The aimed of this experiment to study the supplementation of urea molasses block for performance increased of ettawah crossbred goats fed diet containing Gliricidia spium green forage has been conducted at Tabanan regency and Animal Nutrition Laboratory. The Latin Square Design which four treatments and four replicates was used in this experiment. The four treatments were the levels of urea molasses block : 0, 50, 100 and 150g respectively. The animal access to ad libitum Gliricidia spium green forage and drink water. The animal fed twice a day urea molasses block at the morning and at the afternoon. The variables which were observed including feed consumption, nutrient digestibility, body weight gain and feed conversion ratio. The result of this experiment showed dry matter feed consumption, drink water, nutrient digestibility of the four treatments is not significantly different (P >0.05). The body weight gain at treatment C was significantly higher (P <0.05), but feed conversion ratio (FCR) was significantly lower (P <0.05) than treatments A, B and D. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan awal dan kemampuan numerik siswa terhadap hasil belajar pada materi penentuan perubahan entalpi dan Hukum Hess di kelas XI SMAN 1 Banda Aceh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI-MIA SMAN 1 Banda Aceh tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 136 siswa. Sampel penelitian yang terpilih menggunakan teknik random sampling adalah siswa kelas XI-MIA 2 yang berjumlah 35 siswa: 12 laki-laki dan 23 perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui soal tes pilihan ganda dan uraian. Sebelum digunakan, soal terlebih dahulu divalidasi secara kualitatif oleh dua orang dosen Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala, kemudian diuji secara kuantitatif meliputi validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, dan daya pembeda kepada 28 siswa. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah ?= 4,37 + 0,27X1 + 0,66X2. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan terdapat korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara: (1) kemampuan awal dan hasil belajar siswa (ry1.2=0,51 dan t=3,35 ? t0,05(2)(32)=2,042), (2) kemampuan numerik dan hasil belajar siswa (ry2.1=0,76 dan t=6,61 ? t0,05(2)(32)=2,042), (3) kemampuan awal dan kemampuan numerik terhadap hasil belajar (RY.12=0,83 dan F=34,75 ? F0,05(2)(32)=3,32). Kemampuan awal memberikan kontribusi sebesar 27,03% dan kemampuan numerik sebesar 58,39% terhadap hasil belajar siswa.
