Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan outsourcing PT.PLN (Persero) Wilayah Aceh dan Cabang Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 89 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Sebanyak 89 kuisioner disebarkan dan hanya 75 kuisioner yang dapat terkumpulkan. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan keberadaan benteng Kuta Lubok yang terkubur di dalam tanah berdasarkan pencitraan gelombang elektromagnetik berfrekuensi tinggi. Pada penelitian ini digunakan instrumen GPR yang diproduksi oleh Ingegneria Dei System S.P,A Radar For Soil Investigation (IDS RIS) frekuensi tunggal (80 MHz). Pengukuran GPR dibuat 12 lintasan; Lintasan 1 sampai 10 berarah dari Selatan ke Utara dengan panjang lintasan bervariasi antara 65 sampai 30 meter. Lintasan 11 dan 12 diukur dari arah Barat ke Timur dengan panjang lintasan masing-masing 105 meter. Setelah dilakukan process move start time, background removal, vertical bandpass filter(td), linear Gain, smooth Gain pada data lapangan didapat 2 tampilan reflektor paling dominan pada setiap lintasan, yaitu reflektor datar dan reflektor miring. Reflektor datar diduga sebagai kontruksi badan jalan di tengah benteng sedangkan reflektor miring diduga sebagai bedrock. Kata Kunci: Ground Penetrating Radar, geofisika arkeologi, reflektor, metode elektromagnetik.ABSTRACTGround Penetrating Radar (GPR) measurement has been conducted at archeological site of Kuta Lubok in Lamreh village, District of Aceh Besar. This research is aimed to reconstruct part of Kuta Lubok fort that had been buried. GPR instrument with single frequency of 80 MHz produced by Ingeneria Dei System (IDS) was used for the measurement. GPR data were collected in 12 profiles. Profiles 1 to 10 were measured from South to North direction. Lengths of the profiles vary from 30 to 65 meters and distance between the profiles is 10 meters. Profiles 11 and 12 were directed from West to East with 105 meters distances. We have done move start time, background removal, vertical band-pass filter, linear gain, and smooth gain processes to the raw data. After the processes, two reflectors (i.e. flat and tilt) are dominantly found in each profile. The flat reflector inside the fort is predicted as ex road construction and the tilted reflector is predicted depth of bedrock in the area. Dalam penelitian ini ikan dalam keadaan hidup dimatikan dengan menggunakan es curah kemudian disimpan di dalam Freezer selama 10, 12 dan 14 hari pada suhu beku. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap kadar formaldehid yang terbentuk dengan cara Spike dan Non-spike, serta uji statistik untuk mengetahui terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan atau tidak antara variasi waktu penyimpanan. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa formaldehid sudah terdeteksi pada hari ke 10 sebesar 55 ppm untuk sampel Non-spike dan 80,1 ppm untuk sampel Spike, selanjutnya mengalami peningkatan kadar formaldehid sampai akhir penyimpanan. Berdasarkan uji statistik kedua sampel menyatakan angka z output > z tabel, maka H1 diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat perbedaan nyata kadar formaldehid antara waktu penyimpanan 10, 12 dan 14 hari.Kata kunci : Formaldehid, Ephinephelus Fuscoguttatus, Uji statistikABSTRACTDetermination of formaldehyde study of grouper (Ephinephelus fuscoguttatus) has been conducted to determine the concentration of formaldehyde that is formed fish during frozen storage. In this study fresh fish turned off by using the bulk ice and then stored in the freezer for 10, 12 and 14 days. Observations were made of the levels of formaldehyde that is formed by Spike and the Non-Spike, as well as statistical tests to determine significant differences between time storage above. The results showed that formaldehyde is detected at day 10 that was 55 ppm and 80.1 ppm for Non-Spike and Spike samples respectively. Next that was found increasing of formaldehyde until the end of storage. Pendekatan induktif adalah suatu cara mengajar yang penyajian topik atau materi dikembangkan berdasarkan pemikiran induktif, yaitu berjalan dari yang khusus ke umum dan dari contoh-contoh menuju ke umum. Pembelajaran dengan melibatkan pola pikir induktif efektif untuk mengajarkan suatu konsep matematika, dan memberi peluang kepada siswa untuk memahami konsep atau memperoleh generalisasi dengan cara yang lebih bermakna. Pemahaman konsep dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan tersebut, maka penulis melakukan penelitian terhadap siswa kelas VIII MTsN Rukoh dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran induktif pada materi bangun ruang prisma dan limas. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran induktif mencapai tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa pada materi bangun ruang prisma dan limas di kelas VIII MTsN Rukoh. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes hasil belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTsN Rukoh tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Sedangkan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VIII MTsN Rukoh yang terdiri dari 30 siswa. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan uji-t satu pihak yaitu pihak kanan. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapat t_hitung=3,13, pada taraf signifikan ?=0,05 nilai t_tabel=1,70. Dengan demikian nilai t_hitung>t_tabel, maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.
