Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi penyimpangan alokasi ruang RTRW Kabupaten Aceh Barat tahun 2012-2031 terhadap kawasan hutan Kabupaten Aceh Barat yang ditetapkan dalam SK Menhutbun No. 170/Kpts- II/2000 seluas 6.663,45 ha (2,41%). Penggunaan lahan eksisting Kabupaten Aceh Barat tahun 2012 juga menunjukkan terjadi penyimpangan terhadap alokasi ruang RTRW Kabupaten Aceh Barat tahun 2012-2031 yaitu seluas 25.319,21 ha (9,16%). Secara umum faktor penyebab terjadinya penyimpangan penggunaan lahan adalah pemekaran kabupaten/kota, pengembangan infrastruktur wilayah, pengembangan usaha perkebunan dan pertambangan. Penyimpangan penggunaan lahan tersebut berdampak kepada semakin luasnya deforestasi, meningkatnya koefisien limpasan dan frekuensi banjir.Deviation of Land Use Based on Spatial Planning of West Aceh DistrictAbstract. This study aimed to: (1) evaluate the suitability of spatial allocation of space in West Aceh district from 2012 to 2031 with the allocation of forest establishment of West Aceh by Decree of Menhutbun No. 170/Kpts-II/2000, (2) evaluate the deviation of the existing land use of West Aceh district in 2012 with the Spatial West Aceh district of 2012-2031, and (3) discuss generally the cause of the deviation and the impact of land use. This study was conducted from March 2012 to February 2013 in the West Aceh district, and at the Laboratory of Remote Sensing and Cartography, Faculty of Agriculture, Kuala University. This research used descriptive method by collecting a variety of secondary and primary data necessary, analysis of overlap maps and ground check for evaluating the current land use. The results showed deviations spatial space allocation of West Aceh District of 2012-2031 to West Aceh forests set out by Decree of Menhutbun No.170/Kpts-II/2000 was 6,663.45 Ha (2.41%). Furthermore, the deviation of existing land use of West Aceh district in 2012 to the spatial allocation of the West Aceh district of 2012-2031 was 25,319.21 Ha (9.16%). Model simulasi penanganan pascapanen sekunder (teknologi pengolahan) nanas (selai, dodol dan manisan) merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menginformasikan kepada pihak yang terkait agar dapat memperoleh informasi tingkat keuntungan (pendapatan) yang lebih besar, jika dibandingkan dengan menjual langsung dalam bentuk buah segar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan informasi kelayakan penanganan pascapanen sekunder (teknologi pengolahan); mensimulasi tingkat keuntungan yang diperoleh petani nanas melalui produk olahan; serta memprediksi tingkat keuntungan petani nanas selama 8 tahun ke depan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Powersim untuk melihat kelayakan penanganan pasca panen sekunder (teknologi Pengolahan) nanas berdasarkan analisis teknis dan ekonomi. Pada tahun 2008 petani nanas mendapatkan penerimaan dari manisan nanas sebesar Rp 5.072.874,60, penerimaan dari selai nanas sebesar Rp 4.191.896, 60, dan  penerimaan dari dodol nanas sebesar Rp 26.664.472,00. Jika diasumsikan harga jual produk olahan nanas tetap maka pada tahun 2020 penerimaan petani dari penjualan manisan nanas bisa mencapai Rp 30.998.132,90, penerimaan dari selai nanas bisa mencapai Rp 25.586.879,80, dan  penerimaan dari dodol nanas bisa mencapai Rp 135.572.561,00. Total keuntungan petani nanas dari penerimaan hasil penjualan produk olahan nanas yang berupa manisan, selai dan dodol di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah mencapai Rp 35.929.243,20 pada tahun 2008. Pineapple (Ananas comosus Merr) has a growing agribusiness prospects in terms of  fresh fruit and processed materials. Simulation model of secondary postharvest handling (processing technology) of  pineapple (jam, candy, and dodol) is an effort informing the relevant parties in order to obtain information rate of profit (income) greater compared with direct selling in the form of fresh fruit. The purpose of this study was to get some information of an eligibility secondary postharvest handling (processing technology); to simulate the level of benefits pineapple growers through refined products, as well as to predict the pineapple farmer returns for 8 years.  Data processing was performed using software Powersim to measure the feasibility of secondary post-harvest handling (processing technology) pineapple based on the technical and economic analysis. In 2008, farmers obtain an acceptance of dodol pineapple Rp 5,072,874.60 pineapple, pineapple jam acceptance of Rp 4,191,896, 60, and acceptance of candy pineapple Rp 26,664,472.00. Hash penelitian menunjukkan (1) Hampir semua guru telah memanfaatkan media pembelajaran untuk menyampaikan materi pembelajaran secara efektif dan efisien kepada siswa di dalam kelas, (2) Media yang sering digunakan adalah media gambar, visual, dan peta konsep untuk menyampaikan materi pelajaran kepada siswa di dalam kelas, dan (3) Siswa lebih menyenangi media visual, gambar, dan peta konsep. berdasarkan temuan dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat disarankan beberapa hal sebagai berikut: (1) Kepada pihak sekolah dan instansi terkait lainnya diharapkan agar dapat menyediakan media pembelajaran secara lengkap agar guru dapat memanfaatkannya dalam proses belajar mengajar dan (2) Kepada guru diharapkan lebih kreatif membuat media pembelajaran sendiri apabila sekolah tidak menyediakan media pembelajaran yang lebih memadai