The aim of the research was to study the role of       B. japonicum induced by genistein on soybean production. The experiment  used Randomized Complete Block Design Factorial with three factors. The first factor was genistein treatments consisted of without and with genistein. The second factor  was B. japonicum consisted of  without B. japonicum, B. japonicum isolate 1, B. japonicum isolate 2 and B. japonicum isolate 3.  The third factor  was soil water content condition namely 40%, 60% and 80% of field capacity.  The parameters observed were plant growth rate, relative growth rate, nett assimilation rate, dry weight/plant and dry weight of 100 seeds.  The result research showed that the treatment of interaction between B. japonicum induced  genistein under 80% of field capacity gave the higher plant growth rate, plant growth rate, relative growth rate, nett assimilation rate and dry weight of 100 seeds. Peran data spasial sangat dibutuhkan untuk menunjang kelancaran komunikasi data melalui BTS agar lebih optimal. Dengan adanya data spasial, maka pengembangan jaringan selular seperti pembangunan BTS baru dapat terpantau. Penelitian ini dilakukan agar mempermudah pengelola untuk mencari jarak sebaran BTS. Hasil dari pencarian jarak tersebut digunakan untuk melakukan pengelompokan posisi BTS. Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan metode yang sesuai digunakan untuk menganalisa pencarian jarak terdekat serta pengelompokan. SIG dapat membantu menganalisa pencarian jarak terdekat dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas network analyst. Network analyst memanfaatkan data jaringan jalan untuk menemukan jarak terdekat dari tempat pengelola keseluruh BTS di Banda Aceh dengan menggunakan tools closest facility, serta menganalisa pengelompokan pengelola berdasarkan hasil nilai rata-rata jarak BTS dengan menggunakan metode buffer. Infrastruktur sekitar BTS banyak terdapat rumah penduduk, mesjid, pertokoan dan lain-lain. Jarak tempuh kedua tim dari tempat pengelola menuju seluruh BTS mempunyai nilai rata-rata 6,2 kilometer. Each of activity for data exchange such as web browsing and others can not be separated from the use of BTS. The role of spatial data is very needed to support data communication through BTS in order to be more optimal. With the spatial data, then the development of cellular networks such as the construction of new BTS can be monitored. This research aims to ease manager to look for distance of BTS distribution. The result of that is used to group BTS position. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is an appropriate method to be used to analyze the nearest distance search and grouping. GIS can it by utilizing network analyst facility. Network analyst use network data path to find out the nearest distance from manager location to all of BTS in Banda Aceh by using tools closest facility, and to analyze manager grouping based on the mean value BTS distance by using buffer method. Infrastructure around this BTS there are a lot of houses, mosques, shops and others. The mileage of both team from manager location towards whole of BTS has an mean value 6,2 kilometers. In this paper the spatio-temporal pattern of wolf spiders (Lycosidae) in oil palm plantation was studied. It was conducted at Yayasan Pahang Oil Palm Plantation, Endau Rompin, Pahang, Peninsular Malaysia which were managed by the Yayasan Pahang Plantation Sdn. Bhd in two selected blocks (B36 and B37) for one plot each. Samplings were made from May 2010 to April 2011 usingpitfall trap method and operated at different temporal spans. This was to compare the variations in spatialtemporal pattern at different plots and times. Pitfall traps were arranged in grid 10 x 5 for each plot and the pitfall were flushed into the ground. This sampling method was effective for ground-dwelling arthropods besides it was low cost methods and continuous sampling effort (active during day and night). The samples were preserved into 70% ethyl alcohol and 30% of glycerol. A total of 272 individuals of Lycosidae were collected during the study periods. Spatial pattern of Lycosidae were analysed using SADIE while the maps for the distribution were generated using SURFER. The environmental factors such as soil properties, climatic conditions, prey predator interactions and management practices for the plantations might be affecting the population and distribution for Lycosidae which were needed further investigation. Reproductive biology data is one of the important information to strategise conservation plan. This paper reported the spawning ground of the depik, hence this paper is contributing the additional importance information on the reproductive biology of R. in relation to provide comprehensive our understanding on the reproductive biology of this species. The study was conducted during July to November 2009 in Lake Laut Tawar. A total of 13 spawning grounds were detected in the study where the locations are distributed in five villages namely, five locations in Mendale, two locations in Kelitu,   two locations in Gegarang, three locations in Bewang dan one location in Pedemon. However, only four sites remained active in the dry season i.e. two sites in Kelitu and two sites in Gegarang villages.
