According to the geological data, area of east Java Ocean has high potential of earthquake. The history shows that there are many time tsunami occurred in East Java. Based on the initial study, one of the areas predicted as dangerous area for the tsunami is Pacitan city. To minimize the effect of tsunami hazard, prediction of inundation area base on the numerical model simulation of tsunami runup was done for Pacitan city. In this research predicting of inundation area caused by tsunami was studied. GIS was used astool to predict the inundation area. From this research it can be shown that numerical model of tsunami can be used to predict the runup. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan, yakni P0= tanpa penambahan vitamin E maupun mineral Zn; P1= pemberian vitamin E 50 IU/ekor/hari; P2= pemberian mineral Zn 25 mg/ekor/hari; P3= pemberian vitamin E 50 IU/ekor/hari dan mineral Zn 25 mg/ekor/hari. Penelitian menggunakan 12 ekor kambing berumur 3 tahun, masing-masing perlakuan menggunakan 3 ekor kambing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian vitamin E dan mineral Zn serta kombinasi keduanya tidak memengaruhi volume semen kambing Boer, tetapi berpengaruh terhadap motilitas dan persentase spermatozoa abnormal (P<0,05) dan terhadap persentase spermatozoa hidup (P<0,01). Pemberian mineral Zn dan campurannya dengan vitamin E mampu meningkatkan kualitas spermatozoa kambing Boer. Untuk melakukan proses tersebut ada beberapa tahap yang perlu dilakukan yaitu binerisasi dan pembacaan OCR. Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan proses binerisasi untuk pemisahan tulisan dari background menggunakan metode Wayne Niblack. Dalam proses binerisasi dokumen kuno penulis menggunakan metode Wayne Niblack dikarenakan algoritma ini lebih sederhana. Pada penelitian ini penulis ingin membuat aplikasi binerisasi naskah digital menggunakan metode yang diperkenalkan oleh Wayne Niblack, dengan pendekatan nilai ambang untuk memisahkan background dan foreground pada citra dokumen kuno yang bertulisan huruf Arab. Pengobatan tuberkulosis paru yang dijalani serta efek dari obat yang dirasakan dalam waktu lama dapat memicu munculnya perasaan depresi. Kecemasan dan depresi yang dirasakan dalam jangka waktu yang lama dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien tuberkulosis paru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kecemasan dan depresi dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien tuberkulosis paru di Balai Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional study dan metode pengumpulan data purposive sampling terhadap 58 responden. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner yang terdiri dari 40 item pernyataan berbentuk skala likert dengan skala ukur ordinal. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara kecemasan dan depresi (P-value 0,474) dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien tuberkulosis paru di Balai Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat Banda Aceh. Diharapkan kepada Balai Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat adalah membuat kebijakan untuk mengurangi kecemasan dan depresi yang dialami oleh setiap pasien, sedangkan untuk perawat adalah selalu memberikan support untuk mengurangi kecemasan dan depresi, yang akhirnya bisa memperbaiki kualitas hidup pada pasien tuberkulosis paru. The workers put gold ore and mercury into the tumblers to extract gold and silver by amalgamation method. After gold and silver are isolated from the ore as amalgam, mercury is vaporized by burning with an oil burner. Furthermore, wastewater containing mercury is discharged at landfills and Kr. Sikulat River stream. With the purpose of knowing the impact of small-scale gold mining plant in Sawang, the concentrations of mercury in Kr. Sikulat River sediment and the accumulation of mercury in tissues of freshwater organisms from Kr. Sikulat River were investigated. Sediments were taken from locations near the gold mining plant and freshwater organisms were caught in the estuary from Kr. Sikulat River. Samples were transported live to the laboratory and sampled dissected after death. Tissue from each organism were removed and grained after dried. Total mercury analyzed using an Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS), AA-6300 Shimadzu. The results showed that the concentration of mercury in sediment found 0.0339 mg-Hg/kg, while the concentration of mercury in the water phase were found 0.005 – 0.047 mg-Hg/L. Mercury was also found in the concentration of 0.1903 mg-Hg/kg accumulated in the shellfish, but it was not found accumulated in other freshwater organisms such as fish and shrimp. Based on these results, a regular monitoring program in Kr.
