Seleksi ketahanan beberapa genotype padi terhadap penyakit hawar daun bakteri (Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae), dibawah bimbingan Bakhtiar sebagai pembimbing ketua dan Lukman Hakim sebagai pembimbing anggota.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan genotipe padi yang tahan terhadap penyakit hawar daun bakteri (HDB). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di rumah plastic Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh, mulai bulan Februari 2014 sampai Januari 2015. Inokulum daun padi yang terinfeksi HDB dikumpulkan dari Gampong Blang Kecamatan Blang Bintang Kabupaten Aceh Besar, pada musim tanam 2013/2014. Semua bahan tanam (71 genotipe), masing-masing terdiri atas 5 tanaman dalam 1 ulangan dan diulang 3 kali. Penanaman dilakukan dalam bak plastic dan ditempatkan dalam rumah plastic Fakultas Pertanian Unsyiah Banda Aceh. Inokulasi bakteri dilakukan dengan cara pengguntingan daun padi untuk pelukaan sebagai jalan masuk bagi infeksi bakteri pada saat tanaman berumur 42 hari setelah tanam (HST). Pengamatan percobaan 1 dilakukan terhadap periode inkubasi dan panjang lesio. Percobaan 2 dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi reaksi ketahanan terhadap bakteri Xoo. Varietas yang tahan terhadap HDB pada fase vegetatif ditanam kembali dalam pot dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non factorial dengan 3 ulangan. Adapun peubah-peubah yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman dan jumlah anakan umur 15, 30, 45 dan 60 HST, umur berbunga, tinggi tanaman saat panen, jumlah anakan produktif, umur panen, panjang malai, jumlah biji per malai, presentase gabah bernas, presentase gabah hampa, bobot 1000 butir gabah dan berat biji per pot.Percobaan 1. Uji hipersensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa gejala penyakit (nekrosis) terlihat jelas akibat terinfeksi bakteri Xoo yang diamati 48 jam setelah penyuntikan. Masa inkubasi paling lama dijumpai pada IR-BB27, Limboto, Inpari 10, Situ Patenggang, Sirendeh Semantuk Wayla, Tamboen, Sepasie, Bontok dan Arias. Genotipe yang menunjukkan reaksi tahan terhadap HDB dengan tingkat keparahan penyakit berdasarkan panjang lesio adalah IR-BB27, Inpari 1, Limboto, Tuwoti, Inpari 10, Lekat Rambot Linuet, Rom Mokot, Paki Gajah, Tamboen, Bo 100, Sipasie, Bo Minyek, Bontok, Sirendeh Semantuk Wayla dan Sambei.Percobaan 2. Berdasarkan seleksi terhadap 7 genotipe yang menunjukkan reaksi tahan pada fase vegetatif yaitu genotipe Rom Mokot, Situ Bagendit, Tamboen, Towuti dan IR-BB27. Namun pada fase generatif yaitu genotipe IR-BB27 menunjukkan reaksi tahan, dua genotipe agak tahan terhadap bakteri Xoo yaitu Rom Mokot dan Tamboen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa genotipe berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 30, 45, 60 HST, tinggiiitanaman saat panen, jumlah anakan umur 15, 30, 45, 60 HST, jumlah anakan produktif, umur berbunga, umur panen, jumlah biji per malai, persentase gabah berisi, persentase gabah hampa, berat 1000 butir dan berat biji per pot. Namun berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 15 HST dan panjang malai. Hasil isolasi diperoleh 11 isolat bakteri agarolitik  yang  berasosiasi dengan Gracilaria,  6 isolat diperoleh  dari pantai Kuta, 3 isolat dari  tanjung An dan 2 isolat dari pantai Gerupuk.  Isolat-isolat tersebut  memiliki morfologi koloni dan  sel yang beragam serta  aktivitas agarolitik yang berbeda.  Data hasil uji resistensi menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 50%  isolat (6 isolat) bersifat  intermediet atau resisten terhadap antibiotik. Lima isolat yang peka yaitu  Alg2.2, Alg3.1, Alg4.2,  Alg5.1, dan  Alg5.2 tidak bersifat pathogen ketika diuji tantang dengan  spat abalon.  uji tahap lanjutan  perlu dilakukan  untuk menilai potensi isolate tersebut  menjadi kandidat probiotik. Research to determine the selectivity of fraction Rf &lt; 0.5 of ethyl acetate extract (EtOAc) of putat air kernel (Barringtonia racemosa) on golden apple snail(Pomacea canaliculata) and local catfish (Clarias batrachus) was conducted in February 2012 at the Laboratory of Chemistry of Teacher Training and Education Faculty and Laboratory of Marine Chemistry of Coordinatorate of Marine and Fisheries of Syiah Kuala University. Thin-layer chromatography was used to separate components in the extract samples, and testing of biological activity based on the procedures recommended by FAO. Golden apple snail and local catfish mortality data were analyzed using Probit program, and value of selectivity (S) was processed according to the Wang and Feng’s formula.The values of LC50 of the fraction Rf &lt; 0.5 were 29.26 ppm for P. canaliculata and 44.47 ppm for C. batracus. The selectivity value for the tested organisms was 1.51. This study revealed that the tested extract has bioactive property as molluscicide of P. canaliculata.Key words. Hal ini penting karena pilihan yang akan di ambil sangat menentukan masa depan karir siswa. Dalam pengambilan keputusan karir yang baik sangat dipengaruhi oleh adanya faktor dari dalam individu yaitu self efficacy yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui self efficacy dalam pengambilan keputusan karir pada siswa MAN Rukoh Darussalam Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif naratif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 153 orang, pendekatan cross sectional dan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 12-15 Mei 2015 dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk self efficacy yang terdiri dari 23 item pernyataan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy pada siswa yang akan mengambil keputusan karir berada pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 49 orang (60,5%) meliputi empat sub variabel yaitu performance accomplishments berada pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 45 orang (55,6%), vicarious experience berada pada kategori rendah sebanyak 43 orang (53,1%),verbal persuasion berada pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 55 orang (67,9%), physiological information berada pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 56 orang (69,1%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, peneliti menyarankan hendaknya pihak sekolah agar dapat lebih mempertimbangkan pentingnya bimbingan konseling untuk setiap siswa, agar siswa dapat sejak dini merencanakan dengan tepat karir masa depannya serta memfasilitasi setiap siswa secara intensif terkait permasalahan di bidang karir. This is important because the options that will be taken will determine their future career. A good career decision making is influenced by the factor from internal individual, nemely high self efficacy. The objective of this research was to find out self efficacy in making a career decision of the students at MAN Rukoh Darussalam Banda Aceh. This research is a descriptive narrative with total population of 153 students, cross sectional aproach and the technique of selecting sample was purposive sampling. This research was conducted on 12 to 15 May 2015, by using questionnaires for self efficacy consisted of 23 statment items. Data analysis used was an univariate analysis. The result of the research showed that self efficacy on the students that would make a career decision was at high category totaled 49 persons (60,5%) which included four variables: performance accomplishment was at high category for 45 persons (55,6%), vicarious experience was at low category for 43 persons (53,1%), verbal persuasion was at high category totaled 55 persons (67,9%), physiological information was at high category 56 persons (69,1%). Based on the results, the researcher suggests should the schools to be more considerate of the importance of counseling guidance for every student so that the students can prepare their future career properly from the early time also school personel is expected to facilitate each student intensively related to the career problems.
