Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Dari 120 kuisioner yang disebarkan, hanya 108 kuisioner yang dapat dianalisis. Purposive Sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Teknik ini menempatkan kriteria khusus dalam pengambilan sampel. Metode analisis Regresi Berganda digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Orientasi Belanja, Kepercayaan Online dan Pengalaman Pembelian Sebelumnya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Pelanggan Secara Online. The Methods of This study used a questionnaire as a research instrument. As much Of the 120 questionnaires distributed, only 108 questionnaires can be analyzed. Purposive sampling was used as the sampling technique in this research. This technique puts the specific criteria in the sampling. Multiple regression analysis method is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. Pelaksanaan diet yang teratur dapat menormalkan hipertensi, yaitu dengan mengurangi makanan dengan tinggi garam, makanan yang berlemak, mengkonsumsi makanan yang tinggi serat dan melakukan aktivitas olahraga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan terhadap tugas kesehatan keluarga mengenal diet hipertensi pada lansia. Menggunakan desain quasy experiment, dengan rancangan pre test and post-test desain. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara proportional dengan jumlah 34 responden kelompok intervensi dan 34 responden kelompok non intervensi. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 Juli s/d 23 Agustus 2014 di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Blang Mangat Kota Lhokseumawe. Terlihat ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok yang mendapatkan intervensi dengan kelompok yang tidak mendapatkan intervensi diet hipertensi (P = 0.000). Diharapkan kepada keluarga dengan lansia penderita hipertensi lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang diet hipertensi sehingga dapat mempertahankan tekanan darah secara mandiri dan benar.Kata kunci: penyuluhan, diet hipertensi, keluarga, lansia.
