Evaluasi Kesesuian Lahan Tanaman Duku, Mangga dan Rambutan di Desa Blang Guci Padang Tiji Kabupaten Pidie, di bawah bimbingan Syamsidah Djuita sebagai ketua dan syakur sebagai anggota.Evaluasi kesesuian lahan tanaman duku, mangga dan rambutan bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian lahan pengembangan tanaman hortikultura yaitu: mangga, duku dan rambutan serta untuk mengetahui aspek pengelolaan pada setiap satuan lahan pengembangan tanaman hortiultura di Desa Blang Guci Kecamatan Padang Tiji Kabupaten Pidie. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survai yang didasarkan pada hasil observasi di lapangan, berdasarkan pada satuan peta lahan (SPL), kemudian sampel tanah dianalisis di laboratarium. Dalam penepatan kelas kesesuaian lahan tanaman dilokasi penelitian menerapkan sistem klasifikasi kesesuian lahan menerut Deptan (1997).Hasil tumpang tindih peta penggunaan lahan, peta jenis tanah dan peta lerang, maka didapat tiga SPL, yaitu: SPL 1 seluas (1,36 ha), SPL 2 seluas (0,21 ha) dan SPL 3 seluas (21,71 ha), dengan total luas lokasi penelitian adalah 23,28 ha. Tingkat kesesuaian lahan pengembangan tanaman hortiultura di Desa Blang Guci Kecamatan Padang Tiji Kabupaten Pidie menunjukan untuk tanaman duku pada SPL 1 seluas 1,36 ha SPL 2 seluas 0,21 ha dan SPL 3 seluas 10,43 ha. Tanaman  mangga SPL 1 seluas 1,36 ha SPL 2 seluas 0,21 ha dan SPL 3 seluas 10,43 ha. Sedangkan untuk tanaman rambutan SPL 1 seluas 1,36 ha SPL 2 seluas 0,21 ha dan SPL 3 seluas 10,43 ha, hal ini berati setiap SPL sangat cocok untuk dikembangkan tanaman hortikultura, namun hanya pada luas lahan 12,00 ha dari total luas lahan 23,28 ha dan sisanya sebagai kawasan konservasi atau kawasan lindung. Aspek pengelolaan pada setiap satuan lahan pengembangan tanaman hortikultura untuk jenis tanaman duku, mangga dan rambutan sangat sesuai (S1) untuk SPL 1 dan 2 dengan input teknologi low input (LI) dengan pengelolaan sampai dengan pembuatan guludan, lubang tanam dan pemumpukan, sedangkan pada SPL 3 dengan criteria cukup sesuai (S2) dengan tingkat input perbaikan medium input (MI), pengelolaan dengan pembuatan guludan, lubang tanam dan pemumpukan.</text>

                <text>Prediction of Erosion in the Coffee Plantation in Subdistrict of Permata, District of Bener Meriah, Province of AcehAbstract. This study aimed to determine the level of erosion that occurred on the slopes of plantation of coffee community in sub-district of Permata, district of Bener Meriah, Province of Aceh, conducted from January to August 2011. Coffee plantations of community were located in sub-district of Permata as samples, particularly in the village of Jungke which had 8 percent slope and the village of Seni Antara which had 30 percent slope. This study was conducted by field observation and laboratory analysis to predict the values of erosion using the method of USLE (universal soil loss equation). Further Erosion Hazard Level (TBE) was determined by considering the effective depth of soil. The results showed that the value of the actual erosion that occurred in the coffee plantation of community in the village of Seni Antara which had 30 percent slope at 87,711.47 tones ha-1 year-1 greater than the actual value of erosion in the village Jungke which only 8 percent slopes at 21.79 tones ha-1 year-1. Erosion Hazard Rate on slopes of 30 percent (village of Seni Antara) classified as very heavy, while TBE at 8 percent slope (Village of Jungke) as light. The main factors that affected the value of erosion were the value of LS (long and large slope) and the value of K (erodibility). To prevent erosion on coffee plantations advised people to be able to add shade trees, use of litter and planting cover crops. </text>

