                <text>The Course of Basic skills of teaching is provided to train chemistry education students in conducting an efficient and effective learning. These skills include set induction &amp;amp; closure lesson skills and explaining skills. In the next globalization of education era, chemistry education students as the future chemistry teachers are expected to have a good skill in teaching in English. In fact, the limitations of their abilities and self-confidence to speak in English cause they did not apply the basic skills of teaching in English properly, especially when they have to explain chemistry concepts with analogies and told the interesting stories related to chemistry. To solve this problem, the design of learning to optimize student opportunities in practicing their speaking skills is the right solution. This learning design is called Board Game-Based Learning (BGBL). BGBL implementation is effective in improving students’ confidences in demonstrating their set induction &amp;amp; closure lesson skills and explaining skills in teaching chemistry in English.</text>

                <text>This descriptive qualitative study aims to determine the activities of students and teacher as well as the ability to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of team teaching method in the concept of chemical bonds. The subjects were 32 students of class X-1 SMAN 9 Tunas Bangsa Banda Aceh consisting of 18 female and 14 male. The data was collected through observation of students’ activity and teacher’s activity in implementing team teaching methods as well as providing a test at the end of the meeting. Data obtained from the observation suggests that the activity of students at each meeting (1st, 2nd and 3rd) increase significantly at 66.07%, 76.79% and 87.5%. Based on the observation, the ability of teachers in the implementation of team teaching increased from 73.44% in first meeting to 81.25% in the second meeting and 90.63% in the third meeting. Learning outcomes of students also increased as follows 62.5% (1st meeting), 81.25% (2nd meeting) and 93.75% (3rd meeting). Based on the results of study, it is can be concluded that the implementation of team teaching method can improve learning outcomes as well as student activity and the ability of teachers to implementing instructional material in the chemical bonds at SMAN 9 Tunas Bangsa Banda Aceh</text>

                <text>Telah dilaksanakan penelitian tentang ”Penerapan Pendekatan Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) pada materi Koloid di MAN Kuta Baro Aceh Besar Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar dan tanggapan siswa terhadap pendekatan STM. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI-IA1 yang berjumlah 20 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, tes tertulis, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran dimana aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 68,1% pada pertemuan pertama menjadi 77,9% pada pertemuan kedua. Siswa senang belajar materi koloid dengan menggunakan pendekatan STM sehingga hasil belajar siswa tuntas pada dua pertemuan dengan persentase secara klasikal 75% pada tes pertemuan pertama dan 85% tes pertemuan kedua. Persentase siswa yang memberikan tanggapan positif pada penerapan pendekatan STM sebesar 85% sedangkan 15% siswa memberikan tanggapan negatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas siswa meningkat, hasil belajar siswa tuntas secara klasikal dan siswa memberi tanggapan positif terhadap penerapan pendekatan STM pada materi koloid.</text>

                <text>Synthesis of 1,4-Benzodiazepine via reaction of ethylendiamine with 3-phenyl-1,2-dioxine has been carried out. The first step of this experiment was conversion of triphenyl phosphine to triphenyl metyl phosphine iodide which was then used to form phenyl butadiene from cinnamaldehyde. The synthesis of phenyl dioxine was done via photochemical reaction of phenyl butadiene with oxygen gas in the presence of tetraphenyl posphene. The coupling reaction between phenyl phosphine and ethylendiamine was carried out under atmospheric pressure at room temperature. All steps of these reactions were confirmed using TLC with appropriate eluents and the resulting compounds were purified using column chromatography. In addition, all products structure including phenyl dioxine and 1,4-benzodiazepine were determined using HNMR.</text>

                <text>Learning curriculum in a vocational school combines the adaptive, normative and productive subject group. The adaptive, normative and productive subject groups are expected to be mutually supportive and complementary, in fact the group of subjects did not support each other. The purpose of this study is to develop a learning module for productive subject package (composting techniques) which is integrated by the concept of chemistry as one of the adaptive subjects in vocational school, another purpose of this study is to collect the responses of teachers and students on the module, the module quality assessment by experts, assessment of the portion of chemical concepts that integrated in the module by specialists and module effectivity test. The development of module is using the one of instructional development model in teaching materials development known as ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The results showed that 92% of teachers responded positively to the module, 85% of students responded positively . While the negative resposes from teacher wes 8% and 15% for student responses. The module quality assessment indicate score 3.36 which the criteria "good" and the expert assessment of chemical concepts are integrated in the module is 70% - 80%. The effectivity of module using student test results indicate the average grades is 92 which criteria "very good". The results suggest that the effectivity of the module is very good for learning.</text>

