Jumlah polong bernas lebih banyak dijumpai pada frekuensi olah tanah 1 kali. Dosis pupuk kieseriete berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah polong bernas pertanaman, sedangkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, berat berangkasan basah, berat berangkasan kering dan bobot 100 butir kedelai berpengaruh tidak nyata. Jumlah polong bernas terbaik dijumpai pada dosis pupukkieseriete 360 kg ha-1.Terdapat interaksi yang sangat nyata antara frekuensi pengolahan tanah dengan dosis pupuk kieseriete terhadap tinggi tanaman 45 HSTdan interaksi yang tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 15 dan 30 HST. Selain itu mempunyai pH, daya hantar listrik (DHL), nisbah Na terjerap (SAR) yang tinggi yang merupakan penciri daerah salin. Asam-asam dapat ditukar hanya terdapat pada pedon IR1 horison BA yaitu berupa kation hidrogen 1,76 cmol(+) kg-1 dan alumnium 1,44 cmol(+) kg_1, disebabkan horison tersebut pH-nya rendah (5.00) dan mengandung liat masam. Semua pedon mempunyai mineral mudah lapuk yang tinggi (> 10%), Hal ini menunjukkan tanah belum tua dan kesuburannya cukup baik, namun terdapat faktor-faktor penghambat yaitu kejenuhan Na, SAR, dan DHL yang tinggi. Setiap pedon didominasi oleh mineral smektit serta sedikit kaolinit, illit, kuarsa, dan klorit.Characteristics of Krueng Raya Salin soils at Subdistrict Mesjid Raya Aceh BesarAbstract. This research aimed to investigate the characteristics of saline soil in Kemukiman Krueng Raya. This research was conducted in three selected pedon based on difference of vegetation which is growing on it (mangroves, palm and halophyta shrub). Morphology properties observed in the field, then the soil material taken from each horizon and soil physical, chemical, and mineralogy were analyzed in the laboratory. In all IR1 pedon of horizons has clay texture, on IR2 pedon of Bt horizon has sandy clay loam texture, whereas on IR3 pedon of Bt1 horizon has clay texture. Soil reaction (pH) is proportional to the base saturation (BS), in all of horizons have high BS and pH values except on IR1 pedon of AB horizon. Besides, it has high value of pH, electrical conductivity (EC), and the sodium adsorption ratio (SAR), which is the identifier of saline areas. The exchangeable acids only on pedon IR1 of BA horizon that is hydrogen cation 1.76 cmol (+) kg-1 and aluminium 1.44 cmol (+) kg-1, because of the horizon is low of pH (5.00) and contain of acid clay. All of pedon has high easily weathered minerals (> 10%). This is indicate that  the soil has not aged yet and its fertility still quite well, but there are limiting factors that is high of Na saturation, SAR, and DHL. Each pedon dominated by smectite minerals and a little of kaolinite, illite, quartz, and chlorite. To increase of milk production nationally with used in dairy cattle business can assist to increase milk production, eighteen post lactating dairy cows in the highland Cipelang Bogor, were used to study the effect used of bovine somatotropin and lactating time. The experimental cows were assigned into a Randomized Block Design with a 3x2 factorial arrangement. The first factor was using of somatotropin (bST)with three levels (non bST injection, biweekly injection and three weekly injection). The second factor was lactating time with two levels (4th lactating time and 6 th lactating time) Parameters measured were heart rate, respiration frequency, rectal temperature, milk production efficiency, milk production, 4% FCM (fat corrected milk.), Milk composition, weigh gain, milk quality consist of protein, fat, pH. Bovine somatotropin significantly increased heart rate and respiration rate. Also bovine somatotropin injection at 4th lactating time significantly increased milk production. There were an interaction between bST dan lactating time on milk production and weight gain. Bovine somatotropin injection biweekly in cows on 4th lactating time ration increased milk production by 16-26 %, but injection in cows 6th lactating time increased milk production by 8-18 % combination with somatotropin doze 250/ml/14 days. Somatothropine supplementation was injection biweekly and three weekly did significantly affect to milk production, body temperature, heart rate, and respiration rate however in normal physiology . Bovine somatotropine can increase post lactating dairy production interval 14 days better than 21 days. This process has been widely using in many field of industry. Therefore, knowledge of this membrane preparation is important for controlling the pore size of resulted membrane. This paper explained the basic concept of membrane preparation via non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS) process by immersion precipitation. The effect of concentration of polyethersufone on the formation of cloud point of dope solution in N-methylpirrolidone was investigated.  Two kinds of non-solvent as water and ethanol were used in order to study phase separation mechanism of polymer solution. Base on the amount of non-solvent of water and ethanol needed for cloud point formation, the ternary phase diagram can be performed.
