Pd.ABSTRAK Sertifikasi adalah proses pemberian sertifikat kompetensi atau surat keterangan sebagai pengakuan terhadap kemampuan seseorang dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan setelah lulus uji kompetensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja guru dalam perencanaan sertifikasi, meliputi: program guru sertifikasi; kemampuan guru sertifikasi; dan hambatan guru sertifikasi. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru sertifikasi, Kepala Sekolah dan Pengawas di SMA Negeri 1 Samatiga Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Program guru sertifikasi dalam menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran kurang mendapatkan bimbingan dari kepala sekolah, dan jarang mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengikuti pelatihan seperti MGMP; (2) Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki guru sertifikasi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran meliputi: kemampuan membuka pembelajaran, menguasai bahan ajar, pengelolaan kelas, menggunakan media dan sumber belajar, penggunaan metode pembelajaran, dan menutup pembelajaran; dan (3) Hambatan guru sertifikasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan ialah jumlah guru yang tidak merata di daerah terpencil dan bertumpuk di ibukota kecamatan atau kabupaten sehingga semakin mempersulit untuk memenuhi jam wajib mengajar minimal 24 jam tatap muka per minggu, dengan upaya yang ditempuh yaitu mencari jam mengajar ke sekolah lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan data triwulan dari triwulan pertama 1995 sampai triwulan keempat 2013. Model yang digunakan adalah Vector Autoregression Model (VAR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi berpengaruh terhadap semua variabel yaitu nilai tukar, jumlah uang beredar, dan suku bunga di dalam penelitian ini, fluktuasi inflasi dapat mempengaruhi perekonomian. Variabel jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap inflasi sedangkan tingkat suku bunga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap inflasi, maka Bank Indonesia perlu melakukan upaya untuk menstabilkan inflasi dengan jalur suku bunga. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan untuk menambah variabel makro ekonomi lainnya dengan metode yang berbeda sehingga dapat membandingkan hasilnya.Kata Kunci : VAR, Tingkat Inflasi, Nilai Tukar, Suku Bunga, dan Jumlah Uang Beredar. All of cows in allocated into two groups at random each 10 heads. The first group come from farmer of co-operation member of Ciamis was used as control without innovated by reproduction technology, that mean the cow was naturally of oestrous and inseminated with frozen semen not a result of separation sex. The second group come from farmer group “lumba-lumba” innovated with oestrous synchronization which was injected prosolvin of 7.5 mg per headl by intramuscular (i.m.) and super ovulated with injected fertagyl of 150 mg per tail by i.m., and then it oestrous was inseminated with frozen semen result of sex separation. Research result indicates that technically there were difference of performance reproduce in cow which is innovated by reproduction technology than control. It concluded that the improvement of reproduction efficiency in cow after innovated by technology of reproduction in term of type of birth in twin and increasing of male sex up to 12 percent. It is in line with the economic estimation of cow which is technological application of reproduction improves generating revenue up to 22.35 percent per month. Oleh karena itu siswa dituntut harus mampu menguasai materi Dimensi Tiga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Penemuan Terbimbing Pada Materi Dimensi Tiga di Kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran materi dimensi tiga dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran penemuan terbimbing di kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Banda Aceh mencapai ketuntasan yang diharapkan. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, yang tergabung dalam 5 jurusan yaitu: Bangunan, Elektronik, Listrik, Mesin dan Otomotif. Sedangkan yang dijadikan sampel adalah kelas XI jurusan TPTU yang masuk dalam jurusan elektronik. Sampel diambil 1 kelas yang dipilih secara random. Instrumen utama yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah tes hasil belajar siswa. Sedangkan instrument pendukung dalam pengumpulan data adalah lembar observasi kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran, aktivitas siswa, dan angket respon siswa. Untuk memperoleh data, penulis memberikan tes yang berkaitan dengan materi yang dipelajari dalam bentuk soal uraian. Untuk selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistic uji-t. Dari hasil pengolahan data pada taraf signifikan ? = 0,05 dan dk= 19, diperoleh thitung ? ttabel 3,71 ? 1,73 dan ini jelas berada dalam daerah tolak H0, H1 diterima. Pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Penemuan Terbimbing Pada Materi Dimensi Tiga di Kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Banda Aceh mencapai ketuntasan yang diharapkan.