                <text>Most of the materials in chemical bond are abstract concepts such as ions, ionic radii and orbital. Concepts are considerably difficult to be studied by students who have not had formal thinking ability. This difficulty may be caused error concept, namely the concept of student understanding is different from the agreement by experts. One source of error is the concept of the textbooks used in the learning process. Inproper emplanation or inadequate chemical bonds in the material in the books or high school chemistry teaching materials can lead to errors in sudent. The remedial concept using materials that have been corrected his mistakes and shortcomings plus can reduce errors that occur in students' concept.</text>

                <text>ABSTRACT. Raskin Program is a national program that has direct contact with the public . Through this program, the government provides assistance to the community to gain the right to food. There are six problems in the distribution of Raskin , so it is very detrimental to society. First, the wrong target . Second , the amount of rice distributed is less with what has been programmed , Third , data on the number of poor families errors . Fourth , the price is not in accordance with the initial plan . Fifth, there was a delay in receiving Raskin rice . Sixth , poor quality rice. The analytical method used was based on the price at the retail level (households ), Furthermore, the level of effectiveness and efficiency Distribution (Ed). The effectiveness of the distribution of Raskin program is not effective where the level of effectiveness of the distribution of Raskin at 39.69 % . While the level of efficiency of the distribution of Raskin program efficiently in the category in which the value of the efficiency of the distribution equal to the lesser of 50 % with a value of 4.22%.</text>

                <text>ABSTRACT. The Province of Aceh has the large potential of palm plant development with  high production value, when supported by an integrated coconut industry.  Today with potential expansion of coconut in 8 point production centers has 210.400 ha,  we needs the processing technology that can utilize a by product and product primer, such as coir and coconut shell. Research has been conducted in four districts of Aceh by using census method. The results showed the coefficient of technology produced from 12 unit integrated coconut processing industry is 0.6806. With an investment of between Rp 342 million to Rp 825 million to produce a value of Rp 1,543,707,300 to Rp 3,721,320,000 in industrial economic life of 10 years. Efficiency of integrated technology is still relatively low oil caused a number of factors and allocation of equipment investment. There are still residual value (salvage value) is still a waste in the benefits component of coconut that has not been exploited by employers.</text>

The results of the study describes the average cost of production and revenue cocoa plant age 8-9 years is Rp. 2.609 million, - and Rp. 8.228 million, - per hectare per year, with the R / C ratio of 3,05. The average cost per year for the production and revenue of plant age 12-13 years’ worth Rp 2.827.182,- per hectare with the R / C ratio of 3,96. Value chain that forms at the site of research involving farmers (chain 1), cooperatives, traders or peddlers village, a large village traders (chain 2), secondary cooperatives, districts traders/wholesaler (chain 3), provincial wholesalers / exporters (chain 4) , as well as the industry at home and abroad (chain 5). Value chain created by the farmers - exporters are changes in the value of cocoa into quality classes I, II, III (SNI 01-2323-2000) industry demand. Analysis of Economic Value Added (EVA), Farmers plant age 8-9 years at 3,11 percent, and farmers plant age level 12-13 years gained 3,85 percent. Level of 3,86 percent trader agent, village wholesaler 7,20 percent, district level and wholesalers 5,75 percent. Cooperative farmers obtain the net value added 2,08 percent of each transaction cycle. </text>

                <text>Abstract. This paper is the result of research on Minapolitan area Development Social and Culture-base Disaster Responses in Serdang Bedagai regency. Minapolitan is the center of economy and subsistence which integrated with production speed of potential based on marine and fisheries sector. The data of this research were collected by observation, interview and survey GIS. From the results showed that (1) the facilities and infrastructures in the main of  Minapolitan (both in the district of Tanjung Beringin, Perbaungan, Teluk Mengkudu and district of Tebing Tinggi ) have been available, but the quality and quantity still need to be improved especially the condition of the fishing harbor / TPI, means the main roads which connected between the districts included in the main region of Minapolitan. (2) The potential of fisheries still can be improved, by the consideration of sustainable line which need to be developed as an alternative aquaculture saltwater/brackish and fresh water. (3) The quality components supporting the environment of Minapolitan  are varies, such as coastal environment occurs reclamation, and mangrove need to be conserved. (4) Development of Minapolitan must consider the balance between regional infrastructure distribution to increase the welfare of society. (5) The most important strategy in building Minapolitan in Serdang Bedagai is to accelerate the construction of physical facilities with the construction of disaster mitigation and build the capacity of society in supporting  the development of the Minapolitan itself. The research recommended that all agencies to understand  and concern to the issue of Minapolitan and actively involve the community in planning, especially to the manage of natural resources.</text>
