Research was conducted in Paluh Ketuk, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. The experiment was using factorial randomized block design with two factors.The first factor is Amendment (A) consists of 4 degrees: 0 t/ha, 4 t/ha, 8 t/ha and 12 t/ha. The second factor is the Varieties (V) consists of 6 kinds: Ciherang, Bestari, Inpari 4, Mekongga, Inpari 13 and Cibogo. The variables are: leaf area, number of tillers, number of productive tillers, number of grains per panicle,number of chlorophyll, 1000 grain weight and grain weight/ plot. Data were analyzed by F test and Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT), further analysis by response curve. The yield of higher in order are Bestari, Ciherang and Mekongga. Compost treatments were significant in variable of leaf area and grain weight per plot. Whereas the varieties treatments were significant on number of tillers, number of productive tillers, number of grains per panic and grain weight per plot. Combination treatments of compost and varieties were significant on grain weight per plot. Rice varieties suggested are Bestari, Ciherang and Mekongga its tend to have better resistance to higher grain yield than other varieties. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan partisipasi politik perempuan dan strategi perempuan dalam meningkatkan keterwakilan di lembaga legislatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di Kota Banda Aceh. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan melalui kajian pustaka, observasi dan wawancara mendalam(indepth interview). Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah24 orang yang terdiridari9 orang dari aktivis/lembagaperempuan, 1 orang dari Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (BP3A) Aceh, 2 orang dari Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana (PPKB) Kota Banda Aceh, 1 orang dari Komisi Independen Pemilihan (KIP) Kota Banda Aceh, 1 orang dari partai politik, 5 orang dari calon legislatifperempuandan5 orang dari perempuan biasa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pertama, partisipasi perempuan dalam pemilu legislatif meningkat dari 137 orang perempuan pada tahun 2009 menjadi 185 orang calon legislatif perempuan pada pemilu 2014. Kedua, dalam rangka meningkatkan keterwakilan perempuan di lembaga legislatif, lembaga/aktivis perempuan melakukan program berkaitan dengan Pengarus Utamaan Gender (PUG). Program tersebut mencakup pelatihan kepemimpinan perempuan, pelatihan meningkatkan peran serta dan kesetaraan gender dalam pembangunan, pelatihan public speaking dan workshop pengambilan keputusan bagi perempuan. Para calon legislatif perempuan juga melakukan bermacam usaha yakni dengan jalur pendekatan dengan masyarakat seperti melibatkan diri dalam kegiatan organisasi dan kegiatan lainnya di masyarakat. A Completely Randomized Design with four treatments: R0(100% basal feed/BF); R1(100% BF+10% fermented corn cob); R2 (100% BF+10% fermented tapioca solid waste); R3(100% BF+10% fermented soy bean pulp). Each treatments were replicated for 5 times. The variables response tested were quality of feedstuffs before and after fermentation of protein, NDF and ADF digestibilities on broiler chicken in vivo test. The result indicated that the protein content after fermentation has increased but reduced in NDF and ADF fiber. Two steps fermentation had not improved significantly to protein digestibility (P>0.05), but basic ration with fermented soybean pulp significantly improved (P<0.01) on protein digestibility.