Penelitian menerapkan metode pembelajaran complete sentence ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran complete sentence,  aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam penerapan metode pembelajaran complete sentence, kemampuan guru dalam mengelola metode pembelajaran complete sentence, dan respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran metode complete sentence. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-1 MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 32 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar siswa,lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa pada pembelajaran complete sentence, lembar pengamatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola  pembelajarancomplete sentence, dan angket respon siswa dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran complete sentence.Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran complete sentence dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara individual hasil belajar pada siklus I adalah 71.87 persen tuntas, meningkat 93.75 persen tuntas  pada siklus II, secara klasikal ketuntasan hasil belajar pada siklus I adalah 60.00 persen, dan meningkat menjadi 90.00 persen pada siklus II,aktivitas guru dan siswa selama pembelajaran baik, aktivitas mencerminkan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran complete sentence,keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan metode pembelajaran complete sentence semakin terampil dengan kategori sedang pada siklus I kemudian meningkat pada siklus II dikategorikan baik, dan persentase respon siswa terhadap penerapan metode pembelajaran complete sentence pada materi pranata dan penyimpangan sosial adalah 93 persen senang, 96 persen berminat untuk mengikuti proses belajar mengajar dan 100 persen materi yang diberikan sangat menarik untuk dipelajari.</text>

                <text>ABSTRAKKata kunci: efektifitas, tutor sebaya, pendidikan kewarganegaraan (PKn)Penelitian yang berjudul Efektifitas Penerapan Tutor Sebaya dalamPembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 SawangKabupaten Aceh Selatan diterapkan pada materi penegakkan dan perlindungan HAM.Penelitian ini mengkaji masalah apakah efektif penerapan tutor sebaya dalampembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan (PKn), dan apakah penerapan tutor sebayadapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikankewarganegaraan (PKn) di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sawang Kabupaten Aceh Selatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan tutor sebaya dalampembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan (PKn), dan untuk mengetahui peningkatanprestasi belajar siswa melalui penerapan tutor sebaya pada mata pelajaran pendidikankewarganegaraan (PKn) di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sawang Kabupaten Aceh Selatan.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Subjekpenelitian adalah siswa kelas VII-1 SMP Negeri 1 Sawang sebanyak 21 orang, terdiriatas 10 orang laki-laki dan 11 orang perempuan. Efektifitas penerapan tutor sebayaditinjau dari 4 (empat) aspek kajian yang meliputi: (1) ketuntasan belajar, (2) aktivitasguru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, (3) aktivitas siswa, dan (4) respon siswa terhadappembelajaran. Suatu pembelajaran dikatakan efektif apabila keempat hal ini terpenuhiatau paling sedikit tiga aspek terpenuhi dengan syarat aspek ketuntasan belajarterpenuhi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru menerapkan tutor sebayadalam pembelajaran PKn adalah baik dan efektif, aktivitas siswa dalam mengikutipembelajaran PKn dengan tutor sebaya adalah aktif dan efektif, hasil belajar siswamencapai ketuntasan belajar klasikal dengan persentase ketuntasan 85,71% dan terjadipeningkatan prestasi belajar siswa, dan respon siswa terhadap penerapan tutor sebayadalam pembelajaran PKn adalah positif dan efektif. Dengan demikian dapatdisimpulkan bahwa tutor sebaya efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran pendidikankewarganegaraan (PKn) di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sawang Kabupaten Aceh Selatan.Penerapan tutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaranpendidikan kewarganegaraan (PKn) di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sawang KabupatenAceh Selatan.</text>

