Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: manajemen kurikulum telah dilaksanakan. Hal ini tergambar dengan adanya program kerja, terlaksananya program, dilakukan pengawasan, serta terlaksananya proses pembelajaran dengan optimal. Manajemen kesiswaan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, hal ini tergambar dengan adanya peningkatan disiplin siswa, berjalannya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, adanya pembinaan siswa, dan dilakukan evaluasi kegiatan-kegiatan kesiswaan yang telah dilaksanakan. Manajemen personalia yang dilaksanakan termasuk kategori kurang baik. Realitas ini terlihat dari tidak rutinnya pengembangan profesional guru. Di samping itu, masih ada tenaga pegawai yang tidak profesional, yaitu tingkat kualifikasi pendidikan yang diperoleh tidak sinkron dengan tugas yang diembannya. Manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang dilaksanakan sudah termasuk kategori baik. The purpose of this study was to find out: curriculum, student, personnel, facility and infrastructure in Mutiara State Senior High School of Pidie Regency. This study used qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation study. Subject of the study were principal and teachers. The results showed that curriculum management has been carried out. It can be indicated from the work program, implementation of the program, supervision, and the optimal learning process. Student management has been carried out well. It can be seen from the improvement of student discipline, the extracurricular activities, student coaching, and student activity evaluation that has been going well. Personnel management carried out was in poor category. This reality can be seen from teacher professional development activities that were not routinely conducted. In addition, there were unprofessional personnel. Their education qualification were not linear with the assigned tasks. Facility and infrastructure management was in good category. This conditions caused to low quality of groundwater resources as one of the determinants of the quality of sanitation and healthy living in an environment. The purpose of this study is determine the effect of building density and pattern of management of public toilets on the quality of environmental sanitation, the effect of educational level, socioeconomic against MCK management pattern, as well as the correlation between the density of buildings with MCK management pattern and level of education, socio-economic as well as its influence on West Hamlet environmental sanitation quality Gampong Kopelma Darussalam. This research was conducted in this area from in May to November 2014, using the survey method, with 128 heads of households sampled. The instrument used the observation sheet and questionnaire to the parameter level of education, socioeconomic conditions. Data were analyzed with the Pearson product moment correlation and multiple. The results of research on the influence of the building with a pattern density of the quality management of sanitary latrines obtained calculated F value of 38.79 and F table 3.07 at a significance level of 0.05, the effect of educational level, socioeconomic by MCK management pattern obtained tvalue of 1.966 and ttable 1.645 at a significance level of 5%, while the correlation between the density of buildings with MCK management pattern and level of education, socio-economic to quality sanitation correlation coefficient of 0.58 with a moderate interpretation. The conclusion is the density of buildings and toilets patterns can make an impact on the quality of environmental sanitation Hamlet West, while the level of education, socio-economic impact on the pattern of MCK management. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepadatan bangunan dan pola pengelolaan MCK masyarakat terhadap kualitas sanitasi lingkungan, pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, sosial ekonomi masyarakat terhadap pola pengelolaan MCK, serta korelasi antara kepadatan bangunan dengan pola pengelolaan MCK dan tingkat pendidikan, sosial ekonomi masyarakat serta pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas sanitasi lingkungan di Dusun Barat Gampong Kopelma Darussalam. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kawasan Dusun Barat Gampong Kopelma Darussalam yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan November 2014, menggunakan metode survey, dengan 128 kepala keluarga yang dijadikan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan angket dengan parameter tingkat pendidikan, sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh kepadatan bangunan dengan pola pengelolaan MCK terhadap kualitas sanitasi diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 38,79 dan F tabel 3,07 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05, pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, sosial ekonomi dengan pola pengelolaan MCK diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 1,966 dan t tabel 1,645 pada taraf signifikansi 5 % sedangkan korelasi antara kepadatan bangunan dengan pola pengelolaan MCK dan tingkat pendidikan, sosial ekonomi terhadap kualitas sanitasi diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,58 dengan interpretasi sedang. Kesimpulannya adalah kepadatan bangunan dan pola pengelolaan MCK dapat memberi pengaruh terhadap kualitas sanitasi lingkungan Dusun Barat, sedangkan tingkat pendidikan, sosial ekonomi masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap pola pengelolaan MCK. The species of HHV-6 is divided into two variants, HHV-6A and HHV 6-B, which might be detected and identified by PCR and RE methods. The three samples of eye swabs from children with suspected HHV-6 neurological illness were extracted by guanidium isothiocyanate method before running in PCR followed by agarose electrophoresis as a detection stage. The positive results were then identified by RE analysis to determine the variant of the viruses. One of the three samples (sample 2) shows positive result in direct electrophoresis and it was identified as HHV-6B which produced two fragments of 153bp and 70bp in the RE analysis. Actinomycetes are a group of bacteria that have potential as a major producer of bioactive compounds. This study aimed to isolate and evaluate the isolates of actinomycetes collected from soil. This research was carried out in three stages, namely the field sampling, isolation of actinomycetes, screening the potential as a producer of bioactive compounds (antimicrobials). A total of 11 isolates of actinomycetes have been isolated in this study. The isolates varied in morphological characteristics. The antibacterial evaluation showed that nine isolates (81.8%) that were able to inhibit either the test organism. Three isolates of ACT-04, ACT-05, ACT-06 and ACT-11 were capable of inhibiting both bacterial targets.
