Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Studi lapangan untuk memperoleh data primer yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara. Sedangkan penelitian kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data sekunder berdasarkan buku-buku dan bacaan terkait. Hasil penelitian ini mejelaskan bahwa keseriusan Pemerintah Aceh dalam menanggulangi illegal logging di hutan lindung Ulu Masen sudah nampak jelas dari banyaknya kebijakan-kebijakan yang di lahirkan untuk melestarikan hutan mulai dari tahun 2007 sampai 2011, kemudian kendala yang dihadapi Pemerintah Aceh pada saat membuat kebijakan antara lain, keterbatasan anggaran sehingga mereka tidak bisa bekerja secara maksimal. Sempitnya mata pencaharian masyarakat di pinggiran hutan juga menjadi kendala Pemerintah Aceh dalam menerapkan kebijakan sehingga masyarakat tidak mepunyain alternatif lain selain menebang pohon di hutan. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa, keseriusan Pemerintah Aceh dalam merumuskan kebijakan terhadap hutan lindung Ulu Masen khususnya, sudah nampak jelas dari banyaknya kebijakan-kebijakan yang sudah dilahirkan oleh Pemerintah Aceh mulai dari tahun 2007 sampai 2011. Yang menjadi hambatannya adalah kurangnya lahan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat di daerah pergunungan Ulu Masen. The purpose of this research was to investigate the characteristics of patients with amblyopia by age, sex, duration of complaints and type of the cause abnormality in Dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh. The design of this study were descriptive to determine the characteristics of amblyopia. Belum dapat diketahui secara pasti penyebab terjadinya SPM, namun SPM memiliki kemungkinan yang berhubungan dengan faktor hormonal, genetik, sosial, perilaku, kimia dan psikis. SPM juga menimbulkan dampak atau masalah kesehatan lain yang perlu diperhatikan. Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang sering dialami wanita saat SPM adalah nyeri kepala. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas sindroma pramenstruasi dengan nyeri kepala diukur menggunakan headache impact test (HIT-6TM). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional yaitu variabel-variabel yang dinilai diukur melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah wanita yang berada diruangan Poli Syaraf Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Zainoel Abidin yaitu sebanyak 40 orang. Hasil dari uji Chi Square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara intensitas sindroma pramenstruasi dengan nyeri kepala (p value 0,019). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi golongan isolat bakteri yang telah diisolasi dari sumber air panas Pria Laot Sabang secara fenotipik dengan mengamati morfologi koloni (bentuk, tepian, elevasi dan warna isolat), morfologi sel (pewarnaan Gram, anailisis SEM) dan aktivitas biokimia (motilitas, TSIA, MR-VP, LIA, Simmon Citrat, oksidase, katalase, methyl red, oksidatif dan fermentatif). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga isolat bakteri merupakan kelompok Gram negative dengan bentuk sel batang (basil) dan motil. This study has started from April to June of 2014 in the Chemical laboratory, Microbiology Laboratory of MIPA faculty and Materials Laboratory of Engineering faculty, Syiah Kuala University. This study is to identify classes of bacteria that have been isolated from Pria Laot Sabang Hot Springs phenotypically by observing the colony morphology (type, edge, elevation, and colour isolated), cell morphology ( gram staining, SEM analysis) and biochemistry actifity (motility,TSIA,MR0VP,LIA, Simmon Citrate, Oxidase, Catalase, methyl red, Oxidative, and Fermentative). This Study showed that the three isolates of bacteria is a group of gram-negative with stem cells form and motile. The three isolates of bacteria generally have the same morphology as if crem colored-colonies, shape ball colonies, convex elevation, and flat ledges.
