Indonesia termasuk kedalam sepuluh negara dengan jumlah kasus TB terbesar di dunia. Peningkatan kasus ini disebabkan oleh daya tahan tubuh, status gizi dan kebersihan diri individu yang rendah serta kepadatan lingkungan tempat tinggal. Pemetaan daerah penderita penyakit TB sangatlah penting dan menjadi salah satu cara mempercepat pengambilan tindakan untuk wilayah dengan kasus yang tinggi serta mempermudah pengumpulan informasi mengenai perkembangan kasus TB. Pendataan kasus TB dan pengelolaan data kasus perkembangan penyakit TB di wilayah kota Banda Aceh masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak tersusun dengan rapi. Mengacu pada permasalahan tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi geografis berbasis web terhadap perkembangan kasus penderita TB di wilayah kota Banda Aceh dengan mengintegrasikan paket program MapServer, PHP, Javascript dan MapFish client. Sistem pada penelitian ini dibangun melalui tahapan seperti pengumpulan data, pemasukan data spasial dan nonspasial ke database, Create View, konfigurasi peta pada QGIS (Quantum GIS), ekspor ke Mapfile, konfigurasi template MapFish (sisi pengguna), serta melakukan pengujian terhadap sistem yang telah dibangun. Pada sistem yang telah dibangun ini data kasus tersebut dapat dikelola berdasarkan puskesmas, desa dan tahun dan tersusun rapi didalam database. Pengujian kelayakan sistem menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan jumlah responden sebesar 30 responden. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan metode SUS, sistem informasi geografis persebaran penyakit TB berbasis web mendapatkan nilai usability 84.25% dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini baik dan layak digunakan. The aim of this study is to understand the supply chain and economic value added of supply of organic coffee involving various agencies. Research has been done with a combination of surveys and focus group discussions at two points of organic coffee production centers. Results showed that supply network of raw material in Cooperative Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQ) came from collectors contracted by the principle of partnership. Those collectors received raw materials from farmers in each cluster and they were supervised by KBQ. The supply networks of coffee in KBQ consisted of two types of channels: (a) domestic channel and (b) export channels. In the domestic channels, coffees were auctioned by inviting local buyers. Economic value added obtained by KBQ was much larger than the collectors. This is due to the more complex of roles undertaken by KBQ. Hence to increase collector and farmers' incomes, the more complex roles should be applied. Fishery potency observation requires a vehicle to bring the observations and data collection equipments to the seabed by  an electric-powered underwater vehicle or AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vehicle). AUV is a kind of underwater vehicle that has an ability to bring underwater observation’s instrument. The operation of these vehicles is wireless and autonomous. It is able to move to specific locations in accordance with trajectory in the programmable microcontroller and the GPS sensors. The aim this research is to design a control system for underwater survey that can make a communication  to control center on the beach by sending and receiving SMS thru GSM network. This AUV communication systems to explore coastal area, moving from one point of observation to the next observation point (point to point) in accordance with the latitude and longitude  that is programmed and customized using GIS MapQuest software, and also trajectory correction control system by using GPS. In this paper, we described control systems and data communication for navigating auv based on GPS, GSM and GIS technology.
