The aim of this study is to describe a perception of the teaching staff of the histology laboratory of Medicine Faculty in Syiah Kuala University about the implementation of CBC in the histology laboratory. This study using a qualitative approach with semi-structured interview method. Amount of 13 interviews conducted on the teaching staff of the of the histology laboratory of Medicine Faculty UNSYIAH. The analysis is done using content analysis model of Miles and Huberman. Dalam pelaksanaan penjaminan bentuk surety bond ini, masih banyak terdapat kelemahan dan permasalahan. Belum adanya aturan yang secara rinci mengatur tentang surety bond, menjadi penyebab tidak jelasnya kedudukan dan bentuk tanggung gugat surety company dalam pelaksanaan surety bond, sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan dalam pelaksanaannya.Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk menjelaskan kedudukan dan bentuk tanggung gugat surety company terhadap obligee dalam surety bond dan untuk menjelaskan mekanisme penggantian kerugian oleh principal terhadap surety company dalam kedudukannya sebagai penjamin.Data dalam penulisan skripsi ini dikumpulkan melalui penelitian kepustakaan guna mendapatkan data sekunder, dimana data-data tersebut dipelajari dan dianalisis untuk menjawab permasalahan-permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat yuridis normatif dengan berlandaskan pada peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode pendekatan penelitian terhadap sistematik hukum.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kedudukan surety company dalam pelaksanaan surety bond tidak jelas, karena tanggung jawab yang ada pada surety company dalam pelaksanaan surety bond hanyalah sebatas untuk mewakili pihak principal untuk melakukan pembayaran klaim sementara, bukan untuk menanggung resiko atas wanprestasi yang dilakukan oleh principal, sehingga tidak sesuai dengan perjanjian penjaminan sebagaimana ditentukan dalam Pasal 1820 KUHPerdata sebagai pihak yang menanggung resiko atas suatu perjanjian penjaminan. Sedangkan mekanisme penggantian kerugian oleh principal terhadap surety company yaitu, dilakukan secara langsung, dilakukan melalui bantuan pihak ketiga, dilakukan eksekusi atas collateral dan penyelesaian secara hukum. Jalan Tengku Hasan Dibakoi merupakan jalan Kolektor dengan kelas jalan IIIA, jalan ini juga akses yang dapat digunakan untuk menuju PDAM Tirta Mountala. Banyaknya mobilitas kendaraan yang melewati jalan ini menyebabkan volume lalu lintas tinggi, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi pada badan jalan sebagai prasarana transportasi. Permasalahan itu dapat berupa kerusakan pada badan jalan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan kajian untuk mengevaluasi kerusakan jalan tersebut sehingga dapat ditentukan proses pemiliharan yang sesuai. Metode Bina Marga telah diaplikasikan pada penelitian ini untuk menentukan tingkat kerusakan jalan dan memilih metode yang cocok untuk menanganinya. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis kerusakan dan tingkat kerusakan yang terjadi pada badan jalan serta menentukan jenis pemeliharaan . Metode Bina Marga merupakan salah satu metode yang sering digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi jalan khususnya di Indonesia. Kajian tingkat kerusakan jalan telah dilakukan dengan membagi Jalan Tengku HasanDibakoi dengan panjang 3,228 km menjadi 6 segmen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa segmen 1 dan 4 merupakan bagian jalan yang mengalami tingkat kerusakan tertinggi dengan nilai UP (Urutan Prioritas) diantara 4 sampai 6 sehingga jenis penanganan yang dilakukan adalah pemeliharaan berkala. Sedangkan pada segmen 2, 3, 5 dan 6 didapat nilai UP >7 penanganan yang dapat dilakukan yaitu berupa pemeliharaan rutin. Walaupun kebijakan terkait penggunaan tembakau ada, namun kebiasaan tersebut tetap menjadi fenomena umum yang mudah ditemui dan diamati dilingkungan sekitar mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebiasaan merokok pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keperawatan Unsyiah Banda Aceh tahun 2014. Desain penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif korelatif dengan populasi 113 dan sampel 60 orang, menggunakan tenik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dengan metode angket. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan pengaruh peran orang tua terhadap kebiasaan merokok mahasiswa (p-value 0,001), hubungan pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap kebiasaan merokok mahasiswa (p-value 0,003), ada hubungan faktor kepribadian/pengetahuan terhadap kebiasaan merokok mahasiswa (p-value 0,005), dan ada hubungan pengaruh iklan terhadap kebiasaan merokok mahasiswa (p-value 0,025). From 119 questionnaires that have been distributed, there were 61 questionnaires returned and these were used as the research samples. This study was analyzed by using Friedman test to determinated the priority of discontinued audit procedures.     The result of this research indicates that there are priority sequence of discontinued audit prosedure in time pressure condition by governmental auditor in Banda Aceh.