                <text>Abstrak. Salah satu kegiatan pascapanen yang cukup menyita waktu adalah proses sortasi jeruk siam pontianak (Citrus nobilis var. microcarpa) di Kabupaten Sambas. Selama ini proses sortasi ditingkat petani masih dilakukan secara manual dimana tingkat keseragaman ukuran dan tingkat kematangan rendah, standar mutu berubah-ubah dan kapasitas penyortiran rendah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui penelitian ini dikembangkan rancang bangun mesin sortasi jeruk sistem rotasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan uji kinerja pada mesin sortasi jeruk sistem rotasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecepatan linier bidang sortasi, kemiringan bidang sortasi dan massa input buah pada mesin. Pengujian mesin dilakukan dengan 4 perlakuan kecepatan linier bidang sortasi (0,54 m/s, 0,70 m/s, 0,82 m/s dan 1,09 m/s), 3 perlakuan kemiringan bidang sortasi (10o, 20o, dan 30o) dan 3 perlakuan massa input buah jeruk (2 kg, 3 kg dan 4 kg). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa massa input buah jeruk dan kecepatan linier bidang sortasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja mesin sortasi ini, sedangkan kemiringan bidang sortasi berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan. Hasil uji kinerja terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan massa input 2 kg, kemiringan bidang sortasi 10o dan kecepatan linier bidang sortasi 1,09 m/s dengan nilai kapasitas penyortiran 1,84 kg/menit atau 110,4 kg/jam dan efisiensi penyortiran 68 %. Performance Testing of Citrus Sorting Machine with Rotation System to Sorting Pontianak Siam Citrus (Citrus nobilis var. microcarpa)Abstract. One of postharvest  activities that required much time are sorting in Sambas district. The sorting process is still done manually, where the level of uniformity of size and currently their maturity level are including the low of the quality standard fickle and sorting capacity. To overcome these problems, a study was developed to design citrus sorting machine with rotation system. This study aims to test the performance of the citrus sorting machine with rotation system and to determine the effect of linear velocity of sorting, incline angle and  the input mass of citrus. Performance testing was conducted  with 4 linear velocity sorting (0,54 m/s, 0,70 m/s, 0,82 m/s and 1,09 m/s), 3 incline angle (10o, 20o and 30o) and 3 input mass of citrus (2 kg, 3 kg and 4 kg). The test results showed that the input mass of citrus and linear velocity sorting have a significant influence on the performance of the sorting machine, while the incline angle has an effect but did not significantly. The best performance test results was obtained on 2 kg of mass, 10o of incline angle and 1,09 m/s linear velocity of sorting which resulted 1,84 kg/min or 110,4 kg/h of sorting capacity and 68 % of sorting efficiency.</text>

                <text>Analysis on Forward Speed of Tractor and The Spin of Cutter Knife on Ratoon Sugarcane Stubble ShaverABSTRACT. Cultivating ratoon sugarcane by using a stubble shaver conducted on sugarcane cultivation could save the cost of production. A good cultivation could be done by cutting the rest of the plant to the ground. The tool that commonly used was a hoe and a stubble shaver. Revitalization program that included the production of mechanical tools, in addition to providing lucrative benefits in the production business, on the other hand also had weaknesses in some aspects. To improve the quality and efficiency of the tool functions required the development and improvement tools. For example, the development and improvement efforts on tools sugarcane stubble shaver. Therefore, it still needed to conduct research on sugarcane stubble shaver machines to improve productivity especially in the cultivation of ratoon sugarcane stubble by improving the quality of results that would not break the ratoon sugarcane. The purpose of this study was to analyze the forward speed of the tractor and the blade rotation speed of ratoon sugarcane.</text>

While the short-term goal is to find information on average performance and predictive value of genetic parameters of agronomic traits Jatropha. This research was conducted at the experimental farm of agriculture faculty unsyiah which began in March 2013 to June 2013.This research used a randomized block design with 10 patterns of non-factorial treatment that G1, G2, G3 genotypes of Jatropha is derived from ecotype Tebingtinggi, G4, G5, G6 genotypes of Jatropha is derived from ecotype Dolok Merawan, G7, G8, G9, and G10 genotpes of Jatropha is derived from ecotypes Abdya with each henotype were repeated three replications in order to obtain 30 units of experimental units. The parameters measured were the growth of plant height, number of leaves, leaf lengt, leaf width, stem diameter, age 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 days after planting and crop canopy age 90 days after planting. The result of this research indicated that there is no significant effect between the appearance of the growth of Jatropha as a result of treatment of different genotypes. The coefficient of genetic diversity in Jatropha relatively low criterion, whereas in the broad sense heritability values belonging to the low and moderate criteria. Highly significant genetic correlations between character growth occurs in plant height and stem diameter age 90 days after planting with r = 0.82.
