The process is a strong acid-strong base system. A strong acid of hydrochloric acid (HCl) and a strong base of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) with the presence of buffer solution sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) are used in a neutralization process flowing into reactor. The non-linear pH neutralization model governed in this process is presented by multi-linear models. Performance of both controllers is studied by evaluating its ability of set-point tracking and disturbance-rejection. Besides, the optimization time is compared between these two methods; both MPC shows the similar performance with no overshoot, offset, and oscillation. However, the conventional active-set method gives a shorter control action time for small scale optimization problem compared to MPC using IPM method for pH control. This research described the procedures used in teaching English including how the teacher taught English from the beginning to end, the teacher’s methods and techniques, and the difficulties faced by the teacher. The instruments used in collecting the data for this study were an observation sheet, an interview guide, and document analysis of the syllabus and lesson plans.  The results of this study showed that: (1) the teacher applied various procedures in teaching: (a) in opening the lesson, i.e. brainstorming students ideas related to the topic, stimulating the students to think creatively, and reviewing the previous lesson, (b) in the instructional processes, i.e. integrating the four skills namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the teaching process, and (c) in closing the lesson, i.e. giving opportunities to the students to ask questions, concluding the lesson, motivating and appreciating the students. (2) The methods and techniques used by the teacher were various in order to make the teaching process interesting. (3) There were some difficulties faced by the teacher in teaching including the noisy classroom and students coming in and out of the classroom. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen yang bersifat Pre Eksperimental Design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas II SD Negeri 47 Banda Aceh yang terdiri dari satu kelas yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes setelah selesai menerapkan model pembelajaran talking stick. Pengolahan data menggunakan rumus statistik uji-t pihak kanan pada taraf ? = 5% (? = 0,05). Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan t_hitung = 2,00 dan ttabel = 1,72 atau thitung ? ttabel. This study aims to determine the factors that influence anxiety in pregnant women before delivery at the clinic of obstetrics RSUDZA Banda Aceh. The subject of this study were primigravida and multigravida pregnant women with 28-40 weeks and not content to have comorbidities The study design was observational analytic approach to Cross sectional survey. The scale of maternal anxiety refers to anxiety Hamilton Rating Scale (HARS). Data was collected on December 5th, 2011 to January 5th, 2012 with 90 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the chi-square test. From the result showed 61 respondents (67.8%) had severed anxiety, 11 respondents (12.2%) had moderate anxiety , and 18 respondents (20%) had mild anxiety. The research aims to knom the correlation of family support with insulin therapy adherence among patiens with type 2 diabetes mellitus. the research used descriptive collerational method with cross sectional study design; data collection technic is purposive sampling for 70 samples. The data analysis used chi-square test by using computer software. The data analysis obtained that there is correlation social values (p-value: 0,032), evalution support (p-value:0), addtional support (p-value: 0,007), emotional support (p-value: 0,003) with insulin therapy adherence. Overall, there is family support (p-value: 0,007) with insulin therapy adherence among patiens with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The conclution of the research is that there is correlation of family support with insulin therapy adherence among patiens with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the endocrine polyclinic of dr. Zainoel Abidin general hospital Banda Aceh. Turkish Red Crescent Society adalah sebuah Lembaga Non Pemerintah yang turut berperan aktif dalam proses Rehabilitasi dan Rekonstruksi Gampong Bitai. Setelah sepuluh tahun Rehabilitasi dan Rekonstruksi Gampong Bitai selesai dilaksanakan, diharapkan kondisi prasarana lingkungan di kawasan tersebut masih tetap terjaga dan berfungsi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa prasarana lingkungan yang telah tersedia, menganalisa tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan dan pemeliharaan prasarana lingkungan, dan merencanakan strategi pengelolaan prasarana lingkungan perumahan untuk meningkatkan kualitas prasarana lingkungan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode campuran (mix method). Data primer diperoleh dari observasi melalui pengamatan lapangan, kuesioner dan wawancara dengan narasumber, sedangkan data sekunder bersumber dari literatur-literatur dan informasi dari beberapa instansi di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa kondisi prasarana lingkungan perumahan di Gampong Bitai umumnya dalam keadaan baik, hanya prasarana persampahan yang berada dalam kondisi tidak baik. Hasil kajian partisipasi masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sangat jarang berpartisipasi terhadap pelaksanaan pembangunan dan jarang berpartisipasi terhadap pemeliharaan prasarana lingkungan perumahan.
