and teachers. This study concludes that, teaching supervision programs compiled by the supervisor were semester program and annual program that included the coaching of teacher performance in group and individual. Teaching supervision was done through classroom observation, individual meetings, group discussions and demonstrations of teaching. Obstacles faced were the lack of supervisory personnel, lack of knowledge of the teachers about the management of teaching and learning, limited learning facilities and infrastructure, lack of ability of the teacher in preparing learning program, lack of teachers using instructional media. Pada hari ke-36 dilakukan kastrasi dan selanjutnya dilakukan pemeriksaan kualitas spermatozoa yang meliputi motilitas, viabilitas, integritas membran, dan abnormalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian suplemen kombinasi BISKAT dapat meningkatkan motilitas, viabilitas, integritas membran, dan menurunkan abnormalitas spermatozoa dibanding kelompok kontrol. This study aimed to determine the profile of blood, metabolic enzymes and recovery of body weight in dairy cows fed diet supplemented with Heit-CHrose (Feed supplement containing saponins, allicin, organic mineral: Se, Cr, and Zn). The experiments were conducted with 4 treatments, R0 : control diet (CP 13,79% and TDN 67,2%), R1 : R0 supplemented with organic minerals (Cr 1,5 ppm; Se 0,3 ppm; Zn-Lyzinat 40 ppm), R2 : Ro supplemented with Heit-CHrose are given in the component feeding, and R3 : Ro supplemented with Heit-CHrose are given in total mixed ration (TMR). Data were tested using analysis of variance with a completely randomized design using four replications, and HSD test. The results showed that the supplementation of Heit-CHrose to the diet of dairy cows gave significant effect (P <0.01) on blood glucose and recovery of body weight, but had no effect (P> 0.05) on hemoglobin, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), total protein and blood cholesterol and metabolic enzyme (alkali phospatase). Supplementation of Heit Chrose in dairy cows diet with component feeding and TMR increases blood glucose and recovery of body weight. Somatotropin affects the growth of somatic cells. The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of somatotropin suplementation on body performances of aged male rats. The experimental rats were assigned into a  randomized block design with a factorial arrangement. The first factor was age with 2 levels (6 months and 1 year).The second factor was dosage of somatotropin injection with 2 levels (0 and 9 mg/kg BW day). The third factor was the duration of somatotropin  injection with 2 levels (3 and 6 weeks). The fourth factor was time of slaughtering after somatotropin injection with 2 levels (1 and 14 days). Parameters measured were body weight, food consumption, total protein, total fat. The result showed that somatotropin has significant effects on body weight, food consumption, total protein, total fat.  It is concluded that somatotropin can body performance of six-months and one-year old male rats. The aimed of this experiment to study the supplementation of urea molasses block for performance increased of ettawah crossbred goats fed diet containing Gliricidia spium green forage has been conducted at Tabanan regency and Animal Nutrition Laboratory. The Latin Square Design which four treatments and four replicates was used in this experiment. The four treatments were the levels of urea molasses block : 0, 50, 100 and 150g respectively. The animal access to ad libitum Gliricidia spium green forage and drink water. The animal fed twice a day urea molasses block at the morning and at the afternoon. The variables which were observed including feed consumption, nutrient digestibility, body weight gain and feed conversion ratio. The result of this experiment showed dry matter feed consumption, drink water, nutrient digestibility of the four treatments is not significantly different (P >0.05). The body weight gain at treatment C was significantly higher (P <0.05), but feed conversion ratio (FCR) was significantly lower (P <0.05) than treatments A, B and D. From the results in this experiment it can be concluded that the used of urea molasses block 100g on the effect to increased the performance of ettawah crossbred goats with basal diet Gliricidia spium green forage. Tilapia is an important fisheries comodity which intesively farmed in Indonesia. However, an intensive farming system of aquatic organism often lead to disease outbreak. Ones the disease emerged, it will be difficult to combat. The curing method by using antibiotics in aquatic organism will bring negative impacts, such as causing bacteria resistance and decline of aquatic environments. Therefore control of disease in aquatic organism should be done through preventive methods such as the use of β-glucan from baker’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). It is widely known that yeast’ cell wall contain of immunostimulant substance namely β-glucan. This research was aimed to find the effect of different dose of β-glucan in diet toward the phagocytic activity, respiratory burst which is indicated by Nitroblue Tetrazolium (NBT) activity, total of protein plasm and agglutination activity of tilapia blood. Method used in this study was experiment by complete random design using five treatments triplicate. Those treatments were β-glucan 0; 2,5; 5; 7,5 and 10 ppmkg-1 diet. Result showed that the different dose of β-glucan in diet gave a significantly effect on the phagocytic activity and total of protein plasm, but not on respiratory burst (NBT activity). The highest phagocytic activity occured in treatment E (β-glucan 10 ppmkg-1 diet) with the value of phagocytic activity was 37,67%, whereas the highest of total of protein plasm was occured in treatment B (β-glucan 2,5 ppmkg-1 diet) with the value of 123,58 mgml-1. This study was designed to determine the potential of tempeh extract in improving the quality bone in premenopausal conditions, and to compare the natural product of tempeh extract with commerciallyavailable hormones (genistein, ethinylestradiol, and somatotropin).
