Bentuk dan jenis pelayanan tergantung beberapa faktor seperti pengorganisasian, pelayanan, tujuan atau ruang lingkup kegiatan dan sarana pelayanan. Kepuasan pasien adalah perasaan pasien yang timbul akibat layanan pasien yang diperolehnya setelah dibandingkan dengan apa yang diharapkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien di poli klinik sub spesialis bedah RSDUZA Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien yang berobat di poli klinik sub spesialis bedah dengan metode consecutive sampling sebanyak 138 orang. Variabel penelitian kepuasan pasien dilakukan wawancara pada pasien dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Jumlah pasien dengan Tingkat kepuasan (sangat puas) dijumpai di poli bedah Saluran cerna sebanyak 4 orang (11,76%). Kategori tingkat kepuasan sangat tidak puas terdapat di poli bedah plastik sebanyak 6 orang (33,33%). Di poli bedah onkologi dan poli bedah anak jumlah responden tingkat kepuasan yang sama dengan katagori puas sebanyak 8 orang (47,06%). Di poli bedah vaskular tingkat kepuasan kurang puas 7 orang (41,18%). Di poli bedah plastik tingkat kepuasan tidak puas dan sangat tidak puas yaitu sebanyak 6 orang (33,33%). Di poli bedah saraf jumlah pasien dengan tingkat kepuasan (puas) 7 orang (29,41%). Hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien (p-value = 0,000). Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien di poli klinik sub spesialis bedah RSUDZA Banda Aceh. The reading material given to the students was narrative text. The population and sample of the study was the eleventh year students of Senior High School Number 8 (SMA Negeri 8) Banda Aceh which consists of 58 students; 29 in each class. The data of this research was collected by giving the pre-test and post-test. The test given was in form of cloze procedure especially fixed-deletion technique. The data was analyzed using SPSS 15,0. The result of the data analysis can be seen from the result of the post-test of the experimental group in which that the mean of the post-test of the experimental group was 48,97. Moreover, the mean score of the post-test of the control group was 38,10 By comparing t-test score of the experimental group and t-table score, it shows that the result of t-test was 2,276 while the result of t-table at a level of significance with a = 0,05 is 2,0484. It indicates that the t-test score is lower that t-table (2,276< 2,048). It means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the students who were taught by using cloze procedure technique have a better performance than those who were not. As the follow up for this research, it is suggested that English teachers should use various technique in teaching. In teaching reading comprehension, cloze procedure technique can be an alternative to be applied in teaching English. Sampel berjumlah 55 siswa terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas XII IPA1 sebagai kelas eksperimen berjumlah 27 siswa dan kelas XII IPA2 sebagai kelas pembanding berjumlah 28 siswa. Data diperoleh menggunakan tes. data sikap ilmiah diperoleh dengan kuesioner dan asesmen kinerja siswa diperoleh dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik dengan uji-t dan regresi. In this study conducted in class XII student of SMAN 9 Banda Aceh. The study population totaled 144 students. Sample was composed of 55 students of class XII are two classes IPA1 as an experimental class numbered 27 students and the class as a class XII IPA2 comparison numbered 28 students. Understanding of the concept of data collected using the test method, the scientific attitude of data collected by questionnaire and assessment of student performance was collected using the observation sheet. Data were analyzed using the statistical t-test and regresi. The results showed: 1) There is a significant difference between the understanding of concepts students are using inquiry learning model with the media animation and media discussion with media images. 2) There are significant differences in the scientific attitude among students who learn to use inquiry learning model with the model animation and media discussion with media images. 3) There are differences in assessments of student performance significantly among students who are taught using inquiry learning model with the model animation and media discussion with media images. 4) There is a positive relationship between the understanding of scientific concepts and attitudes of students who learned with inquiry learning model with animated media (r = 0.743 > p=0.389).
