Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa struktur komunitas fitoplankton dan kerapatan mangrove di perairan Kuala Langsa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Januari sampai Februari 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 stasiun. Stasiun 1 berada pada daerah yang kerapatan mangrove tinggi, stasiun 2 berada pada daerah yang memiliki kerapatan mangrove rendah, stasiun 3 berada pada daerah pelabuhan dan stasiun 4 berada pada daerah pemukiman penduduk. Plankton net digunakan untuk menyaring sampel fitoplankton dan transek kuadrat untuk pengukuran kerapatan mangrove. Fitoplankton yang ditemukan pada perairan mangrove kuala langsa berasal dari dua kelas yaitu Bacillariophyceae (59%) dan Dinophyceae (41%). Spesies yang ditemukan seperti Licmophora sp, Navicula sp, Pleurosigma sp, Pseudo-nitzschia sp, Rhizosolenia sp, Skeletonema sp, Stepanophyxis sp, Striatella sp, Thalassionema sp, Thalassiosira sp, Alexandrium sp, Ceratium sp, Dinophysis sp, Gonyaulax sp, Gyrodinium sp dan Protocentrum sp. Kelimpahan tertinggi fitoplankton perwaktu terdapat pada jam 14.00 dengan total kelimpahan 44822 ind/l dan paling rendah jam 17.00 dengan total kelimpahan 38233 ind/l. Kelimpahan tertinggi setiap stasiun terdapat pada stasiun 1 dengan total kelimpahan 46641 ind/l dan terendah pada stasiun 3 dengan total kelimpahan 34114 ind/l. Stuktur komunitas fitoplankton pada kawasan perairan mangrove kuala langsa untuk keanekaragaman memiliki nilai yang berkisar 1,32-1,92 (sedang), keseragaman berkisar 0,60-0,80 (labil dan stabil) dan dominansi memiliki nilai 0,20-0,45 (kecil). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepadatan Gastropoda, keanekaragaman, keseragaman, dominansi, kesamaan jenis serta penyebaran Gastropoda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yang terdiri dari 3 stasiun pengamatan di perairan Desa Leungah. Pengamatan Gastropoda dilakukan dengan menggunakan transek kuadrat dengan ukuran plot 1x1 meter sebanyak 5 transek pada setiap stasiun. Dari hasil penelitian di peroleh 523 individu yang terdiri dari 6 spesies yang tergolong dalam 3 family yaitu Terebridae, Trochidae dan Cerithiidae. Indeks keanekaragaman tergolong sedang berkisar antara 3,458-2,722. Indeks keseragaman dikategorikan stabil yaitu berkisar 1,053-1,338. Sementara nilai indeks dominansi berkisar antara 0,124-0,208 yang menunjukkan tidak adanya jenis yang mendominansi. Pola sebaran jenis menunjukkan adanya dua pola sebaran jenis yang ditemukan di lokasi penelitian yaitu bersifat mengelompok dan seragam. Their presences in the field are seen as the key to agricultural ecosystem. Their presence can be influenced by the availability of non-crop vegetation. Some adult Hymenoptera parasitoids require food in the form of pollen and nectar of wild flowers to ensure effective reproduction and longevity. The objective of this research is to study Hymenoptera parasitoid communities in vegetable field and non-crop vegetation at Alahan Panjang and Kayu tanduak agricultural landscapes. Insects were sampled by two trapping techniques (farmcop and sweep net) in one lines of transect for each landscape. Total of 62species from 19 families of Hymenoptera parasitoid were collected invegetable field and  non-crop vegetation at Alahan Panjang and Kayu Tanduak landscape. Landscape structure affected the species richness, diversity and evenness of Hymenoptera parasitoid invegetable field and  non-crop vegetation. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas makrozoobenthos dengan kondisi substrat di padang lamun Pulau Matahari Aceh Singkil. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey yang terdiri dari 4 stasiun pengamatan. Pengambilan sampel pada stasiun dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode transek kuadrat, pada setiap stasiun di bentangkan transek sepanjang 50 m sejajar garis pantai kemudian di lakukan 3 kali pengulangan pada setiap substasiun menggunakan transek kuadrat dengan plot kuadrat 50 m x 50 m. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 32 jenis makrozoobenthos dari 3 kelas, yaitu kelas Gastropoda, Pelecypoda dan Holothuroidea. Komposisi tertinggi adalah kelas Gastropoda sebesar 84,4% dan komposisi terendah dari kelas Holothuroidea 6,2%, indeks keanekaragaman di stasiun penelitian tergolong tinggi, dengan keseragaman berkisar antara 0,792-1,00, dan tidak adanya dominansi jenis. This study was to determine the structure of macrozoobenthos communities with substrate conditions in seagrass Pulau Matahari, Singkil. This study was conducted using a survey that consisted of 4 stations. The stations sampling were calculated using quadratic transect, at each station in scattering along a 50 m transect parallel to the shoreline then 3 repetitions at each substation using transect plot squared squares with 50 x 50 cm. The research was found 32 species of macrozoobenthos in 3 classes, gastropods, Pelecypoda and Holothuroidea. The highest is the class Gastropoda composition of 84,4% and the lowest composition of the class Holothuroidea 6,2%. Diversity index in the research station is high, with uniformity index on research stations ranged from 0,792 to 1,00, and the absence of dominance.Keywords: Matahari Island, macrozoobenthos, Community Structure. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa struktur komunitas dan pola sebaran jenis makrozoobenthos di perairan Kuala Langsa Kota Langsa. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada Januari 2015 dengan menggunakan 4 stasiun pengamatan. Stasiun 1 pada kawasan yang kerapatan mangrove tinggi, stasiun 2 pada kawasan yang kerapatan mangrove rendah, stasiun 3 pada kawasan pelabuhan dan stasiun 4 pada kawasan pemukiman. Pengambilan data makrozoobenthos dengan menggunakan transek kuadrat 1 x 1 m2dilakukan pada saat pasang dan surut. Makrozoobenthos yang ditemukan pada kawasan mangrove Kuala Langsa terdiri dari 3 kelas yaitu Bivalvia (pasang (6%), surut (22%)), Crustacea (pasang (12%), surut (11%)), dan Gastropoda (pasang (82%), surut (67%). Kepadatan makrozoobenthos paling tinggi terdapat pada stasiun 4 (23,20 ind/m2). Makrozoobemthos yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah jenis Cerithium articulatum dan Telebralia palustris. Struktur komunitas makrozoobentos pada saat pasang adalah 2,35 (keanekaragaman), 0,76 (keseragaman) dan 0,19 (dominansi). Struktur komunitas pada saat surut adalah 2,39 (keanekaragaman), 0,75 (Keseragaman) dan 0,31 (dominansi). Indeks similaritas makrozoobentos pada perairan Kuala Langsa berkisar 40%-63% dan pola sebaran jenis tergolong pada dua kategori yaitu seragam dan mengelompok. The spatial distributin based on similarity Bray-Curtis analysis showed that the Kronjo, Cituis, and Tanjung Pasir locations generate four, three, and five groups, respectively.
