Formula vaksin yang dicobakan pada penelitian ini adalah monovalen dan polivalen. Tiga isolat virus HPAI subtipe H5N1 yang digunakan adalah Chicken/Denpasar/Unud-01/2004, Chicken/Klungkung/Unud-12/2006, dan Chicken/Jembrana/Unud-17/2006. Adjuvant yang digunakan yaitu Freund's complete dan incomplete adjuvant, aluminium hidroksida, dan immunostimulating complexs (Iscoms). Vaksin campuran (polivalen) dibuat dengan mencampur ketiga isolat dengan masing-masing adjuvant. Vaksin disuntikkan secara subkutan pada ayam layer jenis Isa Brown umur 3 minggu dan diulang pada umur ayam 5 minggu  masing-masing sebanyak 0,5 ml/ekor. Pengambilan serum untuk pengujian titer antibodi dilakukan setiap 1 minggu setelah vaksinasi. Pengujian antibodi poliklonal dilakukan dengan uji hambatan hemaglutinasi (HI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ayam percobaan yang divaksinasi dengan adjuvant aluminium hidroksida mempunyai GMT anti-H5 paling tinggi baik pada vaksin monvalen atau polivalen. Adjuvant aluminium hidroksida adalah adjuvant terbaik untuk pembentukan antibodi anti-AI subtipe H5N1 pada ayam. Penelitian ini bertujuan; 1) untuk mengetahuipower otot tungkai mahasiswa Program Studi Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah angkatan 2011; 2) untuk mengetahui renang gaya bebas mahasiswa Program Studi Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah angkatan 2011; 3) untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Hubungan power otot tungkai dengan kecepatan renang gaya bebas pada mahasiswa Program Studi Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah angkatan 2011. Populasi adalah seluruh mahasiswa Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah angkatan 2011 sebanyak 135 orang. Sedangkan pengambilan sampel di lakukan dengan cara Purposive Sampling atau sampel yang berrtujuan, sebanyak 20 orang mahasiswa Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah angkatan 2011. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pengukuran power otot tungkai dan tes kecepatan renang gaya bebas. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya di analisis dengan perhitungan korelasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata dari power otot tungkai adalah 2.50 berada pada kategori baik. Rata-rata dari kecepatan renang gaya bebas 20 meter adalah 13.46 berada pada kategori baik. Hasil perhitungan korelasi X dan kecepatan Y adalah sebanyak 0,57. Hasil pengujian hipotesis tersebut dapat diuraikan bahwa hasil diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 3.55 dan t-tabel pada taraf signifikansi 95% adalah 1.73 (t-hitung = 3.55> t-tabel = 1.73). Hipotesis yang diajukan diterima kebenarannya. Artinya terdapat hubungan antara power otot tungkai dan kecepatan renang gaya bebas pada mahasiswa Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah angkatan 2011. ? Pelaksanaan program pengembangan dikatakan berhasil apabila terjadi prosestranspormasi dalam diri peserta, dengan terbentuknya dua hal yaitu: a) peningkatankemampuan dalam melaksanakan tugas, b) perubahan perilaku yang tercermin padasikap, disiplin dan etos kerja. Tujuan akhir dari pengembangan adalah meningkatkanproduktivitas, loyalitas, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja yang baik dari setiappegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif,bertujuan untuk mengetahui program pengembangan staf administrasi, pelaksanaanprogram pengembangan staf administrasi, dan tindak lanjut hasil pengembangan stafadministrasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dandokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala, Kasubbag Tatausaha dan stafadministrasi pada Balai Bahasa Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan programpengembangan staf administrasi berupa pemberian izin melanjutkan pendidikan kejenjang yang lebih tinggi kepada semua staf administrasi, mengikut sertakan stafadministrasi untuk mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan, meningkatkan kinerja efektifdan efesien serta pelaksanaan seminar dan lokakarya tentang pengembangan stafadministrasi. Dalam pelaksanaan program pengembangan staf dengan izin belajar,tidak ada bimbingan ataupun arahan dari pimpinan sebelum melanjutkan pendidikan,tindak lanjut hasil pengembangan, para staf masih menduduki tempat semula tidakada promosi atau jabatan tertentu setelah selesai mengikuti program pengembangan.Kegiatan pengembangan sumber daya manusia kepada staf administrasi yangdilakukan kepala Balai Bahasa Banda Aceh sudah menuju kearah yang lebih baik,walaupun masih ada kekurangan dalam pelaksanaannya, maka kedepan perlu selaludilakukan perbaikan secara terus-menerus menuju kesempurnaan agar nantinya tujuanorganisasi dapat tercapai. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Staf dan Transformasi.ABSTRACTSubhan Development is an effort increasing technical, theoretical, conceptual technigue and staffs morality approppriate with the working need or positions through aneducacition and training. Development is a conscious, continous and serious effort inirepairing the weaknesses by searching the provision of knowledge, skills, andexperience so that inthe future the staffs are able to do a certain task in better waythan in previous time, in present and future for the personal, organisational nation andcountry improvement. The implementation of the development program can be saidto successsful if there is transpormasi at the participants, by formaing two things: a) arise of skill in doing the taks, b) behavior change reflected in behaviour, discipline,and work ethic. Final objective of development is to increase better productivity,loyalty, working satisfation and working motivation at of the staffs. This reserch useda qualitative approach with a descriptive method, which aimed to find out thedevelopment program of administrative staff, the implementation of administrativestaff development program, and further actions of administrative staff developmentresult. Data collection tehnigue was carried out through observation, interview, anddocumentation. The reserch subjects were the head of office, the head of subsectionadministration and administrative staff at the Language Center of Banda Aceh. Theresearch results showed that program of administrative staff development wasconducted through giving a permission for all administrative staff in continuingeducation at the higher level, asking the administrative staffs for participating ineducation and training, increasing the effective and efficient performance and seminarand workshop implementation about the development of administrative staff. In theimplementation of the staff development program through a program of permission tostudy, there was no a supervision or guidance from the leader before continuingeducation, further actions of the development result, the staffs were still placed atsimilar positions without certain promotion or position after participating thedevelopment program. The activity of human resource development counducted bythe head of the Language Center of Banda Aceh to the administrative staffs has beenheaded to the better direction although there are still weaknesses in its implementation, threfore, in the future, the program needs to be always conductedcontinously for its completeness so that the organisation?s objective can be achieved.