agar proses belajar mengajar dapat berlangsung lebih efektif dan efisien, sehingga dapat meningkatkan aktifitas dan partisipasi siswa dalam belajar. Drying is one of the most important process in producing a good quality of rosella tea. The study was aimed to evaluate the drying efficiency of rosella tea by using a cabinet dryer. The source of energy for the dryer was from the burning of charcoal. The charcoal was prepared from the coconut shell since it was abundant biomass product. About 7.5 kg of fresh rosella flower was dried for 17 hours. The total of charcoal consumed was 17 kg. The moisture content of rosella flower was reduced from 90 to 12 %. The analysis showed that the total of energy produced from the burning of 17 kg charcoal was 309.4 MJ, whilst the total energy needed to dry the flower was 15,72 MJ. Therefore, the drying efficiency was still low about 4.58%. Rumusan masalah : (1) Bagaimana kretifitas guru menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan aktifitas dan motivasi belajar siswa, (2) Apa kendala guru dalam menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan aktifitas dan motivasi belajar siswa, (3) Apa upaya guru mengatasi kendala menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan aktifitas dan motivasi belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian : (1) Mengetahui kreatifitas guru menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan aktifitas dan motivasi belajar siswa, (2) Mengetahui kendala guru dalam menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan aktifitas dan motivasi belajar siswa, dan (3) Mengetahui upaya guru menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan aktifitas dan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Model Meulaboh 1. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Meulaboh 1 yang berjumlah 4 orang. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini digunakan instrument wawancara, dan setelah data terkumpul melalui wawancara langsung dengan informan, selanjutnya data dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian : (1) Ada kretifitas guru dalam menggunakan metode dan media dalam proses pembelajaran, (2) Ada kendala dalam penggunaan metode dan media dalam proses pembelajaran, dan (3) Ada upaya guru mengatasi kendala penggunaan metode dan media pembelajaran. Kesimpulan : (1) Guru selalu kreatif dalam menggunakan metode dan media dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) untuk mengoptimalkan kegiatan belajar mengajarnya, (2) Guru ada menghadapi kendala dalam menggunakan metide dan media dalam proses pembelajaran baik yang berupa internal maupun eksternal, akan tetapi pada umumnya kendala tersebut bersifat eksternal seperti keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana penunjang proses pembelajaran, dan (3) Guru selalu berusaha mengatasi kendala penggunaan metode dan media pembelajaran tersebut dengan mengikuti berbagai pelatihan dan saling bekerjasama dengan guru-guru lainnya. Saran : (1) Kepada pihak sekolah dan instansi terkait lainnya diharapkan agar dapat melengkapi sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar yang lebih efektif dan (2) Kepada guru diharapkan agar dapat lebih kreatif dalam menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran, sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan aktifitas belajar siswa. Penelitian dengan metode survei, dari hasil penelitian diperoleh beban kerja objektif pekerja 1  dengan denyut nadi per menit pada pembajakan sawah datar, saat memindahkan traktor tangan dari sawah satu ke sawah yang lain dan miring masing-masing yaitu 111/menit, 123/menit dan 125/menit serta pekerja 2 dengan denyut nadi per menit pada pembajakan yang sama yaitu 114/menit, 120/menit dan 120/menit. Beban kerja subjektif pekerja 1 dengan keluhan sistem muskuloskeletal pada pembajakan sawah datar dari agak sakit 50% dan sakit 28,57%, pada saat memindahkan traktor tangan dari sawah satu ke sawah yang lain dengan prosen keluhan agak sakit5 3,57%, sakit 32,14% dan sakit 3,57%, dan pada sawah miring  dengan prosen keluhan agak sakit 60,71% dan sakit 50% serta pekerja pada pembajakan yang sama mempunyai keluhan muskoluskeletal masing-masing yaitu agak sakit 10,71% , 21,43%  dan agak sakit 25%. This research was conducted by survey method. The results showed that operator’s objective load of operator 1 showed heartbeat per minutes when he plough flat and sloping land, when he moved his hand tractor from one part to other  fields were 111 heartbeats/minute, 123 heartbeat/minute and 125 heartbeat per minute respectively. Operator 2 working in the same works include 114 heartbeats/minute, 120 heartbeats/minute and 120 heartbeats/minute. Operator’s subjective load on operator 1 showed musculoskeletal system lamentation  on flat land  plough that were 50% less painful, and 28,57% painful when he moved the hand tractor on with percentage of lamentation were 53.57% less painful, 32.14 painful, and 3.57% very painful. On the other hand, he showed the percentage of lamentation on slopping land were 60.71 less painful, 50% painful. The research also found that the operators showed musculoskeletal system lamentation, that were 10.71% less painful and 21,43% painful and 25% very painful. Operator’s productivity of operator 1 and 2 per day was 0,11 hectare with income Rp. 188.100 and on 0,16 hectare, it generated income as high as Rp. 289,620.
