Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa data yang diperoleh dari pembagian kuisioner kepada 95 responden. Data diuji dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Model Regresi Linier Berganda (Multiple Linear Regressian Model) dengan teknik regresi kuadrat terkecil (Ordinary Least Square/OLS). Hasil analisis pada nelayan tradisional menunjukkan bahwa Modal (M), Jumlah Tenaga Kerja (L) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan nelayan di Kabupaten Aceh Besar, hasil analisis pada nelayan modern menunjukkan Modal kerja (M) dan Jumlah hari melaut (J) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan nelayan. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan terhadap beberapa kriteria modal yang digunakan seharusnya dengan adanya peningkatan modal kerja, sudah tentu hasil yang diperoleh harus lebih besar, Peningkatan efisiensi penggunaan modal kerja dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan perhitungan kebutuhan biaya operasional secara lebih baik. Keterbatasan modal usaha atau investasi juga dapat menyulitkan nelayan meningkatkan kegiatan ekonomi perikanannya. To increase and improve PISA rankings (Programme for International of Student Assessment) of Indonesian students not only starts from the students, but also teachers and prospective teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of students as prospective teachers to solve problems of high-level PISA (most difficult) is level 5. This study was a descriptive study using a qualitative approach to describe the ability of each student in solving PISA question. The subjects were students taking the Teaching Mathematics I course of Mathematics Education Program FKIP Unsyiah. Data analysis in qualitative research based on the results of the data collection process in the form of field notes, documentation, and interviews. Assessment conducted on students' ability to solve problems using the PISA assessment rubric. Furthermore, the score obtained is converted into the interval level of ability. The results showed only one student (14,28 %) of the seven students who have an excellent ability to resolve the matter appropriately. Meanwhile, three students (42,85 %) experienced only a mistake on the problems at the problem of the distance down. However, the ability of the three students vary based on the accuracy of the analysis in solving aspects. For the third ability of other students (42,85 %) were still low due to the settlement of questions that do not quite right with the ability to be at sufficient levels. The study was conducted in two stages. The first stage included sampel preparation, phytochemical test, λ max determination, testing of antioxidant activity by reducing power method, and TLC analysis. In stage 2 purification using column chromatography, phytochemical test, and antioxidant activity test were performed. The sample was dissolved by using 70% ethanol and 1.5 N HCl with a ratio of 85:15 (v/v). Phytochemical test results showed that the sample consisted of not only flavonoids but also tannins. The Rf value for both sample and standard are respectively 0.55 and 0.61 with absorbance value of 0.826 and 0.845. The sample was then purified using column chromatography and 25 fractions were grouped based on the color intensity abbreviated as FA, FB and FC. Photochemical test was then conducted to examine the purity of obtained fraction and FB was found to be relatively purer than other fractions. Reducing power test of FB with variation of weight 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg, and 50 mg gave the percentage inhibition 64.1, 6.7, 67.9, 70.3 and 73.6, respectively, while the percentage value of α- tocopherol at simmilar weight variation are 32.1, 36.7, 43.5 and 50.2%. Pendekatan model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model regresi linear berganda dengan Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Pasie Raja Kabupaten Aceh Selatan tahun 2013. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan mengedarkan daftar pertanyaan (kuisioner) kepada 60 petani pala yang ditentukan secara proporsional dari 3 desa sampel. Hasil penelitian diolah dengan SPSS versi.16 menunjukkan bahwa faktor luas lahan, penggunaan tenaga kerja dan jumlah pupuk berpengaruh positif dan singnifikan terhadap produksi sedangkan faktor penggunaan modal berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak singnifikan terhadap produksi. Sedangkan secara Simultan variabel luas lahan, tenaga kerja, penggunaan pupuk dan modal mempengaruhi produksi. Koefisien determinasi R Square (R2) sebesar 0,604 persen, artinya 60,4 persen, proporsi perubahan dalam produksi pala dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel luas lahan (XI), tenaga kerja (X2), modal (X3) dan penggunaan pupuk (X4), Sisanya 39,6 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kepada pemerintah untuk dapat memberikan perhatian seperti bantuan modal usaha kepada petani pala agar penggunaan modal pada usahatani pala lebih efisien lagi dan dapat menigkatkan pendapatan produksi pala.Kata Kunci : Produksi, Lahan, Tenaga Kerja, Pupuk.
