Proses perancangan ini diawali dengan pendekatan studi lapangan dengan melihat kondisi fisik dari lokasi perancangan, studi literatur dan studi banding dari berbagai sumber mengenai objek sejenis yang berhubungan dengan Sportainment and Mall di Banda Aceh dan di luar Banda Aceh. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu mengidentifikasi masalah yang timbul dalam perancangan dengan pertimbangan kondisi tapak, peraturan pemerintah setempat, dan kriteria perancangan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian tentang tanah untuk mengetahui sifat-sifatnya dengan teliti sehingga dapat menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan konstruksi sehingga menjamin stabilitas suatu konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan abu sekam padi yang digunakan sebagai bahan stabilisasi terhadap nilai CBR (California Bearing Ratio) tanah lempung. Tanah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari Desa Cot Bagi Kecamatan Blang Bintang. Serbuk yang digunakan berupa abu sekam padi yang diperoleh dari Desa Tungkop Aceh Besar. Tanah tersebut menurut klasifikasi AASHTO tergolong jenis tanah berlempung dengan symbol kelompok A-7-6 (39). Menurut USCS termasuk golongan tanah lempung organic dengan plastisitas sedang sampai tinggi yang disimbolkan CH (Clay High) dengan indeks plastisnya adalah 41,51%. Persentase penambahan abu sekam padi yaitu 0%, 3%, 6% dan 9% terhadap berat kering tanah. Hasil pengujian proctor tanpa campuran didapat nilai OMC (Optimum Moisture Content) 21,93% dengan berat isi kering (?d) 1,44 gr/cm3. Hasil pengujian CBR memperlihatkan bahwa nilai maksimum CBR yang terbaik yaitu pada persentase campuran 6% sebesar 14,60%. CBR value of this soil is very weak  that is 1,29%. In the original condition, this soil isn’t appropriate because not specified for subgrade of construction road. This Soft Clay soil is stabilizied with portland cement  in  content 3% until to 15% of dry weight of soil with interval each 3%. The strength value of soil that mentioned is California Bearing Ratio (CBR), whereas main phisical properties is anlyzed about changed plastisity index of soil stabilization. The result of this research indicate that soft clay soil at 6% cement stabilization can be used as material of construction road  for subgrade and subbase as spesified by AASHTO and Bina Marga determination. In fact that at mixed cement 12 %, the soil-cement stabilization can be appropriate for base coure of construction road.Keywords : stabilization, soft clay, CBR Abstrak: Penelitian ini menelaah sejauh mana tanah lempung lunak dapat dimanfaatkan untuk material jalan raya. Tanah yang dijadikan bahan penelitian adalah jenis tanah lunah yang menurut sistem klasifikasi USCS tergolong tanah lempung  CL  dengan plastisitas sedang dan menurut sistem AASHTO termasuk A-7-6. Nilai CBR tanah asli ini sangat lemah yaitu terukur 1,29% yang artinya tidak memenuhi persyaratan untuk sugrade jalan. Tanah tersebut kemudian distabilisasi dengan semen portland pada kadar 3% sampai 15% terhadap berat kering tanah dengan interval semen setiap 3%. Nilai kekuatan yang diukur adalah CBR, sedangkan sifat fisis utama yang ditelaah adalah perubahan sifat plstisitas tanah hasil stabilisasi. Rimbun Cooperative is a business unit operating a chocolate factory producing several chocolate products such as cocoa fat, cocoa powder, 3 in 1 instant drinks (sachets), and chocolate bars. This research aims to measure standard times of operators in all working stations of the chocolate factory. These standards comprised the standards in roasting, peeling, pasting, pressing, powdering, powder sieving, powder mixing, dough mixing, refining, and chonching working stations. The data were directly collected using Time Study method with Stop Watch. The samples were randomly selected with five (5) repetitions; and the standard times were measured using Westinghouse Method to quantify performance and allowance factors. The result shows that standard times of operators in each working station are as follows: roasting (36 minutes), peeling (193 minutes), pasting (276 minutes), pressing (78 minutes), powdering (17 minutes), powder sieving (14 minutes), powder mixing (36 minutes), dough mixing (17 minutes), refining (30 minutes), and chonching (30 minutes). In peeling, pasting, powdering, powder sieving working stations, standard times of operators cannot be separated with working times of machines because the operators are required to run the machines (sequence). In general, standard times of operators, after calculation, are larger than direct records because during the working times, operators would not or could not use allowance factors for personal uses, such as for going to bathroom, drinking, and socializing with their colleagues as means to reduce stress or boredom.
