Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi keluarga tentang peran perawat pelaksana. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif eksploratif, dengan desain cross sectional study, jumlah sampel sebanyak 64 responden, teknik pengampilan sampel nonprobability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 Desember 2013 sampai dengan 6 Januari 2014 dengan menggunakan kuesioner berupa 20 pernyataan dalam bentuk skala likert. Analisa data secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi keluarga tentang peran perawat pelaksana di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh berada pada kategori baik (51,6%), peran perawat sebagai comforter berada pada kategori kurang (51,6%), peran perawat sebagai advokad berada pada kategori baik (56,3%), peran perawat sebagai communicator berada pada kategori baik (59,4%), peran perawat sebagai rehabilitator pada kategori baik (62,5%). The aim of the research identify family perception about the role of nurse executive. The research design was descriptive correlative by using cross sectional study approach with 64 samples which applied non probability sampling. Data collection was conducted between 15th December 2013 and 6th January 2014 by distributing questionnaire consisting of 20 statements in Likert scale and data was analysed descriptively. The general result was concluded that family perception about the role of nurse in resuscitation of emergency unit in dr. Faktor motivasi yangbersikap positif terhadap situasi kerjanya akan menunjukkan motivasi kerja tinggidan sebaliknya motivasi yang bersifat negatif akan menunjukkan motivasi kerjarendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi perawat pelaksanaditinjau dari teori x dan teori y di ruang rawat inap BLUD RSUD dr. Zainoel AbidinBanda Aceh tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksploratif dengandesain penelitian cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 155perawat, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random samplingdengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 perawat. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu denganmemberikan kuesioner tentang motivasi sebanyak 22 item pernyataan dalam bentukskala likert. Metode analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan analisa univariat. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi perawat pelaksana ditinjau dari teori xberada pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 39 responden (58,2%), motivasi perawatpelaksana ditinjau dari teori y berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 43responden (62,2%), dan motivasi perawat pelaksana ditinjau dari teori x dan y diruang rawat inap BLUD RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2013 adalahteori y sebanyak 36 responden (53,7%). Tujuan penelitian yaitu melakukan analisis kelengkapan pengisian formulir rekam medis pasien rawat inap bulan Januari Tahun 2014 di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi crosssectional survey. Sampel penelitian yaitu dokumen rekam medis rawat inap bulan Januari Tahun 2014 dengan perincian sebanyak 95 rekam medis. Keberadaan lahan basah merupakan sumberdaya alam yang sangat penting untuk mendukung keanekaragaman hayati. Topografi dan geomorfologi memainkan peranan penting dalam pengembangan lahan basah dan merupakan faktor pengembangan model lahan basah. Identifikasi lahan basah dapat digunakan sebagai dasar penentuan pengembangan prioritas berbasis aspek sosioekonomi dan teknis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menduga luasnya potensi lahan basah pada daerah Bretagne. Untuk mengembangkan penelitian tersebut, digunakan 10 peta DAS di daerah Bretagne, Perancis. Untuk mengidentifikasi lahan basah potensial berdasarkan hidromorf tanah digunakan dengan 4 metode kriteria, yaitu: identifikasi hidromorfi, indeks perhitungan topografi, perhitungan ambang, dan validasi. Metode ambang yang digunakan antara peta lahan dan indeks topografi menunjukkan kondisi yang sama. Kita menggunakan metode ambang dan validasi dengan menggunakan 120 kombinasi peta lahan. Wetlands represent an important natural resource which supports natural biodiversity. Topography and geomorphology play a major role for the development of wetlands and are decisive factors for modeling wetlands extension. The importance of identifying wetlands, can be used as a basis for determining the development priorities that will be based on technical and socioeconomic aspects The objective of this research was to predict the spatial extent of potential wetlands in Brittany, France from a topographic index calibrated on a set of 10 detailed soil maps. In identifying potential wetlands, it based on soil hydromorph which conducted by method 4 criteria. The following four stages of analysis were respectively categorized: identification hidromorphy, calculation topographic index, calculation of threshold, and validation. A threshold method was conducted between soil maps and topographic index to indicate the similarity condition. We use for threshold and validation a new way using 120 combination of soil maps. The result of topographic index was 4.7 and it was applied for all Brittany. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource ARIF NOVIZA UR RAHMAN Description An account of the resource Prarancangan pabrik Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) ini dibuat atas dasar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan semen nasional yang semakin bertambah pesat seiring dengan berjalannya program pemerintah yaitu Master Plan Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI) 2011-2015. Pabrik OPC ini menggunakan batu kapur sebagai bahan baku utama dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 1,4 juta ton/tahun. Bahan bakar batubara jenis subituminus digunakan untuk mencapai temperatur proses di dalam kiln. Kehalusan semen OPC (blaine) yang dihasilkan ialah sebesar 3000 cm2/gr. Bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf dengan waktu kerja selama 330 hari per tahun. Kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 132 orang. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di Desa Batuitam, Kecamatan Tapak Tuan, Kabupaten Aceh Selatan, Provinsi Aceh dengan luas lahan 113.000 m2.
