Proses kampanye yang seperti ini diharapkan mampu menarik perhatian masyarakat pemilih. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan strategi caleg PNA dalam memanfaakan jejaring sosial untuk meningkatkan popularitasnya pada pemilu legislatif 2014 dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat popularitas caleg PNA di jejaring sosial pada pemilu legislatif 2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Studi lapangan untuk memperoleh data primer yaitu dengan wawancara. Sedangkan penelitian kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data sekunder berdasarkan buku-buku dan bacaan terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada dua strategi caleg PNA dalam memanfaatkan jejaring sosial untuk meningkatkan popularitasnya, yaitu dengan menampilkan keunggulannya dan selalu berinteraksi kepada pengguna jejaring sosial. Ada juga permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh caleg PNA yaitu adanya keterbatasan dana dan kurangnya pengalaman kerja dari setiap caleg PNA yang ikut berpartisipasi di pemilu legislatif 2014. Namun adanya simpati yang nyata dari masyarakat yang di akibatkan oleh konflik internal dari PA dan PNA yang dapat mempengaruhi proses pemilihan yang akan berlangsung. Disarankan kepada caleg PNA diharapkan mampu untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang ada pada dirinya, karena dalam hal ini masyarakat sangat mengetahui aktivitas-aktivitas setiap caleg yang ikut berpartisipasi di daerahnya. Banyak orangtua tidak mengenal istilah ini, namun sangat akrab dengan perilaku yang ditunjukkan anak saat mengalami temper tantrum seperti menangis keras-keras, berteriak, menjerit, memukul, menggigit, mencubit, menendang, serta melempar badan ke lantai. Orangtua perlu memiliki strategi yang tepat agar reaksi emosi anak tidak akan menyakiti diri sendiri dan orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi ibu mengatasi perilaku temper tantrum pada anak usia toddler di Rumah Susun Keudah Kota Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif eksplorasi dengan jumlah responden sebesar 31 orang menggunakan teknik total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara terpimpin. Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan data distribusi frekuensi strategi ibu sebelum temper tantrum berada pada kategori positif (61,3%), distribusi frekuensi strategi ibu saat temper tantrum berlangsung berada pada kategori positif (51,6%), distribusi frekuensi strategi ibu setelah tantrum berada pada kategori negatif (51,6%,). Secara umum distribusi strategi ibu mengatasi temper tantrum berada pada kategori positif (51,6%). This study aimed to describe the strategies of principal from the planning, implementation, supervision, and obstacles in improving education quality. To achieve the goal, this study used qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collection through observation, interview, and documentation study. Data analysis procedure were data reduction, data display, and data verification. Subjects of this study were principal, vice principal, and teachers. The results of the study showed that (1) The strategies of principal in improving learning effectiveness conducted by teachers with the suggestion that teachers’ discipline should be improved and teachers should prepare lesson plan, (2) The strategies of principal in improving teacher potential by conducting various trainings and technical guidance, and teacher have to equip themselves with quality reading, (3) There was no obstacle in the condition of school staff/personnel and teachers but there were obstacles in facility and infrastructure especially the classrooms condition which were inadequate, the school did not have multipurpose building, and the school environment condition was plagued by inconvenient vehicles and public transportations. Keywords: Strategies of Principal and Education Quality. Abstrak: : Strategi kepala madrasah merupakan faktor yang penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan peningkatan mutu dimadrasah. The study was a descriptive qualitative study.  The data were collected through observation, interview, and documents. The subjects of the study were the headmaster and the teachers.The results of the study showed that (1) the headmaster has formulated several ways to increase teachers’ performances : conducting academic supervision activities,assigning teachers to seminars and workshops,  assigning teachers to join to KKG and MGMP activities  at gugus (group of schools in a district). (2) The academic supervision was conducted through direct supervision in the classroom and provided help when needed. Next, the headmaster motivated and obligated teachers to  join to KKG and MGMP activities. The implementation of character education is a strategy to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by the principal in the implementation of character education in state Senior High School 1 of Julok. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Subjects of this study were principal, vice principal, board of teachers and the committee at Senior High School 1 of Julok. The result showed that the principal has also prepared a program to implement character education. The implementation of character education improvement program requires each subject to make learning material according to the latest curriculum ang adjust textbooks of study field. The abstacles faced by the principal in implementing the character education were as follows: teachers still used the old teaching methods, tools and media, and the teacher did not dare to express desires and weaknesses in learning.
