Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai 22 Mei sampai 12 Juni 2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa KBK Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Syiah Kuala yang berjumlah 475 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 157 responden terdiri dari angkatan 2010, 2011, 2012, dan 2013 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel stratified random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tipe kepribadian dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa (p = 0,103). Saran bagi Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Syiah Kuala agar mengoptimalkan mata kuliah psikologi kepribadian dengan menambahkan tes tipe kepribadian bagi mahasiswa sehingga mahasiswa dapat lebih mengenal kepribadiannya untuk dapat memaksimalkan performa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. The purpose of the present paper is to determine whether the contribution of the financial services sector in the three regions in Malaysia, namely Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak show any distinct pattern.
