<text>Abstract: Indonesia based on the value of irrigation efficiency standards by 65% Irrigation Planning. This value when compared to some countries in Asia were still much greater because of the efficiency of existing irrigation network was limited in that it needs to be revisited until the value of the efficiency of irrigation fields. This study aims to determine the efficiency of irrigation in rice fieldsis actually through direct measurements in the field. Measurements were taken at one tertiary JKr21Kr Krueng Jreue Regional Irrigation. To evaluate the efficiency of irrigation in rice fields used two methods of measurement. Inflow-outflow method for measuring the delivery of irrigation water in rice fields (Vf) which use the modified pipes that serves as the entrance and exit of water in the tertiary, the difference between incoming water and outgoing water is the amount of water used in rice fields. Drum technique method for measuring the water demand of rice in rice fields (Vm), the use of 3 (three) drum with a diameter of 50 cm and height 125 cm. Drum serves to measure the evapotranspiration parameters, percolation and effective rainfall. These results indicate the efficiency of irrigation in rice fields (Ea) of 59.57%. The study recommends irrigation efficiency based on the Standard Planning Irrigation needs to be calculated up to the fields, so that the obtained value of 38.72% irrigation efficiency and irrigation efficiency by planning to be at 40.68%. The value of irrigation efficiency can be improved by carrying out repairs and maintenance on the rice field to prevent seepage and an awareness of attitudes and behaviors of farmers in irrigation water use, so the addition of land area is made possibleKeywords : Evapotranspiration, percolation, water discharge, drum technique, inflow-outflow.

<text>Abstract: Irrigation efficiency is based on an assumption that part of the amount of water taken will be lost either in the channel or in the field. Irrigation efficiency values specified in the planning and use in Indonesia are greater than some countries in Asia. Hence, in the implementation is the amount of water given not adequateto the field. A large amount of operational water discharge for field processing and paddy growth period on Growing Season 2 (MT) in Pandrah Irrigation undergoes water shortage. Therefore, the tertiary field of Right 3 Tertiary 1 Pandrah Building (BPKn3T1) receives less water. Due to the issue, a research was conducted about distrbuting of irrgation for paddy crop. It was conducted on BPKn3T1 field with 0.12 Ha of the total areas. The measurement of evaporation, evapotranspiration, percolation, effective rainfall and surface runoff used drum technique. To find out the daily rainfall, the researchers used an ordinary pluviometer. Inflow-outflow method was carried on to know the irrigation discharge on the plot of rice field. Based on the research, it is obtained the efficiency values on plot of  rice field (Ea) is 44.50% and total efficiency of  D.I Pandrah is 28.93%. Operational efficiency (Eo) is 37.50%. It shows that the wastage of irrigation water   distribution is 18.66%. In brief, it is necessary to go over the distribution of irrigation water disharge in order to be adjusted to the actual efficiency values in the field. Keywords : irrigation efficiency on  the plot of rice field, distribution of water irrigation, drum technique.

Tgk. Syech Abdurrauf No .7 Darussalam-Banda Aceh 23111, INDONESIAe-mail: mazid9901@gmail.comAbstrakPenggunaan polimer sebagai material teknik terus meningkat, salah satu contoh penggunaannyaadalah plastik.
